Traumhafte kleine Villa

Das Ferienhäuschen ist wunderschön! Es liegt in einer Ferienhaussiedlung mit Yachthafen, in der es unter anderem einen Bäcker, einen kleinen (teuren) Supermarkt und eine leckere Pizzeria gibt - alles was man zum Leben braucht 😊. Ende Mai/Anfang Juni waren die meisten Häuser unbewohnt und es war herrlich ruhig. Am Strand ist man in etwa fünf Minuten. Es handelt sich um einen schönen Sandstrand mit einzelnen Felsen dazwischen, den wir während der Pfingstferien nur mit wenigen Leuten teilen mussten. Das Ferienhaus selbst besteht aus einem offenen Wohnbereich samt Küche, einem Elternschlafzimmer mit Ensuite-Dusche, einem Kinderschlafzimmer mit Stockbett und ggf. dritter Matratze auf dem Boden, einem separaten Bad mit Dusche, WC und Waschbecken sowie einem weiteren separaten WC. Aus der ehemaligen Garage wurde ein Pavillon gemacht, in dem sich ein weiteres Schlafzimmer samt Dusche befindet. Es gibt eine überdachte Terrasse mit großem Esstisch und eine Terrasse mit Liegestühlen und Pool, die den ganzen Tag Sonne hat. Aufgrund der Bepflanzung uneinsehbar. Traumhaft!!! Zudem liegt auf dem Grundstück noch eine private Boulebahn. Der Check-In war sehr freundlich und völlig unproblematisch, obwohl wir erst spät am Abend ankamen. Einziges Manko: Wir kamen (wie gebucht) zu fünft und es lag nicht genug Bettwäsche und Kissen für uns bereit, was wir erst bemerkt haben, als der Gastgeber nicht mehr vor Ort war. Da wir uns insoweit selbst helfen konnten, haben wir das aber nicht moniert.

L'endroit parfait pour se ressourcer en famille

Nous avons passes deux semaines de reve dans cette maison proche de la mer. Les enfants ont passes beaucoup de temps dans la piscine et ma mere tres agee a apprecie de pouvoir se retirer dans le calme de l'annexe en fin de soiree.

Belle villa à Sant Ambroggio

Belle villa bien équipée à proximité des plages de Sant Ambroggio. La terrasse est agréable avec piscine et barbecue, on peut y voir la mer. Par contre, pas moyen de mettre la main sur le cygne gonflable de la photo 14 😉 Il y a une place de parking devant le garage. Merci à Claude pour sa disponibilité et ses conseils

SEJOUR JUIN 2021

Villa agréable de part son environnement et sa terrasse avec piscine . Seul gros Bémol, la 3 ème chambre indépendante avec grand lit ( garage aménagé) avec sa soi-disant douche (qui est inutilisable) , cette pièce est à refaire complètement pour être proposée dignement à la location . Nous avons eu des odeurs de moisi car cette pièce n'a aucune fenêtre , uniquement 1 porte d'entrée. Le séjour s'est bien passé malgré les petits soucis du début...du à ces inconvénients.. L'accueil est très bien fait par le Monsieur qui est là pour ouvrir et fermer la location mais ce n'est pas le propriétaire.

Hübsches Häuschen inmitten einer Feriensiedlung

Etwas in die Jahres gekommenes Ferienhäuschen mit einem sehr hübschen , eingewachsenen Garten. Daher bekommt man das Drumherum nicht so sehr mit, sondern hat seine Ruhe. Gerade noch ok für unsere Familie mit zwei Teenagern, die kaum in die quietschenden Stockbetten passten. Dafür gab es aber zwei Badezimmer. Sehr wichtig!! Die Räume waren insgesamt sehr klein, aber sehr gut augestattet, es war alles da, was wir brauchten, auch Geschiir in ausreichender Menge.

Nous avons passés deux semaines superbes dans la maison. Maison très bien equipée qui permet à se reposer et se sentir comme chez soi. Endroit parfait pour nous, famille avec deux enfants à 4 et 5 ans. Excéllente reception par Claude (merci encore). Logement absolument recommandable!

Toller Familienurlaub auf Korsika

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt auf Korsika rundum genossen. Das Ferienhaus mit Pool ist sehr schön und man hat eine angenehme Privatsphäre. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Auch ein paar Spiele sind vorhanden. Das war gut so, da wir leider unsere Kartenspiele zuhause vergessen hatten! Der Strand ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Meer ist türkisblau, der Sand ist sauber und das Wasser für die Kinder noch etliche Meter weit knietief. Was will man mehr? Das wunderschöne Städtchen Calvi ist in ca. 20 Minuten praktisch gleich um die Ecke, wenn man abends mal flanieren will. Wir hatten einen ausgesprochen tollen Familienurlaub mit herrlichem Wetter und schönen Ausflügen nach Calvi, Pigna, Corte und Occi. Am tollsten war die Kajakfahrt im Fangodelta. Das können wir nur bestens empfehlen.

Das Haus liegt zwar mitendrin in einer Ferienhaus-Siedlung aber es ist trotzdem ruhig und rundherum schön zugewachsen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Strand ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen.

