Meticulously maintained and extensively upgraded townhome in the prestigious gated community of Shoal Harbor! This increasingly popular home has a truly fantastic location with Rehoboth Avenue practically right out side your front door. For those who appreciate location and the comforts of home you need look no further. Before you ask about bringing a pet, please note that the Shoal Harbor Community HOA does not allow pets of any kind for short term rentals so we must adhere to this rule.

Comfort abounds in this three level home offering three bedrooms and loft accommodating up to 10 people. Three full and one half bath.

First floor features beautiful travertine floors, powder room and large, spacious great room with fireplace, new built in wall unit with reclaimed wood and wall mounted TV and DVD player. Large, fully equipped eat-in kitchen with granite island, tile backsplash, upgraded stainless steel appliances, gas stove and built-in bench with custom made farmhouse table. Outside patio area off the kitchen with patio table, chairs and umbrella along with a gas grill for grilling.

Master bedroom features a gorgeous king size bed, tray ceiling with gorgeous knotty pine, 55 in TV with DVD player, hardwood floors, plantation shutters and a master bath to die for which includes a huge tile shower with two showerheads, handicap equipped, double vanity with granite and separate water closet.

Two more bedrooms with hardwood floors and new comfortable bamboo mattresses. One with queen size bed and patio doors to lovely outside porch overlooking the pool and another BR next door with two twin beds. Hall bath features double granite sinks, handicap equipped and tile shower.

Third floor is a large cozy loft with four twin beds, 47 in wall mounted TV, gaming outlet and full bath with granite sink and tile shower.

Easy walk to downtown, the beach (8 blks/20 min walk), restaurants, playground, farmers' market, bike/walking paths, scooter/bicycle rental and the boardwalk. Less than 5 minutes to Tanger outlets; golf course and Jungle Jim's waterpark. Miniature golf, movies and other activities within 10-15 minute drive.

Comfortable and Well Appointed

Home was as advertised and was exceptionally well furnished and had all the supplies and then some one would expect in a rental. Nice quiet neighborhood and conveniently located to the beach as well as Rt 1 shopping. While the 20+ minute walk to the beach was a bit much for the older generation, it was a very easy bike ride.

FAMILY VACATION

Good stay overall. Back patio area to small for kids. Walk to beach to long for kids 5 and under. Kids enjoyed the loft on third level. Shower in main bedroom was spacious and amazing. Balcony floor made feet black, so did not use.

Comfortable, Clean and Convenient Stay

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The check-in was easy and Monica was very responsive answering our questions prior to our stay. The house is located a short walk from some of our favorite spots on Rehoboth Ave. There was plenty of space for our group of 8. The kids were safe and comfortable in the loft (ages 5-7). The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook for a large group. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend for multiple families or large friend groups.

Rehoboth family vacation

Perfect location; Beautiful house!

Don't let the townhouse aspect fool you; this home is spacious, beautifully decorated, and could easily accommodate a large group. It's a perfect walking distance to town, shops and restaurants but not in the area where parking or crowds are a problem. The community pool is wonderful, and the check in/out process seamless. The owner even provides beach chairs, boogie boards and umbrellas for guest use. We will definitely rent this wonderful home again the next time we are in Rehoboth.

Great Layout and Experience

We had two families of 5 in the house for a week and everyone was still able to stay on peaceful terms and there were no squabbles between the siblings/friends. The top floor loft room was perfect for a group with 4 teenage girls.

Excellent stay in Rehoboth

Everything was perfect. The place was immaculate and plenty of space. Easily fit our family of 10 (4 adults, 6 kids) and was really great. The location made for an easy walk down to the town center with all the shops, restaurants and boardwalk activities, or a short drive to hit up all the shopping outlets nearby. Would definitely recommend it to others.

Great Condo & Location

We had a small group of friends stay at Monica's condo. Monica was very responsive when the code initially didn't work, and was able to reset it immediately so we could check in. The condo was extremely clean, and we enjoyed the home and community pool. You can't beat the walkable location to bars, restaurants, and the downtown area. We utilized Monica's beach chairs and drove to the beach (parking was always extremely plentiful for the beach). The only thing to be mindful of, is the condo community itself had limited parking, and we parked our party's 3rd car in a non-metered nearby neighborhood. We would definitely stay again!

Love this house!

This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this house. I absolutely love it. Plenty of space for a large group (adults and kids) and places to go hang out with out being on top of one another all the time. House was very clean and had up to date features. Pool is just right outside the door which made it super easy. I love the location because we are close enough to walk down Rehobeth Ave but far enough away from the bar scene. It's a bit of a hike to walk to the beach with all of your beach gear - but that was ok with us as we drive to the beach. The owner is awesome and was super helpful. SHe was quick to answer any and all of our questions / concerns.

Our family has been vacationing in Rehoboth and the Delaware Shore for many years now and we just can't get enough! So many wonderful restaurants and places to see...quaint little towns, antiques, new people...a truly great place to visit.

Why they chose this property

Location, location, location. It really is all about the location. Easy walk to downtown and the boardwalk. Hardly have to get in the car...we never run out of things to do or see. We spend less time traveling and more quality time enjoying family and the beach!

What makes this property unique

We loved being able to fully customize our home and so enjoy the convenient location to downtown and everything Rehoboth has to offer! We especially appreciate that Rehoboth is a smaller resort town that is very family and children friendly. Many activities are within walking distance or a very short drive away. Endless things to do, see and explore and even during the busiest summer months it still is not overwhelming and is easy to get around.
