Fabulous stay

This is an amazing property .Home from home, very clean and well equipped. Franquelina our host was very kind and helpful..A wonderful visit and if I could would give her 11 out of 10 stars .

Perfect for beaches & Lisbon

Netter Vermieter. Sie sprechen wenig Englisch, aber irgendwie ging es.Die Ferienwohnung ist Hanglage dadurch in den hinteren Zimmer nur sehr kleine Fenster, dadurch etwas dunkel. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Fenstern

Logement près de Sintra, Cascais, pas trop loin de Lisbonne en métro. Grande terrasse, parking devant la maison, logement idéal pour 4 personnes. Propriétaire accueillante(légumes de son potager offerts), discrète.

Super logement, bien situé, très propre.Accueil chaleureux.

Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour en famille dans cette maison très confortable, spacieuse, très propre et bien équipée. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la jardin magnifiquement entretenu et fleuri, la terrasse avec sa cuisine extérieure et son barbecue. Belle vue sur les collines environnantes plongeant dans la mer. Commerces à proximité bien pratique: supérette, boulangerie, boucherie, banque, bars et petits restaurants. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur disponibilité. Merci aussi pour les courgettes et les citrons du jardin !

Very comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay there, Franquelina was very welcoming she even gave us some tomatoes from her very own garden. It was very comfortable and the it was well equipped with everything you might need and it was nice to have extra stuff for our use like cooking oil , salt, coffee. We love the view and we definitely would recommend.

Nous avons bien aimé cette maison en rez-de-jardin ; propriétaire très accueillante ; placée en hauteur, au calme. Nous avons quand même trouvé que la location n'est pas très bien éclairée, tout le reste était très bien.

Keurige, nette woning. Mooi groot terras maar helaas na 18.00 geen zon meer op terras. Mevrouw die appartement verhuurt is erg aardig en behulpzaam, spreekt helaas niet zo goed Engels wat communicatie wat bemoeilijkt. Zo’n 10 minuten van verblijf zit je met de auto in plaatsje Cascais. Gezellig plaatsje. Strandjes ook in de buurt. Vanuit plaatsje Cascais kan je met de trein naar Lissabon. Moer dan wel je auto in de parkeergarage zetten wat wel extra geld kost ( we konden geen parkeerplek vinden waar je niet hoeft te betalen.)

Très bonne semaine passée dans la région de Cascais. La propriétaire est très sympathique.

Joli appartement au rez de chaussée de la maison. Propre est le logement ainsi que les draps et serviettes. Tout le matériel est présent comme chez soi. Bonne semaine sur la région de Cascais.

Wunderschöner Garten, gut eingerichtete Wohnung. Toller Blick von der Terrasse. Liebevolle Gastgeberin, spricht leider nur portugiesisch. Kommen gerne wieder. Das einzige negative spärliche Küchenutensilien und zeitweise lauwarmes Wasser.

Location très bien! La propriétaire est très gentille et discrète.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez vous. Très bon accueil. La maison est très bien aménagée. Il ne manque rien pour les grands comme pour les tout petits. Nous avons apprécié le jardin et la cuisine d'été avec le barbecue. Nous reviendrons peut être un jour avec plaisir.

Très bon accueil, logement agréable et bien situé

Petite maison très sympathique et idéalement située pour visiter Lisbonne et ses environs. Balade à pieds très agréable juste en sortant de la maison (vue superbe sur la mer, les falaises...). Franquelina est une propriétaire très gentille, discrète, qui habite juste au dessus de la maison.

Bonne situation pour les visites

La location est propre et agréable, 2 grandes chambres, il ne manque rien. Franquelina est très gentille et très discrète. Bon point de départ pour visiter Sintra et Lisbonne où nous allions en train depuis la gare de Cascais ( beaucoup plus pratique pas besoin de voiture dans Lisbonne). Seul petit point noir pour nous : il y a une autre location adjacente ce qui fait que les autres locataires passaient sur notre terrasse et le BBC est commun. je recommande quand même cette location.

Einfach schön dort

Wir waren mit fünf Personen, Eltern mit Kindern im Alter von 17 bis 21 Jahren, in der ebenerdigen Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung hat eine große Terrasse mit einem kleinen Garten. Alles war sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. Die Vermieterin lebt genau über der Wohnung, man fühlt sich aber weder überwacht noch kontrolliert. Sie ist eine sehr nette und angenehme Frau, die Verständigung ist jedoch etwas schwierig, da Sie weder kein Englisch noch Deutsch spricht. Aber das ist überhaupt kein Problem. Wir haben eine schöne Woche dort gewohnt. Wer dort selbst kochen möchte, ist gut beraten, wenn er sich ein, zwei scharfe Messer und ein Schneidebrett mitnimmt. Wer sich unwohl fühlt, mit einer zweiten Person unter einer großen Decke zu schlafen, sollte sich zusätzliche Bettbezüge einpacken, weitere Decken sind vorhanden. Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut um sowohl Lissabon als auch die ganze Gegend zu erkunden, Ein Fahrzeug ist erforderlich. Die Strecke vom Flughafen ist mautpflichtig, es ist jedoch nicht nötig sich ein Mautgerät zu mieten, in der ganzen Region kann man bar bezahlen. Ich hätte mir eine Informationsmappe mit den wichtigsten Infos gewünscht, ein Laptop tut es aber auch, der Internetzugang in der Wohnung ist sehr gut.