Séjour dans un petit paradis

Très jolie villa, bien équipée. La maison est idéale avec 3 jeunes enfants. Nous avons apprécié la localisation dans la Marina. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse (qui a besoin d un petit rafraîchissement) avec la piscine et la luxuriante végétation environnante. Une super semaine de vacances bien trop courte. Merci pour l accueil de Claude. La communication avec Olivier s est également très bien passée tout au long de la réservation à la fin de notre séjour. Nous gardons l adresse pour une prochaine visite.

Petite maison mais emplacement idéal et environnement luxuriant

Séjour en famille bien agréable malgré une météo capricieuse pour une fin de mois de Mai, la petite maison est située à proximité immédiate d'une très belle plage (idéal avec de jeunes enfants), la piscine est de bonne taille. Un grand MERCI à Claude pour son accueil, sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité,et sa discrétion. Les points qui pourraient être améliorés : la terrasse un peu vieillissante et un manque de rangements (étagères à vêtements) et de patères.

Lovely family property in excellent location

Very much enjoyed the stay. We were welcomed by Claude, and the owners Olivier and Anne had kindly left us some wine as it was our 5th wedding anniversary. Lovely property, very clean, and with a beautiful garden and swimming pool. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of info on the area to read, cable TV with quite a few French channels and within 5 minutes walk of the shops at the front. Two nearby stations to take you to Calvi or Ille Rouse, and a path just beyond the Club Med/Marine Sant'Ambrog station allows you to walk along the coast or up to Lumio and the abandoned village in the hills. If you're looking for a nice villa with nearby amenities, this'd be thoroughly recommended.

Sehr schöner und entspannter Urlaub

Uns hat die private Atmosphäre und der schöne Garten mit Pool sehr gut gefallen. Für Kinder super. Schöner Strand gut und schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Gerne jederzeit wieder.

Secluded little paradise!

The villa is set in a lovely private development among pine trees right on the Corsican coast between Calvi and Ile-Rousse, very peaceful and with lovely views, an excellent beach and swimming plus a very handy parade of shops, all within a few minutes walk of the property. The house itself was very comfortable, fully (almost over-) equipped with crockery etc, plus a proper oven and hob plus microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Outside it was amazingly private, surrounded by flowering shrubs giving a glimpse of the sea, and with a small but good pool complete with sun loungers and a shady veranda where we ate every meal during our stay. We were 2 couples staying, but the property is really more suited to a family with 2/3 children, as the 2nd bedroom has bunk beds. The owner's father in law lives very locally, and is very helpful. This north-western corner of Corsica is beautiful, and Ile-Rousse is the warmest spot on the island; there are loads of great beaches nearby, Calvi and Ile-Rousse are lovely towns to explore, and the roads south along the coast and into the mountains are spectacular. We would certainly return.

Parfait !

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cette jolie maison. Nous avons 2 jeunes enfants et cette maison est idéale pour nous. Elle a tout le confort recherché, la piscine est très bien placée pour surveiller les enfants. Le jardin est très agréable, très fleuri, avec le petit plus, la balançoire et la petite cabane pour les enfants. Propriétaire très sympa. Vacances parfaites ! Nous re signons sans hésitation pour l'année prochaine !!!

Une villa très confortable dans une marina sublime

Des vacances pleines de surprises, à l'arrivée avec une villa très bien située et très confortable, lumineuse, bien décorée, sans vis à vis, encore mieux que sur les photos. Puis la découverte de la marine qui est un lieu charmant, son petit port de plaisance, ses commerces, et surtout peu de circulation, puis la région que nous ne connaissions pas, la Balagne qui nous a conquis. Nos enfants ne veulent plus que l'on prenne des vacances ailleurs !

LOCATION TRES BIEN SITUEE ET FONCTIONNELLE

Nous avons passé un tres agréable séjour en juillet 2009. Maison confortable, fonctionnelle et claire. Piscine et vue tres sympas. Au calme (assez éloignée de la route et des voisins) et proches a pieds des commerces et plage dans un site magnifique. Seul bémol, manque la climatisation et l'ombre des arbres pour la maison qui est en plein soleil donc assez caniculaire en été.

Un endroit super, une location très confortable

Nous avons passez un moment très agréable. L'accueil sur place est très chaleureux, on a tout dans cette maison et l'internet est très utile pour regarder les TV étrangères sur le PC, et recevoir ses mails. Nous avons été surpris par le soleil et des journées à plus de 22 degrés en avril ! Le lieu où se trouve la villa est idéal, calme, sans voisinage génant, à 4 mn de la plage et des commerces (ouverts cette semaine). C'était top, allez-y sans crainte, en couple ou en famille. Bonnes vacances.

Vacances sous le signe d'un

Le site ne reflète qu'une partie de la beauté du lieu,en effet,allongé sur un transat la piscine se confond avec la mer,majestieux au levé,incomparable au coucher,vous prendrez vos marques dans cette maison immédiatement à votre arrivée,l'accueil est parfait et sur place vous trouverez une personne tombé amoureux de la balagne qui saura vous prodiguer les conseils utiles pour que vous aussi vous soyez sous le charme... A NOTER que la saison la plus propice à cette escapade n'est pas forcement l'été... Non Vraiment n'hésitez plus !!!! ALLEZ-Y !!!
