Gorgeous place, recommend

We really enjoyed the stay, And our dog too. The property has a fence and so the dog can roam free. Well equipped, nice furniture, very clean. Kitchen has sufficient plates, glasses etc for 6 guests. 3 bathrooms is a real plus when traveling with teenagers. The property is pretty far up the hill and offers great views, but you pretty much have to take the car to the beach. Easy communication with host by WhatsApp. Very responsive, and issues were immediately addressed.The internet in Castiglione seems slow for all providers during the summer, so don't expect great connection through WiFi. Since no salt or spices are provided in the kitchen consider bringing your set, so you don't have to buy everything.

La casa rispecchia in pieno la descrizione. Pulita, accogliente, silenziosa, spaziosa, curata nei dettagli e la cucina fornita di tutti gli utensili necessari. La posizione in collina e immersa nel verde offre una bella vista sul mare e alla sera soffia una piacevole aria fresca. Il giardino e la veranda permettono di poter mangiare o rilassarsi all' esterno. Tutta la struttura è recintata, ottimo per chi come noi possiede un cane. La proprietaria molto gentile, disponibile e premurosa.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Das Haus ist geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und bietet eine tolle Terasse mit Meerblick. Es liegt wunderbar ruhig, der Strand ist mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Vermieterin, Cristina, ist sehr freundlich und bei allen Fragen erreichbar. Castiglione selbst hat eine schöne Altstadt und viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Insgesamt haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Tolle Unterkunft für die ganze Familie!

Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin total unkompliziert. Tolles, gemütliches Objekt für entspannte Tage! Einzig die Lage sollte beachtet werden. Abseits vom Ort und auf dem Hang gelegen.

Schöne und komfortable Wohnung, toll gelegen

Klasse Aussicht, grosser überdachter Aussenbereich, jeder Schlafraum hat sein eigenes Badezimmer. Wir haben uns hervorragend erholt und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank nochmal an Cristina. Die immer prompt und schnell reagiert hat wenn wir Fragen oder Probleme hatten.

Eine der besten Lagen in Castiglione della Pescaia

Wir haben mit unseren zwei Kindern eine Woche in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung verbracht und haben es sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit Cristina und der Check-in haben reibungslos geklappt. Cristina hat innerhalb weniger Minuten geantwortet wenn wir eine Frage hatten. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, schön groß und liebevoll eingerichtet. Sie liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet, das für uns eines der schönsten in ganz Castiglione ist. Von der Terrasse hat man einen traumhaften Blick auf das Meer und auch sonst ist sie durch viele Sitzmöbel toll zu nutzen. Mit dem Auto ist man innerhalb weniger Minuten am schönen Strand. Wir waren immer im La Valletta Beach Club, den wir ebenfalls sehr empfehlen können. Castiglione selbst ist einer der malerischsten Orte am Meer in der Toskana. Es gibt viele schöne kleine Geschäfte, viele Restaurants und von der Burg aus hat man einen grandiosen Blick auf das Meer. Wir hatten demnach einen traumhaften Aufenthalt und kommen nächstes Jahr sehr gerne wieder.

Una perla nascosta..

Abbiamo soggiornato a Castiglione tra giugno e luglio con il nostro piccolino.. la Sig.ra Cristina è stata gentilissima e super disponibile, preziosi sono stati i suoi consigli. La casa è immersa nel verde con un ottimo scorcio sul mare. Meraviglioso è stato mangiare fuori, in veranda, nella totale tranquillità. Anche il nostro piccolo si è divertito tantissimo.. che dire ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra!!

