This townhouse has been recently remodeled and is very bright and cheery!! You have a view of The Gulf from your balcony and comes with free internet. The private beach access also has a gazebo for your enjoyment! Gulf Winds East 40 sleeps 8. 1 King size bed, 1 Queen size bed, 2 Twin beds, 1 sleeper sofa. Sunday to Sunday rental peak season.

Destin, Florida is known as "the worlds luckiest fishing village", but we do not stop there! The whitest beaches of Florida and the Emerald Green waters are unmatched. Puedes caminar a la playa no hay necesidad de manejar, está limpio, cómodo, las recámaras están en la parte de arriba puedes ir a descansar y tus acompañantes pueden quedarse en la parte de abajo sin molestarte. Proveen lo básico si gustas cocinar. Nos agradó el lugar difinitivamosnte lo volveríamos a rentar!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

First trip to Destin/Miramar Beach

Past comments and pictures of the unit were spot on - no surprises. The walk to beach was 2-3 minutes so a great location. Had no issues during our stay except with the keypad and had to contact the host to get another code - quick response and worked fine after that.

Our unit was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, plenty of linens. The livingroom furniture needs replaced as does the dishwaher. The location is ideal, with the gulf right across the street. We plan on returning next winter.

Nice, peaceful place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at this complex for over twenty years but usually in one of the middle condos. We enjoyed being in this one at the back this time as the view out back was nice as compared to a parking lot. Made it a couple more steps to the beach but good exercise. The condo was in excellent shape, decorated nicely and had everything we needed. Very clean. My only complaint was the front door was very hard to open, mainly because of the humidity probably and stuck. Required great effort to open and close the door. I would not stay in this condo again until the door was fixed. There are many restaurants close by, which is one reason we like this area so much.

Great place to stay close to the beach

We were super impressed with our stay, the condo was super clean and had so much room for our family, we loved that each bedroom had its own bath plus bathroom down stairs with washer/dryer. The walk over to the beach was basically out of the condo across the street and you are there, clean beach with the most amazing clear water ever. We will for sure be back

Proximity to the beach was excellent and the pool is great. Master bedroom very spacious. Screen on slider in Master needs repair. Our unit was set back from the noise of Scenic Gulf Drive. We love the location. Leather furniture in poor condition needs to be replaced. Hide-a abed uncomfortable and Loveseat had an odor.

The only thing I didn't like is that you are not able to take your own pet to the facility to stay so I had to board my dog for 2 weeks.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Vacation rental was visually better than depicted in some of the exterior photos. Recent updates made this place look really nice. There were lots of needed cooking utensils, etc, although many lids were missing for some if not all the pots. I found the AC to be slightly undersized and the upstairs area would be warmer than downstairs, but thats seemingly typical of a 2 story unit. The location was just right for us as well, very centralized. Otherwise for the price it was very comfy and my family and I enjoyed very much. Would definitely consider again.
