An apartment to make your stay in Florence special

A wonderful apartment with an amazing view of the Piazza della Signoria. Two double windows open to the Piazza and with a cup of tea or glass of wine you can watch the ever changing scene at different times of the day. Buskers provide music of an evening. Double glazed windows make the apartment quiet when needed but open make you feel you are down there . The apartment is very comfortable and well planned - shower is good, wifi excellent, kitchen compact but useful. Umberto is most helpful and promptly replies to questions. Laura was waiting for me when I arrived to let me in and give information, The apartment is on the 4th floor and there is a lift. There are lots of restaurants in the area. The Uffizi as on the Piazza and the Ponte Vecchio is a short walk away. The Duomo piazza is not far and just beyond it is well stocked Conad supermarket. It's a perfect place to stay in Florence.

Clean, convenient spot!

The apartment was in a great piazza, often crowded but not too noisy from the fourth floor. Well appointed and good size for two people. The housekeeper was kind and helpful!

Magical!

Magical is a great description of this amazing loft. The description is understated. We felt like royalty as we looked out over the Plaza Della Signoria!

Perfect Location!!!

Right on the Piazza Della Signoria!! Perfect for exploring Florence. You can walk to everything and enjoy all that Florence has to offer. Highly recommend for anyone who enjoys the activity of a busy Piazza and the ability to look out your window at the Pallazzo Vecchio and history!!!

A wonderful place to "call home" in Florence

The apartment and host experience were fantastic and we would definitely recommend to family and friends wholeheartedly. The location is central to all things magical that constitute the uniqueness and beauty of Florence. Walkable to all the major attractions and sites and more. Ms. Gianna and Umberto were wonderful to work with and made our stay both memorable and "easy." Highly accomodating in all respects and we recommend, it will not disappoint. A wonderful stay in Florence made even more special by staying at this special apartment.

The best view in Florence!

This charming apartment has everything you could want— centrally located with an iconic view of Piazza Signoria, it has a kitchenette, washing machine and an elevator! We stayed for 8 nights, it was just perfect for a couple who had work to do; Zoom calls from the dining room table and room to spread out. And when it was time for fun, we were surrounded by historic sites, great shopping and restaurants, with gelato on the corner… we loved it, we will be back 💕

Perfect View

We have learned over years of travel that location is so important when choosing the right place to stay. What a treat to wake up every morning and look out at the Uffizi Loggia. For two, the apartment was romantic and had everything. There was ample storage and room to have a coffee and relax. The location let us take a break easily mid day and was right in the thick of restaurants and sights. Everything was clean and Gianna was waiting for us when we arrived. I highly recommend this for a couple.

Perfect place in Florence

My partner and I stayed here for almost a week and we could not have been happier. Perfect location, great view, and great service. It was nice to leave our apartment and be right in the heart of Florence. Nice little kitchen area with everything you need, nice bathroom and great layout. We have been in a hotel for one night and we already miss it!

Our second stay at this wonderful apartment.

This apartment has everything needed for a great stay. The location is to die for and even though it on the busy piazza it is pretty quiet being on the 4th floor. The gem is Gianna the host of the apartment! Always super helpful and kind. She is by far the best host we have ever encountered.

Can't beat the location!

We love Florence because it's so walkable, and this location is in the center of everything. Spectacular view overlooking the Piazza della Signoria. Perfect for two. Appreciated the elevator.

Fabulous apartment

We had a fabulous 4-night stay in this apartment. The location and views of the piazza were truly amazing! The apartment was exactly as in the photos. Very clean, very safe and it had everything we needed. Communications with Umberto and Gianna was easy and both were very helpful with restaurant and taxi reservations. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again for my next visit to beautiful Florence.

Excellent location and in the heart of Florence

This property was just as listed. Prime location for exploring Florence and in the heart of a safe and historic square. Nice place for a visit to Florence. AC, elevator and washing machine was great for us.

Very nice apartment in a perfect location

The apartment couldn’t be more perfectly located with Palazzo Vecchio and the Uffizi right out your door. An added bonus was AIR CONDITIONING! Florence was reaching 98 degrees Fahrenheit when we were there and it was hot but the room air conditioning was a life saver. The room has small refrigerator and the small touches that make it convenient. There’s also a small clothes washer in the apartment, which is really useful, but it needs to be cleaned because it stained some clothes and smells badly. Another really appreciated item was the elevator. Last time in Florence (different apartment) I had to walk up four floors every time I went to apartment but this time it was great having a little elevator to use, especially being so hot. Communication with owner and manager was great. I would give a strong recommendation to consider this apartment. I really enjoyed it.

Fantastic location

Couldn’t have asked for a better location to view all of the sights, museums, etc and as a bonus, apartment is not too far from the train station. Apartment is ideal for a single person or a couple.

Perfect location for two in Florence!

Umberto and Gianna both were great in coordinating our arrival, and exit. When I researched areas to stay, I fell in love with the piazza. Then I discovered this wonderful apartment and booked immediately. We loved every moment, and would gladly return any time!

Location location location!

Not only are you over looking the square but I felt like we were in a central location to allow us to walk everywhere we wanted to go. We felt safe no matter what time of day we were out and about. The apartment itself was cozy and comfortable. Gianna was lovely, she was so helpful no matter what questions we had!

Wonderful stay!

This adorable apartment had everything we needed! The host was wonderful with communication and very welcoming! This was perfect for our family of three! We truly appreciated the patience we were given with our check in time since our train was delayed. We also loved the suggestions of restaurants and museums shared with us during check in. We hope to visit again soon!

First time to Florence

The apartment is amazing! best location, very romantic. Looking over the Piazza della Signoria right at the Uffizi gallery. Immaculately clean, greatest host ever. Gianna is wonderful. Check -in was easy because she met us there and walked us through the apt. Her restaurant recommendations are spot on. Having a great home base always makes the trip so much more enjoyable. Highly recommend this apartment.

Beautiful apartment in a great location.

For us the best place in Florence. Everything can be reached on foot. The apartment is beautifully decorated and very clean. Gianna was great too, very friendly and helpful.

Great location, beautiful views.

We really enjoyed this property. It is a great location and has beautiful views of the piazza. We did have a big problem with the power going out. We never had anything plugged in at the time, and the instruction manual they left us was for another property entirely (it referenced Paris in some places). The story is too long to tell, but we were rushing to leave at 6 am so this was VERY inconvenient. Other than that, it was a comfortable and well located stay.
