Exclusive lakefront condo with screened-in porch and view of the 14th green, you are less than a minute from the beach, pool, and The Whales Tail Restaurant! Recently redecorated, you have all the comforts of home! Seascape 124 sleeps 6. 1 King size bed, 2 Twin beds, 1 sleeper sofa. Saturday to Saturday rental during the Peak season.

Destin, Florida is known as "the worlds luckiest fishing village", but we do not stop there! The whitest beaches of Florida and the Emerald Green waters are unmatched. Shop in an outlet mall, an upscale outdoor mall, or one of many boutique stores. When you are through shopping, there are endless places to enjoy the local fare or just get a quick bite. Don't forget about our water park, amusement parks, and our dozens of golf courses.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were there for a baseball tournament and got there a bit early. Once the condo was ready I got a text and was able to check in a bit early which was great! Unfortunately, the condo was not great. There were apple cider vinegar traps scattered so that told me there was something they were struggling with. Its was some sort of flying insect. Also, there were little roaches EVERYWHERE! The rental company offered to come spray but my child has asthma so it wouldnt have worked for us. Someone knew about the problem because there was roach spray under the cabinet. Also, the walls were peeling up in the bathroom. On top of that, the entire parking lot we were supposed to park in was taken up by construction supplies so we had to park else where. I just wish we would have had a heads up. If I could have gotten a refund, we would have found somewhere else to go for sure. I would not recommend staying here.

Unfortunately, the unit has roaches, predominantly in the bathroom but also seen elsewhere, and flying insects that swarm in through the front door every time it is opened. Rental fit with what we needed, clean and close to concert venue.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was a little different than most we rent via VRBO. Generally, the houses/condos we rent have a few more basic supplies available. We cook our own meals due to allergies and the units we rent have things like salt/pepper, spices, maybe some sugar packets, oil or PAM, foil and/or Saran type wrap. Just a few basics to help with meal prep and storage, there was none here other than a few Tupperware containers. I believe there were two packs of Folgers coffee, no creamer/sugar. So, we had to go get basic supplies, along with paper towels (1 small roll supplied) and TP (two rolls). No beach chairs or cooler provided, but they did have a nice beach umbrella. There wasn't any paper or pens/pencil to write notes on. None of this is necessarily a negative, just different than we are used to. The unit was very clean, and very well maintained, which we really appreciated. The bed was so much like our own, as were the many pillows that were provided. Beach towels were provided, not expected on our part, but appreciated. The location was perfect as the concert venue was within walking distance. There were a couple of games for kids, and the pool is directly across from unit. There is a bike rental place within walking distance and bike racks just outside to secure the bikes.Just to be clear, our needs/expectations and experiences may be very different from other people, we would stay here again, and just be more prepared for what to expect. We did have a few cockroaches and silverfish in the unit, but this is Florida after all, I removed them, and notified management, they responded promptly. The complex is directly across the street from the beach and a bar/restaurant that everyone seemed to enjoy.

Condo was exactly as pictured, clean upon arrival, pool was across the street and beach a short walk away. We were not provided the correct parking passes in the information binder, but the company was quick to correct the issue and communicated quickly and easily by text. Plenty of extra towels and they even provided beach towels that we could use at the pool/beach. Check in was easy and efficient as only a code was required to enter the condo. Minor issues were poor Wi-Fi connection and we had to figure out how to open the glass door in front of the front door because it would get stuck, but other than that everything was great.

Great Location but Needed a Good Cleaning

We loved the location of this property and the decorating, however, we were not impressed with the cleanliness upon arrival. I took pictures- there were stains on the towels and the shower curtain. The carpet in the bedroom did not even look like it was vacuumed. The shower had soap residue in it and I’m not sure it was cleaned. Also the floors felt Sandy. We did our own cleaning and vacuuming when we showed up and washed our towels. It was frustrating to have to do so much cleaning before we could feel settled. They need to hire a better cleaning service!! I would love to see my cleaning fee refunded for my stay for the amount of work I did!! The redeeming part of the experience was the close location to the beach and the pool. I would only stay again if they could ensure a clean and good smelling condo!

Such a short walk to the beach and the pool is basically out the front door! My only compliants would be the loud neighbors upstairs....Also, we had a lot of trouble finding the condo. The address is listed on seascape but I think its actually on driftwood bay and it's in building 111, which is also not listed so the guard at the gate, which was not helpful at all, told us our condo didn't exist because it was "a palm tree", meaning there is no such address, which he was correct....he was a jerk about it but he was correct. Not harmony's fault the guard was a jerk and I will continue to book through them because they are great to work with, but someone may want to change the address on the listing or at least put the building number to make it easier to find. I talked to Connie at harmony and she was awesome and very patient with us (and with the rude guard) when we were trying to find our "palm tree". :) Thank you Connie and harmony for a wonderful stay! Can't wait to come back next year!

The location is perfect as you are within walking distance to everything (beach, restaurants, carry out pizza, gas station for snacks, etc.). We spent a lot of time at the pool which was nice that it is about 50yds from your front door. the Seascape resort was very secure and we went on many evening walks. I would not hesitate to rent this place again!!

Very unsatisfied

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: They changed the check in and out times at the last minute and when I called to ask about it because I had a signed agreement the woman just said “well it is what it is” she was very rude!! A family of 15 stomping above us all night and security didn’t do anything to handle the situation. Shower and sink drains stopped up, we decloged it ourselves just so we could shower. I emailed the woman i booked the condo with and she sent my complaint up to her manager and yes she apologized and offered me “a free night the next time we book with them”!! Like that could replace the fact that we can’t even hear us singing happy birthday to my daughter on her birthday cause the people above us were stomping and running so much and clearly the property security doesn’t care cause all they told her was “it was busy”!! I would and will not recommend this property to anyone especially when their way of resolving a issue is only if/when I pay another $1700 definitely not worth giving it another try for 1 night free!!!!
