"We stayed in the lovely ...

"We stayed in the lovely house overlooking the Mediterranean. The little house is more then roomy enough (as a couple and one baby we didn''t even use the room with the bunk beds), has a nice terrace and is perfectly situated to just relax or to discover the surroundings. Although there is an other little house really close by and the owners live on the same property you have a feeling of being alone. Thanks to the placement (difference in height) of the buildings and the luscious plants nobody disturbs anybody. the pool is just lovely, even on colder days (we were here in October, which is still warm but we had a couple of stormy days too) as it''s heated. Our little baby boy had his first swim here... The owners are very friendly and helpful. We were a bit amazed by the contract we had to sign to rent this place, but all in all I think it''s better like this for everybody. We weren''t used to it with previous rentals, but maybe it''s a good example for all the house owners. To be recommended! "

Tolle Unterkunft in malerischer Kulisse

Wir haben die 10 Tage in dem hübschen Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Wer Ruhe sucht und einen tollen Ausblick auf das Mittelmeer, der ist hier genau richtig. Die Unterkunft war vollständig und in sehr gutem und sauberen Zustand in einer abgeschlossenen Domäne. Mit zwei anderen Appartments teilt man sich einen Pool. Das war nie ein Problem. Spülmaschine, Backofen, Mikrowelle. Was will man mehr! Auch gibt es einen Gasgrill, eine Waschmaschine & WLAN. Die Schlüsselübergabe über den Verwalter klappte vor Ort sehr gut. Auch half er uns bei Fragen gerne und rasch weiter. Die Vermieter haben sich auch bei uns gemeldet und gefragt, ob alles ok ist. Das fanden wir sehr fürsorglich. Genauso war auch die Abreise organisiert. Alles tadellos. Die Vermieter haben uns schon bei der Buchung darauf hingewiesen, dass das von uns gebuchte Haus, das auch einen eigenen, abgeschlossenen Garten hat (wichtig für unseren Golden Retriever) ganz oben auf dem Hügel liegt und nur über eine recht steile Auffahrt und ca. 20 Stufen zu erreichen ist. Meine Frau hat motorische Einschränkungen. Es klappte trotzdem gut. Wer aber mit Gehhilfen oder einem Rollstuhl unterwegs ist, kann diese Unterkunft nicht gut oder gar nicht erreichen. Darauf wurde aber auch im Text zur Unterkunft hingewiesen. Wenn man als Hundebesitzer hier ist, so wird man merken, dass es nur wenige Strände gibt, wo Hunde erlaubt sind. Alles, was man fußläufig in ca. 15-30 Minuten erreichen kann, ist nicht für Hunde geöffnet. Zumindest haben wir nichts gefunden. Der nächste Hundestrand ist in Sainte-Maxime ca. 15 min mit dem Auto entfernt (Pont de Préconil, Parkplatz genau daneben). Auch ist die Möglichkeit der Gassi-Runde etwas eingeschränkt, aber für die morgentlichen 20 min ausreichend. Das sind aber alles nur "Hundebesitzer-Probleme". Für alle anderen, die Fahrräder oder ggf. auch Scooter haben, ist der nächste Strand, das nächste Restaurant oder auch der Bäcker gut in 5-10 Minuten erreichbar. Wir haben immer das Auto benutzt. Wenn man früh unterwegs ist, findet man entlang der Straße in Strandnähe immer einen Platz. Später wird es dann etwas schwierig, was wir aber auch von anderen Orten entlang der Cote d'Azur kennen. Ausflugsziele gibt es viele. Sei es nun Sainte-Tropez (auch per Personenfähre aus Sainte-Maxime erreichbar) oder auch etwas weiter entfernt Cannes, Grasse (Parfum), Biot (Glasbläser) etc.! Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub. P.S.: Nächstes Jahr wird das Haus übrigens eine Klimaanlage haben.

Alles wat je wensen zou voor een rustgevende vakantie!

