Luxury apartment on the 1st floor PANORAMIC view on the bay of Trouville / Deauville, located in the historic heart of the city of Trouville on a magnificent hiking trail which propels us to the time of the Belle Epoque, you will discover the three Villas where stayed Proust and Flaubert. The equipment is recent. The large balconies, very appreciable to rest in the sun and contemplate the landscape, where the sky and the sea never cease to move us. Contemporary and bright decoration (solid oak parquet, white walls). Free WIFI.
Parking is free, private and secure, electric gate with remote control.
At 600 m from the beach and shops this resort is ideal for lovers of sunsets over the sea.
The winter especially the light is particularly beautiful!

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich, zur Begrüßung gab es einen Blumenstrauß und eine Flasche Cidre. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb des Zentrums auf einer Anhöhe in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend.

Two weeks stay
Property is high up on a hill. If you looking to walk to the center or beach, going back is no fun. Parking for the car is difficult to find and expensive. Apartment is bright and nice. Bed or convertible sofa is not very comfy. You get tokens for one wash of close per week. No bedding was changed in two. Street is quiet, green and pleasant. Cute garden. Lots of dishes but knives are all dull.

Die Wohnung wirkte wie neu renoviert, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, hat eine gute Ausstattung und ist sehr gepflegt. Sie besteht aus einem größerem Wohn-, Ess- und Koch-Raum, einem separaten Schlafzimmer, separatem Dusch-Bad und einer separaten kl. Toilette. Für zwei Personen perfekt! (Doch zu viert würde ich sie nicht wieder belegen.) Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, nett und aufmerksam (i.S. von proaktiv) und wohnen im Erdgeschoss des Hauses, sodass man sie jederzeit bei kl. und größeren Fragen/Problemen ansprechen kann. Das Haus liegt außerhalb des Ortskerns, weshalb es dort sehr ruhig ist. Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden gestellt.

Lovely stay in comfortable 1 bed apartment with a stunning view
We stayed in this pretty one bed apartment in August and really enjoyed it. It has everything that you need and a lovely little balcony with a beautiful view. The grounds are also very attractive and there is a trampoline and small play house for children. The house is located on top of a hill (Trouville and Deauville are at the bottom) so there is a 10 minute up hill walk back from town. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Wohnung schön. Im Küchenbereich müssten die Pfannen erneuert werden. Geschickt eingerichtet, allerdings keine gemütliche Sitzmöglickeit . Ersatzbett dient hier als Sitzmögkichkeit. Schlafzimmer geräumig und gute Matratzen .Balkon zwar ca.4m lang, allerdings nur ca. 1m breit. Wunderbar : der hübsch gestaltete Garten ist auch für die Feriengäste nutzbar. Recht steile Strassen in den Ort. Zu Fuß recht anstrengend.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, die in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage mit schönem Garten liegt. Vom Balkon hat man einen traumhaften Ausblick auf das Meer und den Strand von Deauville. Der Stadtkern von Trouville ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Rückweg ist trotz der Steigung in ca. 15 Minuten machbar, wenn man nicht eingeschränkt ist. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin, die mit im Haus wohnt und gute Restaurant-Tipps gibt.

the landlords are really nice. the information in the ad is exactly what we found. very well maintained apartment and quiet. on foot, the city and the beach is easily accessible. but you should be good on foot, because on the way home it is certainly uphill

Wonderful stay just on the outskirts of the old Trouville
Property was great and as described: very clean, with a well tended garden, and wonderfully quiet which made for a great location for our vacations. There is a great view from the small balcony onto the coast. The bed was very comfortable. We stayed there in mid June just before the main wave of tourists descends on the area for the summer and enjoyed the relative calm of the city. We would definitely choose to stay there again if/when we come back in the area.

Nous avons apprécié ce bel appartement lumineux et bien équipé, dans un écrin de verdure, avec un parking sécurisé, et situé sur les hauteurs de Trouville à environ 10-15 mn de marche de la plage. Nous en avons profité pendant 2 semaines, avec un temps splendide. Une bonne adresse à retenir pour un séjour au calme en Normandie. Merci à Caroline et Philippe .

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem wunderschönen Haus inmitten eines gepflegten Gartens. Im Blumen geschmückten, hübsch eingerichteten Appartement mit Blick auf das Meer kann man den Aufenthalt geniessen, denn alles was man braucht ist vorhanden! Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel. Etwas zum Entspannen.
Die Wohnung liegt in einem Haus mit einem wunderbaren Garten, der die Gäste zum Entspannen einlädt. Aus dem Wohn-/Essraum und vom Balkon hat man einen schönen Ausblick zum Strand von Douville. Das Grundstück sowie die PKW- Stellplätze sind abgeschlossen. Zu Fuß nach Trouville sind es ca. 15 Min. den Berg hinunter. Insgesamt eine schöne und jederzeit weiter zu empfehlende Ferienunterkunft.

Un séjour coup de coeur !
Merci à Caroline et son mari pour la qualité de leur accueil. Nous avons passé un séjour délicieux dans leur belle maison. Mention très spéciale pour le jardin extraordinaire, d'un gout exquis et pour les belles surprises que celui ci réserve aux enfants : une jolie cabane et un trampoline. Le quartier est charmant et propice à très belles ballades, sans parler de la vue époustouflante et de la proximité du centre ville et de la mer. Nous avons trouvé notre adresse fétiche pour nos prochains séjours à Trouville.

Notre petite famille a passé un très agréable séjour dans ce splendide appartement. Séjour vraiment sympathique dans un très joli cadre. La vue est imprenable sur la mer, les appartements neufs présentent un fabuleux confort: literie impeccable, cuisine aménagée où l'on peut cuisiner sans problème, une propreté sur laquelle il n'y a rien à redire. Tout est parfait pour un court ou un long séjour. D'autre part, l'accueil est charmant: les propriétaires sont toujours présents pour répondre à nos besoins. Le jardin est très agréable pour les enfants mais aussi pour les plus grands. Nous y retournons prochainement pour notre 3ème séjour.

séjour fantastique
La location est idéalement située. A 10- 15 minutes à pieds des commerces et de la plage. La vue sur la mer est imprenable. L'appartement est calme. Il est joliment décoré et chaleureux. Le jardin est appréciable et en cette période de Noël c'était agréable de découvrir les illuminations en fin de journée. Il y a possiblité de stationner son véhicule. L'accueil est charmant. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous avons déjà recommandé la location à plusieurs amis et notre famille.
