Just steps away from the west deck, you can have your toes in the sand in just a few seconds from leaving your condo. This unit comfortably sleeps 6 and is the perfect getaway spot for couples or families. Capri 114 sleeps 6. 2 Queen size beds and a sleeper sofa. Friday to Friday rental. Seasonal Beach Service (March 15 - October 31) is included with the rentals (2 chairs and 1 umbrella set up daily on the beach). NO TENTS OR CANOPIES ALLOWED ON BEACH. Complimentary wifi included for streaming your favorite TV apps! Cable not provided.


Destin, Florida is known as "the worlds luckiest fishing village", but we do not stop there! The whitest beaches of Florida and the Emerald Green waters are unmatched. Shop in an outlet mall, an upscale outdoor mall, or one of many boutique stores. When you are through shopping, there are endless places to enjoy the local fare or just get a quick bite. Don't forget about our water park, amusement parks, and our dozens of golf courses.

Even though the beach area was marked private, people were allowed to walk in from the street and set up in front of the provided beach service of umbrella and chairs. Why pay a higher rental fee to stay right on the private beach when anyone can use it for free.

I couldn’t believe something so cheap would be beach side. And the property was great. It served its purpose which was giving us a comfortable place to sleep and a great kitchen to cook in. There was also a grill outside that we could cookout on as well as a patio area to eat or relax and enjoy the ocean view. We will definitely stay here again.
