Rental of charm, comfortable, classified 2 stars (2012 standards), traditional cottage: terrace on one level with a large garden of 1500 m2 (unfenced) facing the MT-white.

Passy and its family ski resort Plaine-Joux, ideal for learning to ski

Cycling trails nearby.

Located in the plain, the base of leisures of the Islands and the lake of Passy (in 5min) remain all year long a friendly place of walk, equipped with a course of health and the rendezvous of the fishermen.

In summer, sandy beach and grassy creeks welcome sun and swimming enthusiasts. The practice of windsurfing is allowed. You will be able to find on the spot a miniature port, a mini-golf, a circuit of quad, a circuit of kart, a course in the trees .... Snack bars are also available. During the summer period, night markets are organized in the car park near the campsite. Bathing is supervised July and August

Super les responsables sont très gentils et le séjour c’est super bien passer le chalet et propre et avec pas mal de choses à disposition pour la cuisine et les sanitaires je recommande fortement le prix et plus que raisonnable pour la région 👍merci encore 😊

Très agréable séjour

L’appartement, situé au rdc du chalet des propriétaires, est très bien aménagé et équipé. Marylène et Frédéric sont des hôtes prévenants et discrets. Avec, bien sûr, de belles randonnées à faire à proximité (Passy, Cordon, Chamonix). Je recommande !

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt bei Marylène. Sie ist eine sehr sehr nette, bemühte und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die immer ein offenes Ohr für uns hatte. Das kleine Apartment bietet alles was man braucht und man fühlt sich einfach wohl, schon fast wie Zuhause. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und nur wenige Kilometer weiter findet man mehrere Shoppingmöglichkeiten, seien es Supermärkte, Kleidergeschäfte, Sportgeschäfte, usw. Sämtliche Skigebiete liegen um Passy herum und sind gut erreichbar. Es hat uns so gut gefallen, dass es schwer war den Nachhauseweg anzutreten! 😊

Logement parfait

Un accueil chaleureux, la location est confortable et fonctionnelle, au calme avec une superbe vue et correspond aux photos de l'annonce. L'appartement est très bien situé pour découvrir la région. Le grand jardin est magnifique et nos enfants ont bien profité de l'espace. Nous avons apprécié la fraicheur de ce logement par ce temps de canicule. 15 jours de vacances parfaits! Merci!

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille. Le chalet est confortable et bien équipé dans un environnement calme et verdoyant avec une belle vue sur la montagne. La localisation est idéale pour découvrir la région (proximité de Plaine-Joux, Megeve, Chamonix...) Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et disponibles et nous ont donné de très bons conseils sur les choses à voir et à visiter. Nous recommandons vivement!

Logement agréable parfaitement équipé et très propre. Bien que les propriétaires habitent au dessus, ils restent discrets mais sont toujours disponibles en cas de besoin. Bien situé et calme.
