About this property

This villa is a newly up-dated 3 bedroom 2 bath home featuring a private pool, with a pond view and no rear neighbors. Located on a quiet street in the popular Lindfields community. Ideally located minutes from Disney and just off 192 which is loaded with restaurants, shopping, and activities for the kids.
Among the numerous restaurants is the Outback Steak House and Giordano's Pizza. Partially complete, and literally 5 minutes from our Villa. Wal-Mart and Publix are near by for your grocery needs. There is also a mini golf and go-cart track minutes away for a low key night of family fun.

As you enter the front door of your home away from home, you are greeted with a large open great room and vaulted ceilings that extend to the kitchen. This provides a bright open floor plan. There is a 42' LCD HD flat screen TV and DVD player with plenty of seating on the new couches. Kick back and relax as you feel the breeze from the new 52" ceiling mounted fan/light with remote. A dinning room table that seats 6 finishes off the great room.

The kitchen is bright airy and also newly up-dated. Fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay including, a toaster, coffee pot, blender, hand held mixer, electric griddle and a crock pot. There is a good selection of Pyrex casserole and baking dishes. Tupperware storage containers for leftovers and plastic ware for enjoying meals out on the lanai. There is also a breakfast bar with 4 stools and the sliding glass door out to the pool.

Just off the kitchen is a large master bedroom with an attached bath, and a large walk in closet. Two bed side tables with lamps and one alarm clock as well as a dresser with mirror. The bed is a queen with all new bedding A small TV and a DVD player are included. There is also a new 52" ceiling mounted fan/light with remote. There are sliding glass doors out to the pool offering a view of the pond and a reminder each morning that you are truly on vacation.

The floor plan is split with the other two bedrooms at the front of the villa. They both share a full hall bath. There are two twin beds in one bedroom and a full size bed in the other. All bedding is new. Both offer ample closet space and dressers with mirrors along with bedside tables and lamps that are switched.Both bedrooms also have new ceiling mounted fan/lights with remotes.

The garage has been converted to a games room with a pool table and an air hockey table. Perfect for those rainy days and a great place for the kids to go and have their own space.

Other amenities include: a washer and dryer, 2 hair dryers, one in each bathroom, an iron and ironing board, a high chair, wireless internet cable TV and phone. A pack and play is also available on request.

Fantastic property in brilliant location

Really can’t fault our recent stay at this villa. All communication prior to the visit was great and on arrival at the property it was even better than listed. It’s much bigger than it appears in the pictures and is within a nice neighbourhood. Pool area is nice and private and the biggest selling point was the location. We were mainly visiting the Disney parks and the great thing about this property was the proximity to the parks but also that it has multiple routes so you don’t get stuck on 1 stretch of road, you can vary your route accordingly. Good comms with the owners during our stay as well. Would definitely look to stay here again in future.

Property was close enough to the parks, was exactly as shown online however, there are 3 bedrooms, I believe I only saw 2 shown online. Pool is beautiful, my kids enjoyed it. Nice relaxing views out by the pool! Thanks again for our stay, we enjoyed ourselves.

Long awaited break

We booked this property 2 years ago but unfortunately had to cancel due to COVID 😤 (as did everyone). Having finally rebooked when we could we went for the same property and Bryan has been great throughout the whole process, we certainly weren’t disappointed with the property, the listing was a true representation and we would certainly recommend to anyone.

Fantastic Stay!

We had a brilliant week at the villa. Loved the lakeside view from the pool. Jasson was very friendly and efficient in his communication. Great location for all the main parks, but in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely home in a great location.

We had a great time, this house is very close to Disney so we were able to go to a Disney park when they opened stay into the afternoon & then return to the house for a short break. As you can use your parking ticket all day at any park we were able to return for an evening show after re-charging our batteries. We really enjoyed the view from the pool area over looking the lake & it was a real bonus having the pool heated. Dave & Lin

Perfection

There is not one negative thing I could say about our stay at this home! My in-laws have very high standards and they could not find one thing wrong with this place. I made the reservation and it was my first time using home away. It was super comfy and really just felt like home. Jasson, the owner, responded to every question I had prior to my stay. I had absolutely no need to contact to him during our stay. This home has absolutely everything you need and most importantly to me...everything was super clean! It passed my father-in-law's inspection and that says a lot. The location is perfect...you are close to Disney, groceries, shopping and restaurants! Do not hesitate if this place is available, book it! I am already planning my next stay!!!

We had the best time at this home away from home!