Wij zijn zeer enthousiast teruggekeerd uit Saint Maxime. Zowel het comfort in onze kleine villa, als het geweldig uitzicht vanop het overdekt terras op de azuurblauwe kust, als het geweldig verzorgd zwembad in een kleine tuin voorzien van comfortabele ligzetels en parasols, als de vele tips van de charmante gastvrouw, geven ons alle redenen om deze vakantieplaats warm aan te bevelen.

Splendide

Une maisonnette de charme , Très bien équipée , une vue splendide Sur la mer , terrasse et jardin très bien entretenu ,Joliment fleuri . Un accueil de très grande qualité par Nicolas à souligner , réactif si besoin. La communication avec Mme Denis est Aussi très précise et Bien agréable . encore merci ! La piscine partagée et chauffée est Très appréciable . Tout est positif pour ce séjour en juin , très envie de revenir !

Semaine fabuleuse dans un petit paradis...

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette petite maison fonctionnelle et très calme. Le jardin privatif est un plus. La situation est très pratique pour les visites ou pour profiter des plages. Merci à Nicolas pour sa disponibilité et ses bons conseils pour rendre notre séjour le plus agréable possible.

Entspannter Urlaub mit Hund

Wir haben als Paar mit Hund und bestem Freund eine Woche in Sainte Maxime verbracht. Die Kommunikation vorab war sehr nett und die Antworten prompt. Die Anlage die in mehrere Straßen aufgeteilt ist, ist durch ein Tor von der Straße abgetrennt. Zusätzlich ist der Häuserverbund selbst durch ein Tor mit Zahlencode gesichert. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Uns hat es in der Woche an nichts gefehlt und für 3 Personen war genügend Platz, vor allem da wir uns hauptsächlich auf der Terasse aufgehalten haben. Im Außenbereich gibt es einen Gasgrill den wir auch gerne genutzt haben. Der Garten ist komplett ummauert und unser Hund konnte frei laufen. Da das Haus ganz oben in der Anlage liegt und komplett umwachsen ist, liegt man außer Sicht der Anderen und es ist angenehm ruhig. Der Pool war sauber, angenehm geheizt und konnte von 10 - 19 Uhr genutzt werden. Das Meer ist in Sichtweite und kann auch fußläufig erreicht werden. Da wir unseren Hund dabei hatten sind wir zu Fuß an den knapp 30 Minuten entfernten Elefantenstrand gegangen. Dort ist Leinenpflicht allerdings laufen auch einige Hunde frei wodurch sich niemand gestört fühlte. In der Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes war dieser nicht überfüllt und sauber. Ein Spar Markt ist mit dem Auto in unter 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Dieser ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Das Ferienhaus bietet sich für Ausflüge nach St. Tropez, Cannes, Nizza etc. an. Wir bedanken uns für den schönen Aufenthalt und empfehlen das Haus weiter.

Très belles vacances en famille.

Belle maison et prestations de qualité. Propriétaire disponible et très agréable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est indépendante et au calme, avec une piscine partagée très bien entretenue avec vue sur mer! Issambres accessibles à pied ( plage et supérette). Les +: la magnifique vue sur la mer, la maison, le jardin et la terrasse, le calme, la région. Les -: Il manque une climatisation, les nuits sont chaudes. Voiture obligatoire pour se rendre à Sainte-Maxime.

Beautiful location and charming villa.

The villa, garden and pool are beautiful. The owners came and introduced themselves and were very friendly. It’s a quiet location, but with nice restaurants nearby on the sea front within walking distance. Small harbour with a few shops walking distance, and jet ski hire at the bottom of the hill. Sainte-Maxime town is a short drive and is beautiful. Small supermarket a few minutes drive east down the coastal road. Thank you for a lovely stay, we had an amazing holiday and loved staying in the villa. Would definitely recommend.

