Hidden gem
We had the most wonderful time in this lively house in Andrano! You enjoy absolute privacy and quietnes just outside the village and +-3 km away from beautiful beaches. The hammocks and the outside showers were a blessing and the owners were most charming and helpful. I recomend it to everyone exploring the beautiful Salento!

Ferienhaus in Andrano
Die Lage am Rand der Province Andrano war ruhig,genau dass was man sucht, wenn man der Hektik des Großstadtlebens entfliehen möchte. Die Hängematten und die Gekkos ,welche und regelmäßig begrüßten,haben und sehr beeindruckt.Das Grundstück könnte von Außen aber auch gerne sichtbarer sein.Insgesamt hatten wir aber einen traumhaften Urlaub, zumal sich die Grotte Verde noch am Ortsrand/ Meer befindet.

Amazing place, peaceful and lovely atmosphere!
The house is really nice, silent and comfortable and the Musarò family very friendly, sharing with us figs and vegetables almost every day! The rosato wine Castel di salve is delicious and you cannot miss the experience to swim in the grotta verde! Thank you Ippazio and Desdemona also for the bicycles, the olive oil and the good suggestions

Great place !
We spent 10 fantastic days at this lovely house. It's very comfortable for 4 persons ( 2 separate bedrooms, one bathroom inside, another shower outside- really appreciated ). Perfect localisation- beautiful terrain with olive trees gives you a total feeling of quiet and silence, just 10 minutes of walk from the center of lovely little city of Andrano. Nearest beach at Marittima is rocky and really beautifull. You can find there all types of beaches- these with sand need about 30-40 minutes of driving, but we prefered the rocky ones. Puglia is so beautiful and still not crowded- we were happy having a look at quiet, real life, at people of this area. Good contact with owner, any problems during our stay- we can sincerely recommand this place. Thank you Ipazzio and Pierluigi !

Bellissima vacanza nel Salento
Una casa comoda nel verde degli ulivi, unico neo che non c'era Wi-Fi ma siamo stati benissimo,posti meravigliosi,una mare trasparente , gente cordiale, cibo fantastico e i proprietari disponibili, sicuramente torneremo il prossimo anno.

UNA CASA MERAVIGLIOSA !!
Un posto bello e tranquillo la casa bellissima e confortevole poi le docce fuori una vera comodità. Il signor Ippazio e la signora Maria due persone molto disponibili e gentili (ci hanno regalato cucuzze e pomodori del loro giardino) E la prima volta che andiamo nel salento e devo dire che il mare e i posti sono stupendi.

Una vacanza da Dio
Meraviglioso è dir poco! Siamo tornati da qualche giorno da questa bellissima vacanza e abbiamo una grande nostalgia del Salento, una terra ricca di bellezza e sapori. La casa di Ippazio e Desdemona ne rappresenta l'essenza: fresca, particolare ed immersa in uno splendido uliveto. Bella la possibilità di fare la doccia all'aperto, buonissime grigliate nel barbeque e di guardare le stelle distesi sulle amache! Malattia degli ulivi? Qui non ce n'è traccia!

"La casa e il grande uliv...
"La casa e il grande uliveto sono veramente belli e meritevoli di lode!Anche l''arredamento è di buon gusto, sia esterno che interno..proprio bello!! Forse ci vorrebbe qualche pentola in più e un po'' più grossa, considerando che la casa può essere affittabile a 8 persone e la biancheria, fortunatamente abbondante, aveva un odore un po'' stantio sulle lenzuola, DECISAMENTE necessario il mezzo per spostarsi, il mare più vicino è purtroppo scogliera, quindi non comoda per chi ha problemi di schiena,ma pur sempre stupendo!! Cmq siamo stati benissimo, abbiamo addirittura comprato l'' olio del Signor Ippazio, delle stesse olive attorno alle quali abbiamo vissuto(buono e naturalissimo!!). Anche Dago (il nostro cane) è stato benissimo! Con la temperatura che offre il Salento, abbiamo anche dormito la notte sulle amache, al fresco e al dolce suono dei grilli e in completa sicurezza e tranquillità.. Morale della favola: Francesca, Nadia, Saskia, Massimiliano, Antonio, Stefano, Federica e Daniele sono stati proprio contenti e soddisfatti!! Grazie ancora!!"

"Questo 'trullino' immerso nella quiete di un uliveto è un vero paradiso! L'appartamento è molto pulito, estremamente ben accessoriato, dotato di ogni comodità e qualunque cosa possa servire (i materassi sono nuovi e comodissimi, ci sono due docce esterne oltre a quella interna, lenzuola, asciugamani, tutto il necessario in cucina, forno a legna e tante meravigliose amache per dondolarsi all'ombra degli ulivi). La famiglia M. è deliziosa, cortese ed ospitale e sempre disponibile per ogni necessità. Il mare è vicino, posto, cibo e persone splendide! Una vacanza da consigliare vivamente! "

"Cette maison d'Andrano est très mignonne et agréable. L'environnement est paisible, près du centre du village et pourtant campagnarde, au milieu des oliviers. Elle est aussi très accueillante, décorée de façon personnelle et on a plus l'impression d'être reçu chez quelqu'un que de fréquenter une location anonyme; impression encore renforcée par l'amabilité et la disponibilité des parents du propriétaire qui, bien que ne parlant pas français, se sont évertués à faciliter notre séjour! La maison est bien équipée, avec notamment 3 douches (2 extérieures), ce qui, pendant la période caniculaire que nous avons vécue en juillet 2007, a été fortement apprécié des cinq membres de notre famille. La cote est à proximité, très jolie, escarpée, avec des bourgades assez vivantes. Les plages de sable classique sont plus éloignées (pas moins de 30-40 minutes de voiture), celles du sud étant moins fréquentées."

"The house is a nice plac...
"The house is a nice place to stay and the southern part of Salento/Puglia (where the house is located) is a great place to go. The family is pretty kind and helpfull. The coast between Otranto and Leuca (the house lies nearly exactly in the center between these cities) is that beautifull that we made the tour by bycicles several times. We can recommend the house to everyone who is looking for peaceful holidays with the possibility of making expanded bicycle routes."

"Nous avons séjourné début mai. Andrano est un petit village très calme et reposant. La famille Musaro est très chaleureuse, le plus jeune fils vous accueille avec un français bien maitrisé. La cote orientale est très belle mais les possibilités de baignade sont limitées, pour les plages il est préférable d'aller vers Gallipoli qui n'est pas loin. De belle promenade à faire dans Gallipoli, Otranto et Lecce. La maison est agréable mais plus encore par beau temps. Beau pays à voir sans hésitation."

The house is very nice wi...
The house is very nice with a nice covered terrace for eating outside and a roof terrace for sitting in the sun. There are actually only 2 bedrooms and a living room/kitchen with extra bed settees. I think it would feel a bit crushed with more than 4/6 people. The house is very private, surrounded by olive trees. If you are looking for a peaceful holiday this is the place to come. If you are looking for a beach holiday then this will not suit. The nearest beaches are about 40 mins drive away. Nevertheless they are easy to get to. The coast around Andrano is rocky but pretty. Andrano is very quiet and not touristy at all. Lecce, Otranto, Gallipoli, Galatina, SM Leuca are all about 45 mins drive from the house. I would recommend this to someone who wanted a peaceful getaway from it all holiday
