Nice space but that’s all
The condo is finished nicely, and there is a good amount of space. It is a great location, super convenient to silver Dollar City and Indian point. The beds are quite uncomfortable however, and the WiFi never worked. When I attempted to contact the owner/manager about something, I never received a response. Overall it worked, but i would pick someplace different next time.

Cousins trip
The condo is awesome - decorated beautifully. Very comfortable. The beds slept well - as well as the couch (not the hide-a-bed - just the couch). The wi-FI never worked. That was a bummer. Loved the fireworks from Silver Dollar City. The notice says one roll of toilet paper and one roll of paper towels would be provided - however, we had less than a half a roll of each. One hand soap dispenser was empty in the bathroom. Other than that - it was perfect!!! Thank you for letting us stay there.

Awesome
My sister, daughter and I recently stayed at this condo for an early birthday getaway. The condo was everything the pictures depicted. We couldn't have been happier. I will agree with previous reviews that the pull out couch was not the best but my daughter slept on the couch without pulling out the bed and said it was very comfy. The view was great. Loved our stay and would highly recommend!

Nice and Clean
The condo itself was nice and clean. Had everything we needed. Parking was not good if you have a large vehicle. There was still a missing fire alarm as mentioned in another post. The hand rails on back deck were so lose would not let kids out there. Also the decking to condo was not great. Had to go down ramp and very slippery. The rails were also lose. Seems to me owner needs to get onto maintenance.

Great facility
It was easy to book through home away and we were provided detailed instructions to access the condo. The condo was well furnished, including the kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the overall appearance of the condo as well as the scenery was fantastic! The sofa sleeper needs a couple of the springs repaired though. We will definitely stay in these condos in the future.

Worst beds ever!
The bones are there but the couch and beds need to be replaced!! The pull-out bed in the couch was a joke. No way could adults have slept on this bed! My 8-year-old grandsons slept there but it was very uncomfortable. The mattress was approximately 3 inches deep with coils almost poking out of the top of the mattress. We had to put the master bedroom bedspread over the top of the mattress then put the fitted sheet over the top of it to soften the bed. We also put the pillows under the fitted sheet because there were no extra pillow cases for the pull-out bed pillows. The mattress was in such bad shape that it sank in the middle and both of my grandsons rolled to the middle of the bed as they slept. I slept in the 2nd bedroom and that bed was the most uncomfortable mattress that I had ever slept on...hard, hard, hard! My daughter and granddaughter slept in the master and said that bed was horrible! Then there is the master shower...it felt like the bottom of the shower is going to fall through! It needs to be fixed! The door to the small patio no longer has a blind. It is broken and has not been replaced. We stacked the sofa cushions one on top of the other to cover the patio door windows when we went to bed. When I cleaned the kitchen after supper, I loaded the dishwasher and found there were dirty dishes in it. No wonder we didn't have enough forks for supper; they were dirty in the dishwasher! With the dishes not being cleaned, I then wondered "were the sheets changed"? Having stayed in condos many times previously, I knew to look for checking out instructions before we left the place. Got out my paperwork to see where to find them and they were not where the instructions said they would be...looked throughout the kitchen and never found any. Called Shelly the manager and asked her to call me back but NEVER heard from her. I emptied the trash cans, took the trash to the dumpster, ran the dishwasher, and put dirty towels in the bathtub. Did the best we could without any instructions or any help from Shelly. This condo has the potential to be a luxury condo; 3 TV's, decent kitchen, washer/dryer, and great location to Silver Dollar City but the couch and mattresses need to be desperately replaced! You should have an onsite manager for all of the condos instead of the way it is currently operated.

We had a very enjoyable experience at this condo. It was really close to Silver Dollar City & Lake Taneycomo. The condo was clean & in a very quiet area. The owner was very quick to respond with any questions we had. We would recommend highly.

Very Nice Condo on Indian Point
We have stayed at various condos on Indian Point and this is a very nice condo. This building is much newer than the rest of Eagles Nest and has nice and modern finishes. I had limited interaction with the owner but when I did, she was nice. Good wi-fi, good water pressure, good HVAC. One thing I really was impressed with was how quite the unit was. I believe the six unit building was full, but did not hear any neigbors. Only two negatives, the master bedroom bed was uncomfortable (2nd bedroom bed has foam toper on it and was comfortable) and the smoke detector is missing in the great room. I would stay here again.

Wonderful Condo with everything you need and more!
This condo was wonderful! We had everything we needed and more. Every room was fully stocked with everything you'd need for your stay. It was super clean and the accommodations were wonderful. The view off of the balcony was gorgeous. Our kids loved that they had their own bedroom and bathroom and we loved the spacious layout. We loved it so much we wanted to stay another night! It is a short drive into town but the quietness of the location made it the perfect location. Thank you for a wonderful stay~

This condo is absolutely perfect! Minutes from everything!! And you don't have to pack anything for the bath, kitchen or laundry. Everything was supplied, although I brought it all lol. Would recommend this condo to anyone.