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir (zwei Erwachsene und 3 Teenager) haben und sofort in das wundervolle Haus verliebt. Die fantastische Terrasse mit traumhafter Aussicht auf das Meer und die Schlafzimmer mit drei tollen Bädern, lassen keine Wünsche offen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und der Kontakt verlief völlig problemlos. Wie haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden garantiert wieder kommen. Mille grazie Cristina

Super schöne Unterkunft mit tollem Ausblick auf das Meer

Meine Familie und ich + Hund (Golden Retriever) haben eine Woche in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft verbracht. Das Check-In lief reibungslos und die Gastgeberin ist eine sehr nette Frau, die uns und auch unseren Hund sehr herzlichen empfangen hat. Bei Fragen hat sie uns innerhalb weniger Minuten auf WhatsApp geantwortet. Die Unterkunft ist wahnsinnig schön und liebevoll dekoriert und extrem sauber! Der Ausblick und der Außenbereich ist wahnsinnig schön. Wir hatten zu erst ein wenig Bedanken wegen der vielen Stufen, die zum Objekt führen, fanden dies jedoch überhaupt nicht schlimm (Bewegung im Urlaub schadet sowieso nicht) und konnten so das Grundstück sehr privat genießen, da der Weg nur zum Objekt nach unten führt. Das gesamte Grundstück ist eingezäunt, was sehr praktisch für den Urlaub mit Hund war. Ein überdachter Parkplatz ist direkt neben der Treppe vorhanden. Die Gegend ist sehr schön um den Tag am Strand zu verbringen, abends in der Altstadt essen zu gehen oder von dort aus andere Städte für einen Tagestrip zu besuchen. Wir können die Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen!!

Wundervoll!

Diese sehr schöne Ferienwohnung entspricht genau der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Von der Terrasse hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf das Meer und in das grüne Hinterland. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war hervorragend, es wurde immer sofort auf unsere Fragen geantwortet. Zu unserer Reisezeit war das Wetter an sonnigen Tagen warm genug zum Baden und die Strände waren fast menschenleer. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen!!

appartamento in splendida posizione

Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana in questa proprietà che abbiamo trovato pulita ed ordinata. La location è molto bella e tranquilla, dalla terrazza abbiamo goduto di una bellissima vista in tutti i momenti della giornata. La Sig.ra Cristina è stata disponibile e molto gentile. L'appartamento è dotato di ogni confort ed è ben attrezzato; anche se a noi è mancato qualche utensile in cucina! Nel complesso siamo stati molto soddisfatti.

Sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung

Ruhige Lage mit Blick auf Giglio. 20 Minuten zu Fuß nach Castiglione. 10 Minuten bis an den Naturstrand.Haus und Einrichtung modern und hochwertig, mit persönlichen Akzenten. Einweisung freundlich und persönlich, Reinigungsservice einmal pro Woche. Entspricht zu 100% der Beschreibung. Die Treppe auch. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Traumhafter Blick und alles bestens

Wir waren 8 Tage dort, eine wunderschöne Terrasse mit Meerblick und sehr vielen Sitzgelegenheiten, moderne Zimmer und Bäder, sehr ruhige Lage, sehr entspannend. Leider waren im September einige Stechmücken unterwegs und ein Auto oder mindestens ein Fahrrad sollte man haben, da der Weg in die Stadt zu Fuß 30 — 40 Minuten dauert. Sehr schönes Städtchen, sehr schöne Ferienwohnung!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger, guter Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist genau - wie in den Fotos dargestellt - sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Betten sind sehr komfortabel und die Bäder ebenfalls sehr schön. Die Küche ist schön aber nicht sehr zweckmäßig. Für Kochen nicht so geeignet, da doch einiges an Kochutensilien fehlt und es ist kaum Arbeitsplatz vorhanden. Das Besondere an dieser Wohnung ist die Terrasse und der Ausblick auf das Meer. Der Zugang zum Haus ist nur über 80 Treppenstufen erreichbar. Auf diesen Umstand muss besser verwiesen werden.

Wir haben unsren Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr komfortabel ausgestattet und liegt sehr ruhig.Die Betten sind sehr bequem, die Küche sehr reichhaltig ausgestattet. Jederzeit wieder.
