The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet and a 42 inch flat screen smart TV.
The second bedroom has its own separate bath with tub and shower as well as a wet bar with refrigerator, microwave, coffee make and sink. The wet bar and bath area has custom cabinets and Granite countertops. The second bedroom also has a a large closet and a 42 inch flat screen smart TV.
This Condominium has a fully stocked kitchen with custom cabinets and granite countertops and a granite island. The living room features cathedral ceilings and a 50 inch flat screen smart TV.
The unit has a large master bath with two custom vanities featuring granite countertops and two sinks. The Bathroom features a luxurious shower, a Jacuzzi tub and a washer and dryer. The property is as advertised. Very clean. Great set up for 2 couples. Location is ideal for walking around Kennebunkport & Kennebunk: within steps of restaurants and bars. Dedicated parking is convenient.
We would definitely stay here again. The location in Kennebunkport cannot be beat and the way the unit was arranged was perfect for two couples. There was plenty of room for us to gather as a group but at the end of a long day it was easy to retreat to our own areas. It is in the heart of this quaint village so all restaurants and shops are right there. The unit was clean and wonderfully appointed. Definitely a 5 star stay.
I cant say enough about how amazing this place is. The owners are so accommodating and kind, it is overall the only place we will stay in Kennebunkport ever. Its right downtown and super easy to access the beach. WE LOVE IT!!!
This location can't be beat - right in the heart of Dock Square but with all the privacy you need. The place was clean, up-to-date, comfy - has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Designated parking and location toward the road made it really easy to get in and out. Will definitely stay again.

Enjoyed 4 beautiful days in the heart of Kennebunk. Condo location is perfect.... short, easy walk to all the shops & eateries. This condo is VERY CLEAN & NICE! The Owner was available for any questions we had. Would definitely stay again if we are traveling in the area.
My family and I spent a 4 day weekend in Kennebunkport. The condo was very clean, up to date, and easily accommodated the 6 of us for the long weekend. The beds were all very comfortable, including the mattresses of the two pull out couches. The condo is in a great location as it's walking distance to everything in downtown Kennebunkport and right across the street from the Batson River Brewery. There is no stove or oven, but with all the restaurants in the area we we had no interest in cooking anyway. It does have a full size and mini-fridge along with a microwave, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. I would suggest a sound maker when sleeping as it can sometimes get a little noisy being next to the main road, but was a minor issue for us. Brian and Caroline were very easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again for another long weekend.
This is hands down the best place to stay when visiting Kennebunkport. I will never go anywhere else when visiting this part of Maine. I would give it 100 stars if I could
Highly walkable location - we walked to breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert. Parking is easy so you can get to surrounding attractions like Ogunquit or Portland.
For creature comforts there is a Keurig machine in the unit so you can get a couple quick coffees before you head out. All the needed amenities are there: hair dryer, thick towels, comfortable beds, plates/cups/silverware. The sofa is comfy and it's really nice to have a place to sit and map out the following day.
It's just a great space for a vacation. The place was very clean and the decor helps you feel like this is vacation (very fresh, not fussy).
My three teen children and I stayed here and enjoyed the space. It was clean, spacious, and fit our needs. The location is perfect. The main street of Kennbunk/ and the "Port" can be a little noisy, but most everything shuts down around 9 pm so it didn't interfere with sleeping. Stairs may be a challenge if you have a lot of luggage or with elderly renters, but otherwise perfect!
The property was as described and location was great. However our air unit went out and it was never fixed and even after it was reported. They did know it wasn’t working before we arrived but never told us or made any adjustments. Communication was very slim and they stopped responding to our messages. We were not able to use one of the bedrooms because or this.
We had a great stay at this property! The location was perfect for our family!! We have college and high school aged children and it was perfect for all of us!!! Property is decorated wonderfully and had everything we needed!!! Would definitely stay there again!

The property was purchased in 2010 and a new building was constructed in 2012. The property consists of two adjoining buildings which are home to our two retail clothing stores; Pink Tangerine, which is a Lilly Pulitzer Signature Store and Green Tangerine. The second floor of the building was completed in 2013 and houses a 1 Bedroom Condominium as well as a 2 Bedroom Condominium.