Favorite spot to stay!
This condo was by far our favorite. We had a great experience checking in and out. The owner worked with us even though it was a last minute rental (very very last minute!!) The condo was stocked with tons of towels and the washer/dryer combo was super convient. No complaints! The only suggestion we have is to somehow illuminate the building numbers like the rest of the property. It was just a little confusing following the rest of the building numbers and then all of a sudden we didn't see any more numbers. We arrived later in the evening so it was hard to see the numbers that we clearly saw the next morning on the building.

Pure comfort!
This condo was simply amazing for my family of four! My kids were all smiles the whole time. Very modern and well stocked. We had everything we needed. We even enjoyed watching a sunset on the deck overlooking the lake. Very impressed!

Go for it!
We live in state and travel to Branson regularly. We love to stay new places and try new things but this will now be the place we book every trip. A few things to note, this is right next to silver dollar city you can actually see wild fire from your porch . You are approximately 7 miles from Branson and 5 miles from Branson west which means the location is awsome. Branson tends to have very bad traffic during the season so having the ability to easily go to Branson west for food or grocery and skip the traffic jam is great. There are stairs up to the unit they are wide and not hard to walk up . The unit is modern with nice utilities and such. My wife loved the jetted tub and I enjoyed the fire place , my 4 yo daughter loved having a big TV in her room and my 3mo loved the provided Hi chair so she could eat with us. There are plenty of utensils ,towels and bedding for the whole dani and a nice washer and dryer. Any ways this is a nice place at a nice price we will be back. Enjoy! Chris

Nice condo but lacking some necessities
The condo was very nice and well appointed. However some safety measures were lacking, there was no smoke alarm in the unit just an empty hole in the ceiling for one. There was no info on amenities in the resort and we received no answer from the numbers left in the room in fact one was disconnected. We did receive an answer hours later through the home away app. If you look online you will see that the eagles nest resort has a new indoor pool and splash pad this is not that resort we find out the hard way. I would stay here again if was just my husband and I. But not with the kiddos they need a pool to make it a even more special experience for them.

Better than expected!
As season ticket holders to Silver Dollar City, we have tried multiple locations around the Branson area for overnight accommodations. This condo at Eagle's Nest was the most convenient and enjoyable. As other's have mentioned in their reviews, the condo is very clean and modern. Bedrooms are comfy and kitchen well-stocked. It is true, the theme park is within earshot of the back deck. The kids got a kick out of listening to SDC's locomotive's whistle from the train they had just ridden hours earlier. If I were to mention anything critical about this unit, it would be my concern for the shower base in the master bedroom. While the shower itself is nicely built with tile surrounds and glass doors, the acrylic base in the shower felt very flimsy while standing on it. As a fellow property manager myself, I would be looking into ways to reinforce or replace this rather low-end fixture that subtracts from the luxury of the rest of the condo. Great place for a family weekend in Branson!!!
My husband and I along with our two daughters, 5 & 8 stayed at this condo for 3 nights. Very clean and everything we needed was right there. If you are going to Silver Dollar City you can't get closer! It is literally 5 minutes away by car. The condo is beautiful, we typically stay at nice hotels when we travel, but this was so much better! My girls didn't even want to leave the condo to go places! Off the back deck you can see a couple of the roller coasters from Silver Dollar City. In the morning the deck is a great quiet place for a morning cup of coffee and once Silver Dollar City opens you can hear the screams coming from the roller coasters, which my kids just thought that was the coolest :) Everything you need in the kitchen aside from groceries of course and there was even everything you need for showers/baths, which was unexpected!

LOVE this place!!!
This is a very clean, very nice condo extremely convenient to Silver Dollar City. In fact, the teen girls with us said they could actually hear people screaming on Wildfire (one of the rides) which you can see from the back deck. Kitchen is very well stocked for cooking. The hottub at the resort is amazing! This little resort is a well-kept secret. Very quiet, natural surroundings. Note> I would keep young children off the deck. It's high up there and the railings (not just on this condo, but resort-wide) don't seem to be made of very sturdy material. That's my ONLY concern about this fabulous condo. Book with confidence! We will stay here again for sure.

Great!
We really enjoyed this condo. The pictures don't really do it justice--it is very nicely decorated and very comfortable. The jetted tub was nice, and the other bathroom has a tub that is extra deep. The fireplace generated heat very nicely. The sofa is a sleeper, so there is an extra bed available if needed. The location is directly south of Silver Dollar City, so you could not possibly get any closer. It also has easy access to Highway 76.
