Este apartamento é muito bem localizado, a apenas 2 quarteirões da praia de Copacabana. Fia próxima a favela Pavão-Pavãozinho, mas o ambiente é muito sossegado, já é a terceira vez que fico nele e nunca tivemos problemas. Apartamento bem grande, quartos espaçosos e uma sala gigante. Só as TVs que estavam com problema de sinal, mas segunda a proprietária já havia solicitado os ajustes.

Apartamento com ótima localização, e a decoração um espetáculo, cada detalhe muito bem planejado. Ficamos bem acomodados realmente me senti em casa. Lá tem tudo que você possa precisar a sua disposição. Tivemos uma ótima experiência . O apartamento de fato é fantástico como mostram as fotos, e a Katya sempre muito atenciosa , passamos Natal e Reveillon totalizando 13 dias inesquecíveis. Recomendo !!!

Excelente opção no Rio de Janeiro

O apartamento é muito espaçoso, com quartos e banheiros bem grandes, com excelente localização (restaurantes e supermercados perto). Fomos num grupo de 12 pessoas e ficamos bem confortáveis. O apartamento é grande e antigo. A Katya foi muito simpática e prestativa. Tudo ocorreu conforme o combinado e não tivemos nenhum contratempo. Voltaremos com certeza!

Aluguei pela primeira vez via site sem indicação nenhuma vi as fotos entrei em contato com Katya para minha supresa super simpatica e atenciosa. Lugar privilegiado para viagem em família, nosso grupo 11 adultos e 3 crianças nos perdíamos dentro do apartamento, muito amplo, impressionante, muito confortável, completíssimo, infraestrutura local muito boa próximo a tudo e para ir a pé. Nós tivemos a oportunidade de conhecer um pouco da historia do RJ nos hospedando neste apartamento com sua arquitetura digna carioca, de tempos divinos. Um elogio de todos que puderam desfrutar comigo destes dias no RJ, foram poucos, uma semana depois já estamos com vontade e marcando planos de voltar. Estrutura e Localização