Séjour parfait

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.Accueil chaleureux, tout avait été prévu pour le confort de notre bébé de 10 mois (chaise haute, baignoire et barrière installé sur la terrasse), une vue magnifique, et une piscine propre et au calme. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Appartment mit schöner Aussicht aber mit erheblichen Verbesserungsbedarf

Das Appartment entspricht den Bildern, wobei während des Aufenthaltes uns die genannten 50qm als zu klein erschienen. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die schöne Aussicht, der geheizte Pool sowie die Grillmöglichkeit mit Gas auf der Terrasse. Weniger angenehm war die erschwerte Zugänglichkeit des Appartments (keine direkte Zufahrtsmöglichkeit, Gepäck muß über eine Vielzahl von Stufen mühsam zum Appartment hochgetragen werden, Unterstützung wird angeboten (dies haben wir jedoch aus organisatorischen Gründen abgelehnt). Größtes Manko stellten die schlechten Betten (durchgelegenen Matratzen/schlechter Lattenrost im Elternschlafzimmer sowie fehlender Lattenrost im Hochbett Kinderzimmer) dar. Negativ stellt sich die etwas abgelegen Lage dar. Für jede Kleinigkeit muß man mit dem Auto fahren. Internetverbindung war im Appartment nur unzureichend verfügbar. in der Nähe des Haupthauses ist der Empfang jedoch besser. Leider wurden am schönsten Tag der Woche (ein Tag vor Abreise) umfangreiche Gartenarbeiten in der Anlage durchgeführt, so daß die Entspannung am letzten Urlaubstag leider nicht gegeben war. Die Anlage wird durch einen ortsansässigen, freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Verwalter betreut. Ein Kinderstuhl sowie eine Babywanne wurden kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Aufgrund der o.a. Punkte würden wir das Appartment jedoch nicht mehr wählen.

Superbe lieu, superbe villa bien entretenue avec un propriétaire agréable. À recommander

Nous venons de rentrer et nous pensons déjà à notre prochain séjour. Le beau temps étais avec nous ce qui rend les choses très agréable. La vue est juste magnifique, la piscine avec sa vue sur mer est superbe, bref un vraie petit coin de paradis.

QUE DU BONHEUR ... SANS MODERATION

Merci à Mme Denis pour nous avoir autoriser à séjourner avec notre Leonberg , Dadou, dans cette superbe location où rien ne nous a manqué !!!! la literie en particulier impeccable et la deco de très bon goût!!! Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour et c est avec regret que nous avons pris la route du retour ! le calme et la proximité de la mer nous ont vraiment enchantés ... C'est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons !!!! Nous ne voulons pas terminer notre appréciation sans dire un mot pour Sandra et Stéphane qui nous ont superbement accueillis et ont été à notre écoute pendant toute la durée de notre séjour , bien trop court !!!!! il n y avait qu'à demander et de suite ils étaient là !!!! Donc un grand merci à eux qui ont contribué à la réussite de notre escapade !!!! A bientôt donc !!!! PS :Revenons à Mme Denis , la propriétaire des lieux car nous voulons ajouter que la description avec photos des lieux a l appui est rigoureusement exacte et c est la première fois , malgré nos nombreux séjours sur la Cote Varoise , que nous avons pu voir des levers de soleil à couper le souffle en prenant nos petits déjeuners.... ainsi que le coucher de soleil sur la baie du golfe de St Tropez maculée de pourpre, d'or et de rose . Nous étions idéalement placés. Rien n 'a été exagéré bien au contraire !!!!!

15 jours parfaits

Nous avons séjourner 2 semaines dans la maison "le Patio". La description est fidèle à la maison, petite bien équipée avec une très bonne literie. La maison était très propre et les nouveaux propriétaires aux petits soins. Très attentionnés, nous avons passés quelques très beaux moments en leur compagnie. Merci pour tout! Nicolas et Anne nous ont prodigué de nombreux conseils sur la région qu'ils connaissent très bien. C'est aussi pour celà que nous reviendrons: encore beaucoup à découvrir. Nous recommandons évidemment ce lieu même si nous souhaitons qu'il reste une petite place l'an prochain.