This was hands down the best experience I’ve had staying away from home. When we first arrived to the house we had a small issue with the air conditioner, but I sent jasson a message and he immediately replied and they took care of it in no time!! They treated us like their own family and continued to check in! Jasson even sent a gift through the property manager to give us! WOW! I can say my husband and I will definitely be staying at this home again and again! Also, the house literally makes you feel like you are at your own home, they provide everything needed which I thought was incredible! This home is only about 5 miles from Disney so it was nice to come home, hop in the pool and take a lunch break! I cannot recommend this home enough! :)

We had a fantastic time!

This house was in quite neighborhood, and a great distance from grocery stores, the parks we were attending, and many great restaurants and shopping. They let us check in a tad early which we greatly appreciated as our flight arrived very early that morning, the kids were able to rest when we arrived at the house. When we arrived the pool was having an issue with chemicals and was pretty murky, we called the property manager, the pool man was literally there 10 minutes after we called. He was very fast. We were able to swim the next evening and for the remainder of our trip with no issues. The rooms and furniture was what we expected, we appreciated the amount of towels. I was able to cook, and do laundry and function like we were in the comfort of our own home instead of on vacation. We had a great stay overall. Thank you.

Perfect Location

This property was everything we had hoped it would be. Perfect location close to Disney. Our grandchildren really enjoyed the pool after a day at the park. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The home is well maintained and it shows. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Impressive place and unforgettable vacation

My family loves the place. It's quite, comfortable, close to Disney and other attractions and very welcoming. All appliances are modern and in excellent condition. Towels, beds, sofas, utinsles, and other extras are all clean and plentiful. We will definitely come back to this lovely villa.

Our family really enjoyed our stay in this property. It was nicely furnished and inviting.

Everything worked really well with our booking of this property. Jasson communicated well and in timely fashion. The property was well equipped upon arrival and all instructions were easy to follow. My children really enjoyed the pool. It was very comfortable to come back to the property after busy days of doing the touristy things that Orlando has to offer. The property is well situated in proximity to the Disney parks. There are plenty of restaurants nearby as well. This was our first experience with VRBO and we have no complaints how everything went. This is definitely something we would do again if we are in the Orlando area again. I want to take the time to thank Jasson and anyone else involved with the booking for the pleasant stay.

Lovely House!

A very nice house with comfortable beds and was spotlessly clean when we arrived. Good location for the parks, for restaurants and supermarkets. Lovely view of the lake from the pool area and the games room in the garage was an added bonus! Lots of towels provided for the pool and good amount of crockery! Would recommend this property for a good family holiday, in a great location for Disney and good location for Universal and Seaworld.

Perfect in every way

The property was beautiful, tastefully decorated and very spacious. Photos definitely dont do it justice! Bedrooms were lovely and very comfy beds. Beautiful outdoor area and pool with fantastic view. Ideally located for Disney Parks and a peaceful place to relax from a hectic day. Fantastic communication with the owners throughout. Excellent property in a great location only 15 minutes from Disney.

Everything about this property made sure that we enjoyed our stay to the max. Clean and tidy, all the facilities and home comforts that you could need. We all enjoyed the pool and the view over the lake was nice and ensured that we weren't directly overlooked when in the pool. Great location for all the parks, easy access to the 192, Publix supermarket only 5 minutes away. Plenty of restaurants on the 192, we particularly enjoyed Longhorn steak house. Jasson (owner) was very quick to reply to any queries both before the holiday and during. Was helpful for queries about the local area as well as the property itself. Already planning our next trip, and we plan on staying here again. Thank you.

awesome place to stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the house. The pool was wonderful and thanks for turning on the pool heat. The house had all the amenities we required and the beds were comfortable for sleeping. Lovely Villa, Excellent Location

Why they chose this property

My family and I began coming to the Lindfield's area starting in 2009. My parents wintered here, so my wife and I would come down and stay with the kids. We would visit Disney and all the parks. Through staying here and experiencing the area for ourselves, we realized what a perfect location it was for a vacation home.

What makes this property unique

The private pool overlooking the pond is quiet and peaceful. Many vacation homes have pools and lanai's that back up to one another with no sense of privacy. To go on vacation is to escape that crowded feeling and relax. To enjoy time with your family. What better way to do it than sitting out on the lanai looking at the pond and watching only your kids swim!!
That plus the location of the villa is perfect. You are so close to restaurants, shopping and the theme parks. Not only is Disney minutes away, but Universal, Sea World, Busch Gardens are all within an hour or less. This allows for more frequent visits to the attractions when you stay, and after a long day at the parks, it's nice to be close to home.
