One bedroom one bath condo conveniently located one block off the beach and you don’t have any busy roads to cross to be surf side! Perfect size for a small family or a couple escaping for a relaxed vacation. This comfortably furnished condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen which includes a microwave. Close enough to the beach for bathroom and lunch breaks. Enjoy the best of both worlds with a great family friendly northern beach location close to the outlets and restaurants, and a quick walk to catch the bus for $3.00/day to be on the boardwalk or the inlet without the hassle of a car.
You will need to bring towels, bedding linens, all other toiletries. Bedroom has queen bed and queen pullout sofa in LR. 4 pillows are provided.

Good option

Good option if you want a balcony with a view of the ocean. Also a good option if you want to be on the part of the beach that isn't as busy and crowded. Walkable to several food options.

Loved our stay

We stayed with our infant son and all had a fantastic week at the condo. It was very clean and had a great view of the beach. At night can turn off the AC, sit outside and hear the waves. The balcony has a retractable shade which was very nice. Bed is very comfortable and both AC units work great to keep the condo cool. Heat index was well over 100F for the week, and it kept the unit cool with no problems. We loved having a designated parking spot. Other people mention the parking is tight but our Hyundai Santa Fe fit with plenty of room. Beach access is very close to the condo with a nice walkway and a place to wash your feet before going back in. We would recommend 10/10 and absolutely would stay again.

Great location and cozy place!

The only issue we had was locating the parking spot when we got there but Tina was very helpful and responsive! Great place for a quick get away with the wife! Thank you, Tina!

Awesome location

Great location steps from the beach with an ocean view. We love north OC and this condo was perfect for our little family. Loved sitting on the balcony after a day at the beach. Easy parking. Quiet street. Loved it!

Nice condo- and great location!

This condo is an EXCELLENT distance to the shore! It is very possible to leave your car in the reserved, covered spot beneath the building and carry your things out to the sand (which is a guarded beach during the day); it's not even a block of walking. This building is also an easy walking distance to at least one breakfast spot, convenience stores, and a few others; if you bring a car, it's also a short drive to grocery stores and other locations- and if you do stock up on groceries, the kitchen is truly fully-stocked, so you can cook just about anything (I also do like how most of the appliances are stainless-steel- but that's not a critical factor). I have been accustomed to central A/C, but the two window units kept my guest and I cool even on the warmest days. Due to the age of my guest, it was a bit of a challenge getting up the stairs to the condo, but it was overall a very good stay for us both.

Shower had soft spots in tub spending on where you stepped. A bit of a musty odor on bedroom, but after a few hours, didn’t notice it Temperature was good. Both AC units worked fine. Appliances all worked fine. Overall, it fit our needs well.

Perfect spot

The quaint condo was just right for us! It had everything we needed. We met kind neighbors in the building.m too. Easy walking access to the beach. Restaurants are everywhere. The kids loved the quiet street. Street parking was no problem too.

Weekend at the beach

The unit is very close to the beach and comfortable. There is an outdoor shower / foot shower. The deposit was promptly returned. We enjoyed our visit to Ocean City. Tina was great. She recommended The Crabcake Factory up the street. We loved the Crabcakes and Bllody Mary with lump crab meat.

Relaxing/Unfortunate

For the most part, we were enjoying ourselves and relaxing until the evening of our 2nd night. We were overran by gnats in our condo, we saw a few here and there upon arrival but that wasn't a major issue to us. But around that evening they seemed to have just swarmed out of nowhere, in every room. The kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and living room. we were unable to finish our stay and left 11 hours early before our checkout time was even due. Tina, our host, was doing a great job up until that point. But we couldn't last in there any longer. ,

OC Vacation

What a perfect place for our small family to stay during our beach vacation. Great location and very clean unit. Tina was very helpful with any questions that we had and made the check-in/check out process seamless. The covered parking space is an added bonus for this place- would definitely stay again!

Great location

We had a nice time. The unit is very close to the beach. We were able to walk back for lunch and bathroom breaks with our kids. Our twins were comfortable on the pull out couch. The kitchen is not very well stocked, but we ate out every night. It is close to mini golf, which had moving dinosaurs, making it a big hit with our girls. The neighborhood is very quiet. This is a great place if you want to avoid crossing coastal hwy. The unit is older, so some things, like the bedroom carpet have some stains. Be sure to bring your own pillows. The ones in the unit had brown and yellow stains.

My sister and I had a wonderful time. The place was clean and comfortable. You could see the ocean from the balcony and the living room. It was quiet and peaceful and yet a block away were all the stores we needed. We hope to book this charming oasis next year.

Perfect little condo

Private and Quiet

The condo was very quiet with close and convenient beach access. We never crossed paths with anyone in the stairwell. Parking was a bit challenging due to the piers, but it had it's advantages because no one was going to back into your car and it was completely shaded. All of the appliances seemed to be in working order. Internet and newer smart TV were excellent. Both AC units kept the entire condo at a perfect temperature. You could not see the sunrise from the balcony, but it woke you up through the bedroom window!

Everyone has enjoyed staying at our condo and vacationing at the beach. My favorite time is in the morning drinking my coffee on the balcony and eating my Fractured prune donuts. They are located on 127th Bay side next to the Verizon store. They are the best cake donuts...get there early with cash. Don't forget coupons in the coupon book..

Why they chose this property

My Family has enjoyed many summer days on the beach. Being able to quickly walk back to the condo for lunch and naps when the children were little which was terrific.

What makes this property unique

125th North side park for yearly events and especially on 4th of July for Fireworks which can be seen from front balcony or walk across the street to the park. Great location for the Annual Car shows and enjoy all the classic cars that come to OC!
