Beautifully furnished 3 story villa with all of the amenities to make this a luxurious home away from home for your relaxing vacation. This villa is extremely spacious and is perfectly located, ocean front, just a few minute walk from all of Rincon's most popular beaches, surf breaks, and restaurant/bars. It is just far enough away to provide a private, quiet atmosphere, yet just a short walk to all of the attractions. It is equipped with A/C, wireless internet/cable TV, washer/dryer, well-appointed kitchen and inviting open floor plan. The roof-top terrace is open on both sides with a covered roof for socializing, BBQ'ing, or taking a lazy afternoon nap while enjoying the ocean breezes. The first floor houses all 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths (master bath as well as shared bath for the other 2 bedrooms). The joy of this design is that it allows you to retire to a bedroom while others can continue socializing on the main floor or terrace.

Known as the 'Hawaii of the Caribbean,' Rincon is an oasis that offers a laid back atmosphere while also providing the best surfing, snorkeling and daytime activities one could hope for. Fantastic stay!

We enjoyed the spaciousness of the house and the beach supplies. The location was great, short walk to the beach. We enjoyed feeding the horses down the road and walking to the beachside restaurants. Snorkeling was great at Steps Beach. Saw a 6 ft shark one day and a sea turtle the next.

Early Christmas Family Vacation

This home was perfect for our family of 4 Christmas getaway! My husband and kids (21 and 23) loved every part of our stay in Rincon! The home was located near all the surf breaks and my daughter got to surf out front too! The 3rd floor was of course our favorite! I have already recommended this place to a few friends and I would 100% stay there again!

great location and property!

The property was exactly as described. It is a great location with a very short walk outside the gates to an almost private beach. Everything we needed for a relaxing vacation was available in the unit including beach towels, beach chairs, and coolers. The kitchen had all appliances needed for cooking meals and had a grill on the terrace, which was great for relaxing with our friends. Would rent again.

A fantastic stay!!

We enjoyed our stay! The location is great - a short walk to Sandy Beach and a short drive to town, but a quiet area to get lots of rest and relaxation. The small pool at the complex is lovely and the roof deck of the condo is divine! We loved mornings up there and dinners up there as well. The condo had lots of towels and beach gear which was appreciated and we were able to cook/grill some meals as well. It was an enjoyable stay for sure!

Great Stay

My husband and I, and our 11 and 16 year old kids stayed here for a week, and it was great. There was plenty of room to spread out, and of course the rooftop was amazing. The kitchen is well stocked, and there are also beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and snorkel gear there for use. I feel like we got a lot for what we paid for this sweet space. It was our first time to Rincon, and we will be back as soon as possible!

Beautiful Ocean view, fantastic family vacation

The covered rooftop patio, watching surfers, reading, and hanging out with our toddler was so relaxing and beautiful. Kitchen was well-equipped. Location within walking distance of two nice beachfront restaurants. Easy beach access. Nice pool. Quiet apartment complex. Host even provided a pack and play and a high chair which made our lives so much easier. Rincon area was fun to explore for a week, being so close to many beaches and road-side stands. Restaurants have come back nicely in the two years since we were there. We LOVED the comforts of this place for me and my adult kids and toddler granddaughter.

Fantastic location and that view is !!!

My husband rarely has much to say about our rentals, but this time around he repeatedly said "I'd stay here again any time." He enjoyed the great surf that was right outside the complex. My youngest adored walking down the street to feed the horses (9 of them along that road that will all come over if you've got grass). And I couldn't get enough of the upstairs landing with the great view and sound of the waves. At first the lower level with the bedrooms felt dark but in the end it was perfect - no noise from the upstairs carried down so everyone could sleep peacefully (a rarity for a rental if you ask me). We'd be happy to stay here again!

Absolutely Fabulous

I can't say enough great things about this listing. Beach is right there, and plenty of room in the unit for all of us. This is a particularly good place for a larger party. We were a set of grandparents, a set of parents, and a two-year-old. Plenty of space for everyone to hang out. Never felt crowded. The one asset we appreciated the most was the very large upper deck. A lot of our time was spent there -- grilling, eating, reading, lounging. The nearby surf was great for our son-in-law and we drove to other beaches for more peaceful swims. Highly, highly recommend.

