This floor plan is open and spacious. The Kitchen/Dining/Living Area is the perfect place for entertaining and gathering for family vacations with plenty of seating and a 65 inch flat screen TV with streaming and live direct TV. Dining table seats eight comfortably with 3 additional seats at the bar. The kitchen is fully stocked and has lots of extras compared to your standard rental unit. The wall of windows in the Dining and Living Area allow for great natural light and views. Take in the breathtaking beach and ocean views from the main living area. Access the extra large balcony through the sliding glass doors from the living area and the master bedroom and enjoy seating for eight.
*BEDROOMS: The Master is separated from other bedrooms with King Bed, 42 inch flat screen, balcony access, water views & en suite bath (tub, shower, 2 vanities. The two guests suites have queen beds with 32' flat screen TV's with their own adjoining full bathrooms (tub/shower combos with one also having hall access). This unit is also one of the few that has a separate bunk room off the main entry hall. Forget the sleeper sofa! There are three comfy twin beds for kids to sleep or lounge in and have their separate area. They can use the hall access to the full bath that is adjoined to one of the guest suites.
*AREA INFORMATION: Located off of Scenic Highway 30-A in Walton County, Florida, it's minutes from the Fort Walton and Panama City Beach Airports but worlds away from the crowds. Our building is tucked off of the south side of 30A in the quaint 'town' of Blue Mountain Beach. 30A is a two lane road that hugs the coastline of one of the world's most beautiful white sand beaches. We are between Destin and Panama City Beach (20-25 min to each), 15 minutes from Sandestin, 5 minutes from Seaside, Watercolor and Grayton Beach. Zoned residential, there are no hotels or high-density developments. There is an 18-mile bike path, a state park, many top-notch local restaurants, art galleries, boutiques, gourmet food and wine stores and a Publix supermarket just a few miles away.
