Das Haus ist sogar noch schöner als es auf den Fotos aussieht. Traumhafte Lage mit einen grandiosen Blick auf das Meer. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, das ganze Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt, liebevoll eingerichtet und alles äußerst sauber. Alles in allein ein rundum toller Urlaub.

What a gem!
Villa Paluma is, without doubt, one of the most beautiful houses we have ever stayed in. The online photos definitely do not do it justice. Luciana and Gianni made us feel most welcome when we arrived and we were ‘wowed’ when they showed us around. It is very clear that they have spent a lot of time creating a most beautiful property from the internal decor, which was so characterful, amazing garden, outdoor kitchen/bbq and infinity pool. If you’re looking for a peaceful and tranquil get away, then this was it, with just the sounds of the sea and birds keeping you company. The villa was so well equipped, we had absolutely everything we needed from travel adaptors to tea towels. We have never stayed anywhere with so many pots and pans and cutlery, which is most welcomed if you like to cook! We would highly recommend renting a car as the roads in Torre delle Stelle are mostly unmade. There are two well-stocked supermarkets nearby together with a restaurant offering a really good selection of food options, a bar/coffee shop offering excellent cocktails and a fresh fish shop, so plenty of options to bbq and enjoy the location of the villa. All in all, we had a fabulous stay!

We had a wonderful stay. Plenty of room for our family of four (2 teenagers) and close to walk to anything you need. Communication with the owner was easy and they were responsive.

Beautiful break and location
Gianni and family were perfect with communication and on hand if ever needed. Villa and location was beautiful, so peaceful and relaxing with a gorgeous local rocky cove. Would 100% recommend and if ever in sardegna again I would consider again!

Das schöne gelegene Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen - der Pool ist wunderschön, ebenso die Aussicht und die nahe gelegenen Strände. Die Katzenfütterung wurde im Verlauf der Woche zu einem schönen Ritual :-) Vielen Dank an Luciana und Gianni für den herzlichen Empfang und das "all inclusive" Haus!

Liebe Luciana, lieber Gianni Vielen lieben Dank für diesen perfekten Urlaub in Eurem Traumhaus! Das Haus, Pool und Garten sind perfekt unterhalten und wunderschön. Die Aussicht vom Infinitypool aufs Meer ist atemberaubend. Garten perfekt mit Hund da eingezäunt. Sehr ruhige Umgebung für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Das Meer zu Fuss erreichbar mit stein-klarem Wasser. Schöne Sandstrände in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Schade haben diverse Restaurants in der Umgebung im Oktober schon geschlossen. Traumhafte Ferienvilla mit fantastischem Meerblick
Wir (Ehepaar+Hund) hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in dieser besonderen Ferienvilla. Unsere Hündin hat den Garten sehr genossen und durch den lückenlosen Zaun fühlten wir uns absolut sicher. Mit den anwesenden Katzen hat sie ein gutes Miteinander gefunden. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig und hell, fast von überall hat man einen fantastischen Blick aufs Meer in die Weite. Ferngläser und selbst ein Teleskop sind vorhanden. Man spürt bei der Villa, dass sie mit Liebe erbaut und eingerichtet ist. Sie hat einfach eine tolle Ausstrahlung, in der wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt haben. Der Infinity Pool ist ein Traum. Man kann gut ein paar Bahnen schwimmen, sich abkühlen und aufs Meer schauen. Abends beim Abendessen haben wir die Pool-Illumination eingeschaltet und das Farbspiel genossen. Die Schlafzimmer sind mit Klimaanlagen und zusätzliche Deckenventilatoren ausgestattet. Die guten Matratzen haben neben der schönen Atmosphäre der Zimmer zum erholsamen Schlaf beigetragen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Espressomaschine (Kapsel), Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank (+ TK-Schrank) und die Waschmaschine funktionieren einwandfrei. Der Garten ist phantasievoll angelegt es gibt einen überdachten Grill mit Essplatz für 6 Personen. In der Nähe sind Supermärkte, ein Sandstrand und ein Steinstrand, gute Restaurants. Mit ein bisschen Kondition (60 Höhenmeter) kann man das alles zu Fuß gut erreichen. Zum Sandstrand kommt man gut in 20 Minuten. Zurück kann man mit einer Treppe abkürzen. Wir sind schon viel gereist, das war bisher das schönste Feriendomizil, was wir hatten. Danke euch, Luciana und Gianni! Melanie, Alex und Luca

Hallo Luciana, wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in eurem Ferienhaus verbringen können!! Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, sauber und geräumig. Wir haben schöne Nächte sowohl in der Grillecke als auch auf der Terrasse verbracht. Hervorzuheben ist der grandiose Ausblick aufs Meer, den man fast von jeder Ecke des Grundstücks genießen kann. Tolle Sommerferien
Wunderschönes Haus an toller Aussichtslage. Wir haben unseren Urlaub in diesem kleinen Paradies in vollen Zügen genossen! Es war märchenhaft, morgens aufzustehen und mit diesem atemberaubenden Ausblick zu Frühstücken. Grillabende waren auch supertoll und man kann nicht aufhören zu schwärmen vom Infinitypool und diesem Haus in der wundervollen gepflegten Umgebung! Das Haus wird von den Eigentümer toll in Schuss gehalten und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. In naher Umgebung sind zwei Supermärkte und auch einige Restaurants. Einziger negativer Punkt; sind die letzten ca. 500 Meter Strasse, die nicht asphaltiert, holprig und sehr staubig ist. Wir werden das Haus sehr gerne wieder mieten und den Zauber geniessen. Danke an Gianni und Luciana für die Gastfreundschaft und die freundliche Begrüssung.

