This beautifully restored village house is one of kind. With its thick walls, terracotta floors and old wooden beams that speak of tradition and character, it also has double glazed south facing sliding french doors from all of its rooms and large terraces from all of its bedrooms and living room. Upon entering there is a split level living and dining room with a fireplace, guest toilet, fully equipped kitchen a very large master bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite bathroom that also opens out onto the terrace off of the living room. All of the rooms have uninterrupted sea views

The private pool is accessed by one flight of stairs and is in a garden patio setting. NB the pool is shut down usually from November through March.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms one with twin beds and the third bedroom is smaller with a single bed but with a pull out separate single bed. There are huge terraces coming off both of these bedrooms. All bedrooms have dual a/c and heating. Between them is a large family shower room with with huge stone walk in shower (again with a view) simply put, every room has a sea view!
