Agréable cependant rapport qualité/prix un peu élevé.

Séjour en famille. Lieu calme et reposant, à proximité des lieux de randonnée. Les dolomites sont magnifiques et bien visibles du gîte et des proches sentiers. La piscine est belle, cependant elle est froide car ni chauffée ni couverte donc difficile d'en profiter. Il manque la table de ping pong, la machine à laver est celle de la propriétaire. En conséquence, le surcoût des 2 premières semaine d'août déséquilibre le rapport qualité prix. C'est malgré tout un lieu que nous conseillons pour visiter, se détendre ou se retrouver en famille. La propriétaire est sympathique et parle de nombreuses langues.

Traum mit Pool auf dem Dach Veneziens.

Vielen lieben Dank der Besitzerin, wir waren begeistert und haben uns auch mit den Bewohnern der zweiten Wohneinheit gut im großen Garten mit schönem Pool wohl gefühlt.

Goede woning met fijn zwembad

Goede woning waarin alle essentiële zaken aanwezig zijn, al is het wel wat verouderd. Gelegen op a 1.000 m dus t koelt s avonds ook in de zomer behoorlijk af. Airco is er niet maar ook niet nodig. Prima prijs/kwaliteit.

Schöne große, gemütliche Ferienwohnung in den Bergen

Die Vermieterin spricht sehr gut Deutsch und klärt alle Fragen bereitwillig und sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns im Quartier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Küchenausstattung ist einfach, aber in der Regel ausreichend. Ein Plus für deutsche Kaffeetrinker: eine Filterkaffeemaschine ist vorhanden - allerdings sollte man sich selbst genügend Filtertüten mitbringen, in Tambre und selbst in Farra d'Albago waren keine zu finden. Gerne nutzten wir das täglich vormittags vorbeikommende Bäckerauto für den Frühstückseinkauf.

Sehr schönes Haus, ruhige Lage. Das Bergwandern kann direkt vom Haus anfangen. Freundliche Inhaberin

Haus und Ferienort bieten alles Wünschbare für einen Aufenthalt in den Dolomiten. Schwimmbad ist perfekt und geheizt, Haus gut ausgestattet. Die drei Hünde der Inhaberin sind sehr nett und durchaus ganz ruhig. Mit Wandern und Bergwandern kann man ohne Anreise mit dem Auto direkt von der Wohnung aus starten. Ganz entspannt. Die Inhaberin ist sehr freundlich und immer behelfsmäßig. Ein Punkt für Verbesserung unserer Meinung nach seien die Matrazzen. Sind durchaus in Ordnung, aber härtere Ersätze, zumindest in dem Elternschlafzimmer würden wir trotzdem empfehlen.

Super sejour

Nous avons passé un super séjour l'année dernière. Un retour aux sources pour moi et une très grande émotion ressentie. Les paysages de cette région sont magnifiques et les ballades à faire sont nombreuses. Une visite également de Venise à été faite, ville magique et magnifique à une heure et demi de cette location. La maison est vraiment très bien avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un agréable séjour. Chose très importante la literie est bonne. Madame Prunetti la propriétaire est vraiment très sympathique et parle très bien le français. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Casa molt acollidora i amplia, entorn priviliegiat, piscima climatitzada ideal nens, amabilitat i atenció propietaria, perfecte per desconectar. Si la intenció es moure's pels Dolomites tenir en compte que la ubicació esta en cota alta respecte la vall. Gràcies Beatrice

La casa è in una posizion...

La casa è in una posizione molto tranquilla. E' in effetti consigliato un mezzo di trasporto, in particolare per recarsi al supermercato più vicino (Spert o Tambre), visto che in paese c'è solo un piccolo negozio di alimentari per i generi di prima necessità. L'alloggio è conforme alla descrizione; aggiungerei solamente che i due bagni sono entrambi al piano superiore. E' particolarmente spazioso, con ampio salone, ideale per famiglie o gruppi numerosi, accogliente, ben arredato con attrezzature funzionanti (lavastoviglie, microonde, frullatori, macchina per il caffè, aspirapolvere), ampio terrazzo con tavolo, sedie e ombrellone. L'entrata, il salone e la cucina sono a livello strada. Discreta la pulizia. Sono a disposizione degli ospiti libri in varie lingue e giochi di società e per bambini. Bella la piscina attrezzata con sdraio, anche se non abbiamo avuto modo di utilizzarla, causa una temperatura esterna dell'aria non molto invitante per i nostri gusti. La proprietaria, disponibile e cordiale, ha tre cani di media taglia che, per la maggior parte della giornata, tiene in un recinto; in ogni caso non sono assolutamente pericolosi, anzi sono piuttosto socievoli anche con gli estranei. Noi avevamo al seguito un cane che, con le dovute precauzioni relativamente alla convivenza con gli altri tre cani, si è ampiamente goduto la vacanza.

"Casa spaziosa e accogliente, conforme alla descrizione. Siamo stati nel periodo invernale con bambini piccoli e l''ampio salone è stato sicuramente prezioso. La casa è ben riscaldata e il bellissimo camino ha creato una magica atmosfera. La signora Beatrice è stata gentile e corretta (affitto avvenuto regolarmente con ricevuta). Segnalo la presenza saltuaria dei cani nel giardino. In prossimità consiglio Pian del Cansiglio con piste da slittino e da fondo, ideale per i bimbi."

"Beatrice is heel behulpz...

"Beatrice is heel behulpzaam, maar laat ons ook met alle vertrouwen onze gang gaan. De omgeving is prachtig, rustig en het huis is ruim, van alle gemakken voorzien en is een heerlijke plek om te zijn als je een dagje in het dal bent geweest. De tuin is ruim, maar vooral zijn we op de balkons gebleven: lekker uitkijken naar de bergen."

"Location de vacances imp...

"Location de vacances impeccable! La propriétaire est très accueillante et donne de judicieux conseils pour les visites; elle est soucieuse que vos vacances soient une réussite! La région regorge de possibilités et les accès aux différents sites (Venise, Vérone, Padoue, Belluno,...) sont aisés. Seule ombre au tableau cette année: des travaux de terrassement dans une rue avoisinante qui troublaient le calme de l'endroit mais cela doit sans doute être occasionnel. Un endroit de vacances à recommander sans aucun doute!"
