Apartment classified 3 stars, 100 m from Lake Annecy, and the bike path, in a quiet, fenced villa, with private parking for your car. You will reach the apartment by an independent entrance, with an external staircase. You will be the only tenants in the property. Garden of 2000 m2, part of which is exclusively for you.
Unlimited free WiFi; TV with TNT reception. Sheets are provided, end of stay cleaning is included in the rental price; furnished apartment fully equipped, small grocery store (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar, coffee etc.) in the apartment upon arrival.
Starting point for bike tours (we are at the foot of the Leschaux pass; Forclaz pass and other passes of the Tour de France in the vicinity).
Possibility of practicing all sports (water, sliding, mountain, flight, etc.) in the surrounding area; and also: summer toboggan, adventure trails, hikes (you are in the Bauges Natural Park), paragliding, rollerblading ...
For more comfort the kitchen and living room area has been completely refurbished and repainted in March 2019.

très bon séjour à Sévrier

nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances à Sévrier dans un logement très propre, bien agencé et très bien placé, au pied des pistes cyclables et piétonnes, à deux pas des commerces. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et s'adaptent au besoin des vacanciers, en particulier en mettant à notre disposition dans un premier temps un petit chauffage électrique car les températures étaient un peu basse pour la saison puis a remis en marche la chaudière pour avoir plus de confort. N'hésitez pas à y aller, c'est top !

Beautiful stay in Sevrier

We had a fantastic time here, the apartment is lovely with a nice garden area to use lots of close by amenities & a fantastic location to explore Aneccy & the surrounding mountains. The free bus around the lake was an added bonus! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires. Le logement est parfaitement situé à côté du lac, avec accès à 1 mn de la piste cyclable, de plus, il est fonctionnel et se trouve dans un endroit calme et reposant. La région est magnifique.

Dommage un peu froid pour la saison mais magnifique paysages, randonnées piste cyclable et lac à côté du gîte. Super accueil des propriétaires logement très fonctionnel.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und top eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist sehr gut - alles in der Nähe (Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strände, Fahrradroute....). Wir kommen wieder!

Magnifique séjour, le logement est très propre et très très bien situé! On est dans un petit cocon. Proche de tous Annecy est accessible en vélo par la piste cyclable ou rapidement en voiture. Très bon gite offrant d'excellentes prestations : local fermé pour les vélos, cour fermée pour la voiture, cuisine très bien équipée, wc séparé ; à 7 kms d'Annecy par la voie verte, à 5 minutes à pied d'une plage, des hôtes charmants, bref, le cocktail parfait pour d'excellents vacances !

Très très bon accueil : de bons conseils pour les visites, les rando… propriétaires très disponibles et très gentils Appartement au top : propre, bien aménagé, très bien équipé ( il y’a tout ce qu’il faut : produits ménager, draps, torchons, sac poubelle …) c’est bien la première fois que cela nous arrive Idéal d’avoir un local pour mettre les vélos à l’abri, le jardin est idéal, bien arboré ( transat , table, chaises ) Location près de la piste cyclable, près du centre d’aviron où on peut se baigner endroit calme On reviendra ça c’est sûr nous avons aimé ++

perfekte Unterkunft

Für unsere Bedürfnisse war die Wohnung perfekt. Die Vermieter haben wirklich an jedes Detail gedacht und standen zur Verfügung, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Wir hatten unsere Fahrräder dabei, die wir in die Garage stellen durften. Die Gegend, der See und die Natur haben uns beeindruckt. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Propriétaires adorables, logement cosy et vraiment tout équipé sur un bel écrin de verdure. Très agréable pour manger, buller ou bien faire de la balançoire si vous avez un enfant :) Piste cyclable/piéton juste derrière. Le port et/ou commodités accessible à pied. Je recommande, top top !