Kleines Umfeld in sehr schöne Lage mit Pool

Inmitten einer privaten Domaine, vier Einheiten bestehend aus drei Häusern in Hanglage, aber dafür wunderbarer Ausblick auf Ste. Maxime - Plage Nartelle bzw. Golfe de St. Tropez. Eigener beheizter Pool mit toller Liegefläche / Schirme Korrespondenz mit Eigentümer war sehr angenehm und Reaktion war prompt. Gleiches gilt für den Vertreter der Eigentümer vor Ort - sehr hilfsbereit und zeitlich flexibel. Empfehlenswert

Panorama exceptionnel !

Séjour parfait dans un cadre magnifique ! le descriptif correspond tout à fait. Nous avons pu profiter de prendre le petit déjeuner avec une vue à vous faire tomber ! Nous étions aussi dans la villa la plus haute....est certainement celle avec la plus belle vue. Proche de tout.....avec une piscine chauffée, ce qui était bien agréable, surtout au mois de septembre. Les propriétaires sont top, très charmant et avenant. Juste les quelques marches à monter....pas un problème pour nous, mais attention si petits enfants ou mobilité réduite. Je ne peux que recommander cette location qui nous a enchanté. Mes meilleures salutations aux propriétaires et bonnes vacances aux "autres"

Formidable !

Nous avons été très bien accueillis et ce malgré un retard conséquent sur notre heure initiale d arrivée. La propriété est charmante , le jardin de notre maisonnette était idéal avec en super bonus un figuier chargé de figues délicieuses au moment de notre séjour et la vue sur la mer depuis la terrasse est un vrai bonheur , aucune pollution visuelle seulement la cime des arbres et la belle bleue . Un barbecue est installé sur la terrasse . L espace piscine est très agréable et sécurisé ( portail fermé en permanence et impossible à ouvrir par des enfants ), idéal avec des enfants en bas âge , la piscine est sur 2 niveaux dont un ou vous pouvez barboter avec les plus petits .L espace piscine bénéficie de la vue sur la mer et des transats confortables sont disposés au soleil ou à l ombre selon votre envie. La maison est équipée d une petite cuisine avec tout l électroménager nécessaire ( seuls une bouilloire , une théière manquent à mon goût et un " kit " éponge , sac poubelles , liquide vaisselle ), une chambre principale lumineuse et un grand lit confortable ( vue mer quand on ouvre les volets le matin ), la deuxième chambre pourvue d un lit superposé est suffisante pour 2 enfants ( notre ado d 1,85 y a très bien dormi ) Salle de bain agréable ( un écoulement un peu difficile de la douche mais qui n altère en rien l utilisation ) munie d une petite fenêtre pour ventiler , linge de toilette en nombre. L espace salon est doté d un canapé convertible , d une table a déplier si besoin , d une télé et d une chaine hi fi. Le propriétaire nous a prêté une chaise haute , une moustiquaire ( chose à laquelle nous n avions absolument pas pensé et bien utile pour protéger bébé ) un parasol pour la plage et je pense que si nous avions eu d autres demandes il se serait efforcé d y répondre Un lave linge est à disposition des différents résidents et la maison est doté d un étendage à linge . La plage est à 5 minutes à pied, supérette à 10 minutes, idem pour se rendre au port afin de prendre la navette pour saint Tropez Stationnement en bas de la propriété, parfait La propriété est clôturée et fermée par un portail automatique Le propriétaire partage gentillement ses adresses et astuces ( horaires pour se déplacer notamment ), ne manquez pas de goûter la tarte tropézienne ( à la tarte tropezienne selon le propriétaire et aux "deux frères" dans le centre de st Tropez selon moi :)) Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et aurions volontiers prolongé !!!

Sejour PARFAIT !!!!!! le lieu est encore mieux que sur l annonce !!! Vue sur mer exceptionnelle;indépendance calme ;la piscine très agréable;logement de tres bon gout;les proprietaires adorable et discret SUPER adresse !!!!!
