Lugar tranquilo en casa comoda

El chalet estaba limpio y bien equipado con todo menos un calentardor de agua para hacer té y café. El vecindario es tranquilo y nos sentimos como en casa.

Deberían de dejar cuando son10 días de estancia por lo mínimo 2 juegos de toallas y. Lo mismo para las sábanas , dejaron solo 1 juego de toallas y las sábanas las puestas , y hablar con el dueño del perro casa 7 , va por el jardín haciendo sus necesidades y nadie las limpia , y los niños y mayores van a veces descalzo a la piscina sorteando caca de perro , por lo demás todo súper

Fantástico chalet en zona residencial.

Propietarios muy agradables y un trato exquisito. El cahalet es ideal para ir con niños. Te despiertas con el sonido de las tórtolas y gorriones. Piscina y jardín estupendos. Está en una zona con todos los accesos cerca y la playa a dos minutos andando. Recomendable 100 x 100

Excellent séjour dans cette belle maison, trois chambres, 2 sdb, un grand salon et un petit jardin à l'arrière pour les repas. Maison très propre, cuisine très bien équipée, accueil parfait Seul bémol : le temps.... mauvais même à cette saison. Mais les propriétaires n'y pouvaient rien, ils étaient juste très déçus pour nous. A refaire !

Nice place for vacation!

We stayed there for a week and it was a great time. The house, garden and pool were very nice. The contact to the owner was perfect too. We found everything what was necessary for a easy stay close by, even a great Pub around the Corner :0)

MERVEILLEUX!

Cette jolie maison est idéale pour passer d'agréables vacances al puerto de Santa Maria. La propriétaire est adorable, la maison d'une propreté rare, avec tout l'équipement nécessaire pour se sentir "chez soi". Le quartier est bien calme et la plage / école de voile à 10 minutes à pieds en passant par un petit chemin sauvage. Les voisins, avec qui on partage la piscine et une partie du jardin, sont sympas et assez discrets. La terrasse intérieure privée pour déjeuner et apéro est pas mal non plus..... bref nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances avec nos 4 enfants. Réservez tranquille!

Great owner and great apartment

The owner was great to work with and very accommodating. Any questions were quickly answered and they were always helpful. The apartment was clean, well maintained, and is in a great area. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The stay was during the off season so it was probably more quiet than normal, but we loved the location. The apartment is only about a 5-6 minute drive from the Navy base (the purpose of the stay), only a few minutes from several grocery stores, and is a 5-10 minute walk to an excellent beach. Definitely would recommend staying here.

Estancia del 9 al 24 de agosto de 2014

Hemos pasado una estancia muy agradable. La casa estaba limpia y encontramos lo necesario para pasar unos dias de descanso. La descripcion del anuncio se ajustada a lo que encontramos. Tal vez indicar que el acceso a la playa no es facil pues hay que bajar y subir cerca de 30 y tantos escalones lo cual puede ser un handicap para algunas personas, pienso que se deberia indicar en el anuncio. Tambien seria bueno indicar que hay que coger el coche para hacer las compas o para ir al Puerto de Santa Maria. En el anuncio se indica que hay 2 cuartos de bano, pero en realidad hay 1 solo completo, el otro tiene lavabo y WC, pero la ducha is pequena y no permite ducharse a un adulto, tal vez seria bueno indicarlo en el anuncio. A parte de lo indicado nuestra estancia ha sido buena y hemos disfrutado mucho de la casa y de la piscina. La zona es tranquila y hemos bien descansado.

Fabuloso Chalet para Vacaciones Familiares

Las vacaciones en esta casa han sido fabulosas, sin duda de las mejores vacaciones que hemos pasado en familia. Sería imperdonable no recomendar esta propiedad y no compartir esta maravillosa experiencia, con todo detalle. En primer lugar, la presentación en Homelidays es muy buena, las fotos y los comentarios son reales y ayudan a elegirla... si tienes suerte de que queden fechas libres y si lo que buscas es algo parecido a tu hogar (no algo mínimamente preparado para ser alquilado) En segundo lugar, el contacto con la propietaria previo al alquiler y al llegar a la casa, es muy agradable, natural, práctico y cercano. Y en tercer lugar, lo más importante: te encuentras "en tu casa", no falta nada... está limpia, todo funciona bien y hay de todo, como en tu casa. Y comparten lo que tienen como si fueses de la familia. Necesitas ir de vacaciones y tener un lugar adecuado con un espacio suficiente (no sentirte enlatado en una mini-casa o mini-apartamento). Todos los utensilios para cocinar, amplísima vajilla, una despensa con repuestos de todo tipo, lavadora, lavavajillas grande, wifi, TV grande, videoreproductor, plancha, una cocina cómoda con su isla, un salón amplísimo, un sofá enorme, una terraza con 2 ambientes con mesa de comer y mesilla para el café, las habitaciones en la 2ª planta con 1 baño, otro baño y ducha en la planta de abajo. No hace calor y se ventila muy fácil porque tiene ventanas a ambos lados por toda la casa, lo que crea una corriente agradable si lo necesitas. Tiene un parking privado dentro de la comunidad, y 2 piscinas (una para niños) muy bien cuidadas y adecuada a los pocos vecinos que hay. El entorno es muy tranquilo. Y los restaurantes y zonas de servicios y de ocio a pocos minutos. Hay de todo para todos los gustos. La playa es larguísima y con varios accesos cómodos y rápidos, andando y en coche (cada uno encontrará el que más le convenga). De las 3 habitaciones 1 tiene cama de matrimonio, Recomendamos esta propiedad para una familia con hijos, incluso si son pequeños. No importa si lo que buscas es playa o piscina o las 2 cosas, sirve para todo. Si estás dudando, esta casa lo tiene todo: ubicación, servicios, comodidad, entorno, clima y lo mejor: la hospitalidad, no echarás en falta estar en tu casa. Es la primera vez que nos apetece repetir vacaciones en el mismo sitio. Seguro que volveremos ¡¡¡ojalá queden fechas libres!!! Gracias Graciela. "We had a very good time ...

"We had a very good time in El Puerto de Santa Maria. The house is v. nice, well equipped and located v. close to shops, restaurants and, the most important, to beautiful sandy beach. We can appreciate the view of the cathedral in Cadiz while being on the beach. It is just 20 minutes by car to Jerez de la Frontiera to go to watch flamenco show and a bit further to some other marvellous places in Andalusia. It is a good place to enjoy Andalusia!"

"The house is beautiful and exactly as described in the advertisement: very quiet, nicely decorated, with a little garden and a terrace where you can have your meals. There are all sorts of equipment for kitchen, household, garden etc. The swimming pool is simply great and a 3-kilometer-long beach is just 5 minutes away. Upon our arrival we were welcomed in a very friendly way. Overall, we had a great time in this house and we would recommend it to everyone who wants to have enjoyable holidays in La Puerto de Santa Maria."