Traumhafte Oase in Süd-Sardinien
Sehr schnelle und unkomplizierte Reservierung. Das Haus und der Garten waren genau so, wie man es sich von den Bildern vorstellt. Alles hat funktioniert. Eine ordentlich eingerichtete Küche mit Gasherd, grosser Kühlschrank, eine kleine Espessomaschine, Teller, Töpfe etc. vorhanden, sauber und gebrauchtsbereit. Es gibt eine Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und Trockengestell. Von allen Verbrauchsmaterialien - Waschmittel, Kaffekapseln, Spülmittel, sogar Salz Zucker etc. ist ebenfalls alles vorhanden. Alles sehr umsichtig vorbereitet von den Gastgebern. Eine ausreichend grosses schönes Bad. Das Internet hat funktioniert, die Klimaanlage im Wohnbereich und den Schlafzimmern ebenso, was bei 35 Grad sehr angenehm war. Der Innenhof ist traumhaft schön, wie auch der Garten mit blühenden Pflanzen, softem Golfrasen und dem Pool, in dem man ein paar entspannte Bahnen drehen kann. Der Blick aufs Meer ist fantastisch und macht jeden Tag wieder neu Freude. Es gibt eine überdachte Terasse mit direktem Zugang von der Küche aus und einen überdachten Grillbereich. Die Zufahrt innerhalb des Geländes führt über teils asphaltierte Strassen und teils festgefahrene lose Piste bis zum Haus. Staubempfindlich sollte man nicht sein. Wer mit dem Rennrad unterwegs sein will, sollte sein Fahrrad an eine entsprechende Stelle mit asphaltierter Strasse bringen und von dort aus mit dem Rad losfahren. Villasimius und die Küstenstrasse nach Norden bieten sich hierfür an. Für Moutian- oder Gravelbiking kann man direkt vom Haus aus starten. In Torre delle Stelle gibt es zwei ordentliche Supermärkte, von denen der Palmira Supermarkt eine gute Auswahl an frischer Pasta, Käse, Fleisch und Gemüse und Obst hat. Nach unserer Ankunft hat uns Gianni, der Gastegeber, sehr freundlich empfangen und uns kurz durch alles durchgeführt, was es zu wissen gibt. Bei der Abreise kamen er und Luciana noch persönlich vorbei, um sich zu verabschieden. Wer Katzen mag, kommt ebenfalls auf seine Kosten. Es gibt ein Katzenpaar, was im Garten des Hauses wohnt und um die man sich ein bisschen kümmern kann. Eine nette persönliche Note. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, der nur zu empfehlen ist.

Serenity by the Sea
I knew this would be the destination where my family and I would create priceless memories. The house itself, is exactly as shown in the pictures, very beautiful. The view is stunning and I guarantee you will be mesmerized. The kitchen is fully equipped and will meet all of your needs. We loved relaxing around the pool and reminiscing about our new experiences in Torre delle Stelle. The garden is well manicured in peaceful surroundings. There is a beautiful beach, store, and pizzeria just minutes away. Gianni and Luciana were warm and inviting. We enjoyed meeting them and hope to see them again. They were very informative about the location and places to explore. As advised, we drove to Villasimius, went on a boat tour with Maby Mare, and were not disappointed. Gianni and Luciana's house provided us the foundation to reconnect and enjoy life! All five adults that shared this space were extremely satisfied and we will make all attempts to return in the future.

Traumobjekt, absolut empfehlenswert!
Sehr herzliche Begrüssung durch Luciana und Gianni. Das Haus ist traumhaft, super geeignet für Hundehalter (alles wunderbar umzäunt). Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend, der Garten und sowieso alle Ecken sind zauberhaft – es Steckt viele Liebe im Innen- und Aussenbereich, man entdeckt jeden Tag etwas neues. Wir fanden dort genau das, was wir gesucht haben, Erholung, Ruhe, einen wunderbaren Pool zur Abkühlung, nah bei einer Bucht (super zum Schnorcheln), einpaar Autominuten entfernt liegt der Strand bei dem man Boote mieten kann und ein Restaurant, das leckeres Essen serviert. Obwohl Villasimius nur 30min entfernt war und Cagliari ca. 45min, war das Haus mit Garten und Pool von Luciana und Gianni unser Highlight, gerne wieder!!!

Das Haus ist rustikal und schön, besticht vor allem durch die tolle Gartenanlage mit Pool und den einzigartigen Ausblick! Alles Notwendige wie Kaffeemaschine und Sogar eine Waschmaschine war vorhanden. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war äußerst freundlich. Nur zu empfehlen!
