Great little spot
We had a great stay in this little hidden gem, host was great and couldn't have helped more. The little courtyard is a perfect spot to seek some shade.

Charming apartment in a good location
We enjoyed our stay- it is what we expected and Claude is very sweet. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, on a quiet street. The garden is a nice touch. My only caution is for anyone wanting to cook, the kitchen is very simple. Bring your own knife!

Trip to Marseilles
We had a great trip to Marseilles. We have a travelling mentality and really enjoyed staying in this basement apartment, hosted by Claude who was an excellent host. The 15-20 minute walk to the port vieux area through our local area ( about 5-10 mins) which had numerous restaurants with a lively atmosphere then through Nogales was always interesting. The patio area of the apartment allowed us to sit out and relax on the rare occasions that we were “home” Great all round and I’d happily visit this property again.

Un petit havre de paix au coeur de la ville !
Idéalement situé, à proximité de commerces et de restaurations en tout genre, le logement est fonctionnel et apaisant. La literie est excellente et la petite cour agréable. Claude est une personne très accueillante, qui n'hésite pas à répondre à vos demandes. Son empreinte artistique séduit, au détour de mosaïques ou d'objets décoratifs issus de ses voyages. Dépaysement garanti !

Charmant studio avec cour extérieure
Appartement très charmant en entresol donnant sur une cour partagée avec la propriétaire. Quartier très calme mais à proximité du hours Julien et de la Plaine. Cependant, propreté limite (touffes de cheveux dans l'escalier), lumière le matin côté kitchenette impossible à calfeutrer (pavés de verre), serviette de toilette payante (2€), bruit des canalisations et des toilettes du dessus très gênant le matin.

Un Eek end découverte qui nous a enthousiasmés hormis l'annulation du concert à la dernière minute.Le gîte et son hôtesse sont ravissants et accueillants...nous ne manquerons pas d'y revenir lors d'un prochain séjour marseillais.

Séjour modeste et plein de charme
Idéalement situé, nous avons profité du lieu qui convient mieux à un séjour d'été que d'hiver. Il manque un peu d'aération mais le lieu est très propre et ouvre sur un jardin agréable.

Logement TB situé par rapport à nos activités. Facile d'accès 700m du métro notamment. Communication très simple avec la propriétaire et disposée à nous faciliter notre arrivée et départ. Et cerise sur le gâteau pas l'impression d'être escroquer sur le prix! Merci !!

Appartement confortable, très calme, très sympa, à la déco chaleureuse avec une touche orientale, un peu sombre mais qui garde la fraîcheur, ce qui est très appréciable quand il fait si chaud dehors. Le petit jardin a bien été apprécié par ma petite chienne et moi même. Prévoir de quoi se protéger des moustiques. Restos, commerces, cafés, grand marché de la Plaine et du Cours Julien à 10mn de marche ; petite surface et quelques commerces à 2mn

Conforme à ce qui était décrit
Très bon accueil, j'ai apprécié la situation géographique du logement et la possibilité de parking. Adapté à un séjour de courte durée car le studio est un peu sombre et bas de plafond (attention aux grandes tailles) mais le jardin est accessible et agréable pour profiter de la lumière.

Un lieu atypique, marqué par la "patte" de Claude, la propriétaire, par sa déco, ses voyages, la créativité...très agréable, avec son patio.... Très calme, parfait pour un petit séjour pour profiter de cette jolie ville, dans un quartier proche du cours julien, quartier des artistes, bien situé. Le seul petit bémol, assez sombre, mais nous avons le jardin pour balayer cela. Je vous le conseille si vous voulez venir découvrir Marseille . Claude est adorable.
