Delightful little cottage attached to a private ciountry-house situated in a tipical sicilian garden rich with olive-trees, agaves, and palms, a stone's throw away from the natural reserve of "The Zingaro" and tonnara of Scopello. The cottage consists in a two-rooms appartment, divided into a spacious living-room with an open fully equipped kitchen (all appliances, satellite TV and cabinets/wardrobe space)little bedroom-queen size bed- bathroom with shower. Outside, the cottage is surrounded by luxuriant vegetation , and in front there is a private patio with barbecue, facilities, dining table and sun beds, also an extra bathroom with shower.Private access to the delightful seaside, surrounded by rocky landscape (no further than 30 meters). The village of Scopello is one KM away and the town of Castellammare del Golfo is about 8 KM far. It's an absolutely marvellous place which guarantees silence and privacy.

What an incredible place to stay.
We absolutely loved our three night stay at Giovanna’s place. It is basically in Scopello, the shops and beach being a one minute drive north, and the southern entrance to Zingaro less than ten minutes. The house is situated up on the cliffs overlooking the marvellous Sicilian coast and Tyrrhenian Sea. There is a private staircase down to the water where we had ritual morning and late afternoon swims. Expect mesmerising sunsets and sunrises. The house itself is simple and cozy, but was adequate, particularly given we spent most of out time outdoors. THe kitchen is basic, but we still cooked three delicious dinners. Giovanna is the sweetest host who met us personally at check-in, and kissed us goodbye at checkout. Can’t recommend this place more.

Super schönes Grundstück, eine Woche reicht fast nicht um alle Lieblingsorte zu erkunden. Haus nicht riesig aber sehr gemütlich, alles da und blitzeblank sauber. Selten einen so herzlichen, netten Gastgeber erlebt. Vielen Dank liebe Hanni, wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Scopello stay
Hanny was a gracious host. Her property is beautifully maintained and the house was very clean. The view is spectacular and the crystal clear water is just a few steps away. I went in later February and the water was refreshing. I would recommend this place to anyone and would definitely stay again.

Wir hatten drei wunderbare Tage im Ferienhäusschen!Alles wie beschrieben, nur die 46qm kommen nicht ganz hin, es sind ca die Hälfte aber das hat auch gepasst. Jederzeit wieder.

Urlaub für Auge, Seele und Herz
Hanni begrüßte uns äußerst herzlich auf ihrem Anwesen. Das Ferienhaus ist klein aber sehr gemütlich, liebevoll eingerichtet und perfekt für Paare. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist absolut einzigartig und an Schönheit kaum zu überbieten. Dank des eigenen Zugangs zum Meer konnten wir täglich in Ruhe und für uns Schnorcheln und schwimmen gehen. Wir wären wirklich gerne länger geblieben und haben Hanni versprochen, auf jeden Fall wieder zu kommen.

Auszeit gelungen
Es handelt sich um ein kleines an das Haupthaus der Gastgeberin angebautes Häuschen mit zwei herrlichen Terrassen und einem schönen direkten Meerzugang, wie in der Beschreibung zutreffend dargestellt. Das Wasser war auch jetzt Mitte/Ende Oktober noch ausreichend warm. Es ist auffallend ruhig, keine (also wirklich kaum!) Straßengeräusche. Der Blick auf das Meer ist mit Worten nicht zu beschreiben.... wirklich einzigartig. Die Küche der Unterkunft ist mit allem, was man im Urlaub benötigt, ausgestattet. Die Gastgeberin und auch ihr Mitarbeiter sind bezaubernd!

Außergewöhnliche Lage
Nette kleine Ferienwohnung mit wunderschöner Lage. Der eigene Zugang zur Bucht ist wirklich besonders und lädt zum spontanen Schwimmen ein, die Terrasse ist perfekt für ein Frühstück mit umwerfenden Blick. Super nette Gastgeberin.

Great Spot !
The location is pretty isolated, so you absolutely need a car. The private access to the beach is wonderful. Housing is a bit small but it’s okay for 2 persons. I recommend booking this place

We had a wonderful time, it’s hard to describe how beautiful the setting is. The view and the swimming cove are perfect. The apartment is well equipped and very clean, we slept well and Hanni was very kind. We had a problem with accessing our vrbo account, and generally with communication because we had lost a phone whilst hiking, the family were very understanding. A small piece of paradise!

Unglaubliches Ferienhaus
Wir waren nun das zweite mal in der Unterkunft, da es uns dort so gut gefallen hat. Es ist eine kleine aber feine und gut ausgestattete Unterkunft. Aufgrund des tollen Ausenbereiches der einen privaten Zugang zum Meer mit einer Bucht enthält. Die Gastgeberin ist eine super liebe und sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Unbedingt empfehlenswert.

Kleines Paradies
Die Lage des Häuschens mit zwei Terrassen und dem Blick auf die große Bucht ist fantastisch. Besonders schön sind die 135 Stufen durch den Garten die direkt ins Meer führen. Unsere Gastgeberin war super nett. Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ganz in der Nähe.

Ein kleines Paradies am Meer
Wir waren sofort begeistert von der fantastischen Lage in einem wunderschönen Garten direkt am Meer. Über eine Treppe gelangt man hinunter zu einer kleinen privaten Badestelle in den Felsen. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist grandios. Ruhe und Erholung pur. Das Haus ist nicht groß, aber geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Die Gastgeberin hat uns ausgesprochen herzlich empfangen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und möchten uns bei ihr auch noch einmal für die Tipps und netten Gespräche bedanken. Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn sich die Möglichkeit ergibt.

Serene and peaceful coastal stay
Hanni is an outstanding hostess. She was very responsive to us arriving to the property as we gave her little notice when we departed from the airport. The little cottage is unmatched. The grounds around the property are so peaceful and much larger than we thought. We loved the sun patio and the view from our room. The cottage is so cozy yet spacious enough to fill your every need. We are already dreaming of coming back to stay. I would book this property again and again. Incredibly clean and full of charm! We arrived late and enjoyed a restaurant down in town nearby 15 min drive. They usually require reservations but it’s worth trying to get in without one. Other places we enjoyed. (The off season many shops in scopello were closed as well as the main beach). Ristorante Pizzeria La Duchessa Le Grazie Pizzeria- Ristorante Tropical Bar - coffee and pastry Scopello local Solea Azienda Agricola - coffee pastry, egg breakfast, delicious hand made pasta. Farm to table. * super close to bnb highly recommend! Open in the off season. Tonnara di Scopello - closed in the off season but we enjoyed the viewpoint.

Hanni war einen super Gastgeber, sie hat uns herzlich Empfangen und war für jede Frage verfügbar. Die Unterkunft war gemütlich und sehr sauber. Am meisten hat uns die Terasse und den Zugang zur Bucht gefallen. Wir waren zwar Anfangs November in Sizilien, aber die Wasser Temperaturen waren immer noch sehr angenehm, daher auch super zum schwimmen und schnorcheln. Die Bucht war voller Fische, wir werden die Unterkunft in sehr guter Erinnerung behalten! Vielen herzlichen Dank

Paradiesischer Platz am Meer
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit bei Hanni. Ruhiger Platz mit eigenem Strand und traumhafter Terrasse. Die Wohnung ist wirklich klein, aber wenn man, wie wir, bis Ende Oktober sommerliches Wetter hat, spielt das keine Rolle. Hanni und alle sind sehr freundlich. Es hat einen Wiederholungsfaktor für uns. Einzig was man wissen sollte, ist, das es noch ein weiteres Ferienhaus gibt, das sich den kleinen Privatstrand teilt!