This condo was gorgeous!! We spent much of our time on the top floor that was open to outside with a roof. The view was beautiful. Our three daughters had a bathroom to themselves, which was so convenient. Danielle provided a binder with a lot of helpful information. The area was perfect for my family. We could walk down a path right to a beautiful beach. And there were also a few great food places within walking distance and more within a 5-10 minute drive. We snorkeled at Steps Beach, which is less than a 10 minute drive from the condo. The snorkeling was AMAZING!!!! Sandy Beach right by our condo was my husband’s and my favorite beach that we visited while in Puerto Rico. If we visit Rincon again, I would book this place again without a doubt!!

1st Trip to Puerto Rico

This place was great. We travelled to Puerto Rico for the 1st time in Feb. There were 4 adult males and we wanted to see most of the island. We spent 3 nights in this unit in Rincon. We loved everything about it. The only thing that could have been better is if it were directly on the beach, but even 4 old guys could handle the short (less than 5 min) walk down to the beach and nearby restaurants and bars. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the linens and towels were better than most rentals. We spent most of our time on the outside open deck on the top floor. It is very large and has with plenty of furniture. It is a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee and your evening cocktails. The owner was very easy to work with and kept in touch several times prior to our arrival. Danielle sent us a map of the area including beaches, restaurants and places to see in the area. There was also tons of information about the area in the condo. We did have to wait a little while for the property manager to arrive to let us in, as stated in another review, maybe 20-25 minutes, but it was really no big deal, some other guest got us thru the security gate. You will soon discover most places in Puerto Rico are on Island time. There was a very good breakfast spot, I don't recall the name but it is the 1st place you will come to, just a short walk from the unit as well as a cool bar, the Tamboo, (good happy hour) right on the beach just a little farther down. There is also a good bar /burger joint within in walking distance, 10 -12 min(?) called The big Kahuna Burger (now that is a tasty burger) There are a ton of other places within a 10 -15 min drive. We loved Rincon and will definitely travel back there again and will look foreword to renting this unit again.

Stayed here for a week with my husband and two teens. Great surf spot right in front and awesome sea glass beach to the right! Cute little pool on site also. Lots of space in condo and everything you need for beach and cooking. Had a blast, would highly recommend!

Beautiful Roof Top Deck and Pool by the beach.

Place need more cleaning and fumigate

The apt is ok but needs more cleaning we have Two family memebers that detect when there is dust with in rugs , a/c or fans or even in the air and the two of them had a severe nose allergy and the other two thing we found a big roach inside the apartment the first night and the front screen door or door as a suggestion needs at the bottom of the door something to block bugs inside the apartment , mosquitoes and crickets enter the apartment with both doors closed but other than that the apartment was ok big to get my family in a vacation

Amazing family vacation in Puntas,Rincón

This property was very well kept and quite comfortable for my family of 6 adults...The rocking chairs were a nice homey touch for my elderly mom and aunt...The beds and sofas were very comfortable.. The 1st floor had a porch with a fabulous view of the beach and beautiful flamboyant trees....The roof top was an even more amazing view and every evening the sunsets were breathtaking...We had family gather from the island and they all found the place to be extremely comfortable and are considering this rental in the future...The island had an outage but thanks to the generator the lights flickered back on and most needed airconditioners turned on..Everytime I called the property manager Iris she was available and informative...The beach nearby had a lot of rocks on the shoreline but still beautiful and warm...A car is definitely needed to get groceries and to go to other beaches...We were fortunate that family took us around...The only drawback were that there were no frying pans or sauce pans for cooking also no dishwasher besides that the kitchen was fully stocked ...In the roof top when we arrived there seemed to be a damage in the back of one of the sofas...I mentioned any damages to Iris upon arrival..Danielle the owner was very kind when I mentioned a family member that passed away and that is why we gathered...I did not take vacation for over a year due to covid and this place felt like home.

We fell in love with Rincon years ago and are thrilled to be able to have an oasis to share with guests. Danielle was a professional triathlete who now focuses on coaching endurance athletes. George has been surfing, poorly, for years, but lives by the saying that the surfer who is having the most fun is the best surfer in the water. Although he will never be mistaken for Kelly Slater, he definitely enjoys himself.

Why they chose this property

We decided to buy this villa after years of vacationing in Rincon as well as some other pretty awesome places. We truly know that it offers the greatest all around experience including the niceness of the community, crystal clear water, awesome waves for beginners through experts, as well as great food, night-life and atmosphere. We hope to snow-bird here in the future and spend even more time in this tropical paradise.

What makes this property unique

This villa attracted us because of the great location, minutes from everything, yet just far enough to offer quiet surroundings when we retreat to our place. To be ocean front was a dream come true. After staying at many places around Rincon, we felt this was the perfect community to own in, and fortunate enough that this unit became available and we were in the position to acquire it.
