This beautiful remodeled town home has approximately 2,379 s.f., 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Sleeps a total of 12 people so it is idea for multi-family stays. This is the largest unit in Snowcreek 4. We have a beautiful creek in the backyard and ponds on the property. The Snowcreek athletic center is within walking distance (extra charge). Snowcreek Golf Course is also within walking distance (extra charge). Master bedroom has one king size bed and full bath (sleeps 2). Bedroom two (Second Master)also has a King size bed and full bath (sleeps 2). Bedroom three has a queen size bed and a loft bed (sleeps 3). Bedroom four has two bunk beds (sleeps 4). All bedrooms are upstairs. Double sleeper sofa downstairs in room next to kitchen (sleeps 1 adult of two kids). Sleeps a total of 12 people. Only 4 vehicles permitted. Park 2 in garage and 2 in driveway. No parking in other units driveways or in front of other units or on the grass. Fully stocked kitchen with new appliances including dishwasher. Total of six new flat screen T.V.'s (two downstairs and one in every bedroom). BBQ with propane on the outside deck. Washer and Dryer. There is a hot tub in a separate building for use by all Snowcreek 4 visitors. No motor homes, RV parking, trailer parking per HOA policy. We have extra fast internet/WIFI (400 mbps). We offer a 5% percent discount for longer stays (7 days and longer). The free trolley/bus stop is a 6 minute walk from our property. Very quiet area with lots of manicured open space (not like the new developments in Mammoth with the units on top of each other). We have another place in Snowcreek 4. It sleeps 8 and is a beautiful space. If this place is too big for you or just need more space check it out. It is unit 1989548 on vrbo (sleeps 8). Beautiful home

We came up for my brothers birthday weekend, with my family of 13 we all fit perfectly fine. The house is clean and very organized! We had a small incident with one of the toilets and thankfully the owner had a plumber come up the very next day to fix it. After that we had an amazing weekend. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Family Getaway

End-of-Summer Fun

Our group of 10 really enjoyed our second stay at the property. Check-in and check-out was easy. The property is in great condition and everything worked as expected. We love being able to cook our own breakfast and we love having a grill available for dinner. We look forward to staying here again.

Great Place for a Group

We brought 9 people up to Mammoth to celebrate 5 of our students hard work in Sunday School. It was the perfect set up where the guys and girls got separate rooms. Spacious family room. Very good accommodations.

This is not a vacation house. This is a home of LOVE!

All the standard great things apply to this place: Great location, spacious rooms, full amenities, overflowing (cookware, condiments, dinner ware, utensils, NOT garbage!) kitchen. But what truly sets this house apart is the love and care that the owners put into it. Immaculately maintained, and with beautiful and thoughtful décor that showcases the owners' love of the outdoors, fishing, and each other, you will fall in love with this house faster than you do for Mammoth mountain and town (which you definitely will as well).

Great Place to Build Memories

We truly enjoyed our stay. The condo is clean, roomy and the beds are very comfortable. We cooked every meal and the kitchen is well stocked. There are parkings right in front of the units which is a huge plus. We had a couple of minor issues but Steve responded right the away and got them fixed. We definitely will be back. Lovely confy home

We loved this property. Clean, roomy, nicely appointed. Only issue was the snow overload and as a result of the garage / driveway being extremely piled up and super icy we could not park both cars inside. A function of the weather.. I would've appreciated having bags of snow melt salts in the garage so we could've at least done it ourselves .

Incredible property in Mammoth

We traveled with three families, with children ranging from 8-11. Each set of parents were able to have a bedroom and the children shared the bunk bed room and loved it. Even when choosing rooms, the adults were happy with all of them because they had plenty of space for organizing clothes, a dedicated bathroom, and comfortable beds. The location was perfect, the kids didn't need to leave to play in the snow. There are multiple bus stops nearby, a large athletic center, and plenty of room for 4 cars. The kitchen was well-stocked and everything was very clean. The addition of a washer and dryer was very convenient as well. There is a grocery store just down the street. The owner was very easy to reach and responded quickly. We really appreciated their flexibility and cannot wait to stay here again next year!

A beautiful condo in a magnificent place

The House It has everything we need—kitchen utensils, paper products, toiletries, hand soap, trash bags, etc. We just had to buy groceries from Vons, about a mile away. The creek sound at night felt like white noise. It was beautiful in the morning. We drove to Yosemite National Park from this place, which took us about 2hrs 15min. To the Yosemite Village. The Host The host gave us all the information a couple of days before the trip. I reached out a couple of times for some one-off things, and Steve was prompt with replies. Besides being a great host, he is a good person. I booked the incorrect dates at first, and I called him and explained how I accidentally booked the wrong dates. Steve immediately updated the reservation with the correct dates without hesitation. I'm very thankful to him for doing that. Thank you, Steve! Judgment If you need a place for multiple families to stay in Mammoth Lakes, this is the place to book.

Mammoth Family Vacation #17

This trip was one on the top of our lists far as Vrbo's go. Steve and Kelly have the perfect home for most family gatherings. It is spacious nicely furnished and very well equipped. The location is close to any and everything you could ask for. Stores, bike trails, lakes, golfing and much more. The creek behind their place was so cool for our 4 grandkids to have tons of fun. Unfortunately it was a bit cold the days we were there but warmer days they would have had a blast playing in the water. Highlight of the trip was watching our 6 year old grandson catch a 2 pound Brown in one of the catch and release ponds on the property. You will not be disappointed.

My family has been vacationing in the Mammoth areas for over 30 years. Every year I would dream about owning a place in Mammoth someday. Well in November of 2013, after semi-retiring, we finally purchased our place. Since then we have purchased another place in Snowcreek 4 (unit 624 Golden Creek) because we say the value in this location. We have completely remodeled both units. We live in the townhome part-time May through October. Our kids have grown up and we currently have 4 grand children. Steve is an owner of a General Contracting business in Southern California (semi retired). We live in Los Alamitos CA. We enjoy going to Church on Sundays and feel grateful that they have one of our Churches in town. We love fly fishing and spend a lot our time up there fly fishing the creeks, rivers and lakes. We love the restaurant options and enjoy taking walks nearby.

Why they chose this property

We purchased in Snowcreek 4 (November of 2013) because of a couple reasons. 1) The units were spread out with lots of landscaped space between and in back of the units (not like the newer developments where they build all the units side by side without much space in between). 2) It has a spacious two car garage. 3) They have many ponds and creeks running through the property with local access to trout fishing and which also made it a very beautiful space. 4) Snowcreek landscaping crews keep the area beautiful all year around (we do not have to worry about the outside). 5) It backs up to one of the most beautiful meadows with ponds and creeks that you will ever see. Just a beautiful place. 6) We feel that the Sierra Nevada Mountain range offers some of the most spectacular scenery in the world and Mammoth Lakes is right in the heart of it all. 7) It's a big unit and sleeps a lot of people which is very cost effective when you have a large group.

What makes this property unique

We have a spacious 2 car garage and a driveway that can park 2 more. Snowcreek 4 has a new hot tub. It is in a separate building not far from our unit. One of the nice things that separates our place from others is the size and set up with many beds. It can sleep 12 people. This is a very spacious place. It can comfortably sleep 2-3 families which helps keep the cost down if you split the payment into 2-3 families (much cheaper than a hotel). The town of Mammoth Lakes has a free trolley that stops very close to our unit (a 3 minute walk). It operates every 20 minutes from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 pm and every 30 minutes from 10:00 pm to 2 am. It is a very quite area with lots of space and walking trails for walking and bike riding. It is close to the ski slopes and offers free transportation to the Mammoth Ski area. In our opinion Snowcreek 4 is the nicest town home-condo complex in Mammoth.
