This luxurious and comfortable accommodation for 6 people is fully equipped and is located directly on the Frisian lake "Fluessen". There is a large living room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and private parking. The house with a large fenced garden with large terrace is great in the sun. There is a wood stove / grill and outdoor shower, a long pier and deck from where you can directly on the water. Boating, fishing, swimming, hiking, cycling, sports, touring in a beautiful setting. Everything is possible.

Bewertung für unsere Unterkunft in Koudum, FrieslandDie Lage der Unterkunft ist wirklich schön – direkt am Wasser mit eigenem Steg und einem Garten, der zum Verweilen einlädt. Das war definitiv das Highlight unseres Aufenthalts.Leider war der Rest sehr enttäuschend. Das Haus war bei Ankunft alles andere als sauber: Die Fenster waren voller Spinnenweben, im Haus und sogar im Bett haben wir Silberfische gefunden. Der Allgemeinzustand des Interieurs ist eher mangelhaft – viele Möbel, vor allem die Sessel, waren deutlich verschmutzt.Zudem wurde in der Anzeige eine Waschmaschine versprochen, die es vor Ort gar nicht gibt – das war für uns sehr ärgerlich.Insgesamt können wir die Unterkunft aufgrund der hygienischen Mängel und des schlechten Zustands leider nicht weiterempfehlen, auch wenn die Lage viel Potenzial bietet.

Tolles Haus

Wir waren zu zweit und haben uns in dem großzügigen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Toller Garten mit Bootsanleger. Es gab , obwohl in der Ausstattung angegeben, weder Waschmaschine noch Wäschetrockner. Leider gab es keine Gartenliegen. Daher 1 Punkt Abzug. Wir würden trotzdem gerne wiederkommen.

Tolle Lage mit einem sehr gemütlichen Wohnraum

Ein tolles Objekt mit einem schönen gemütlichen Wohn- und Aufenthaltsraum. Viele verglaste Fronten mit Blick auf Schilf und Wasser und einer privaten Atmosphäre. Das Bad im Erdgeschoss ist mit seinen 3 Türen nicht so gelungen, aber vollkommen ausreichend.

Großzügig, super gelegen

Das Haus liegt super für Bootstouren in unterschiedliche Richtungen, sehr ruhig, damit auch nicht in unmittelbarer Nähe von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Fahrrad ist empfehlenswert. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern, netter Verwalter. Die obere Etage ist etwas beengt, sowohl in Bezug auf das Bad und eines der2 Schlafzimmer. Sehr schöner und geschützter Ausblick 👍

Wunderbar

Die Lage des Hauses ist wirklich wunderbar. Der direkte Zugang zum Wasser hat uns , als Wasserratten besonders gut gefallen. Zudem ist in unmittelbarer Nähe auch noch ein Hallenbad und weitere Annehmlichkeiten eines sehr guten Campingplatzes (incl . Restaurant). Es war eine wirklich schöne Zeit dort für uns.

Schöner Garten am Wasser grosses Haus

Der Garten war sehr gross und schön. Alles war vorhanden. Liegestühle Sonnenschirm grosser Tisch.Es hatte eine Badeleiter zum Schwimmen.Das Wasser war sauber zum Schwimmen.Unser Sohn hat einige Hechte gefangen viele Brassen und Barsche. Das Haus war geräumig und in der Küche war alles vorhanden.Das Wohnzimmer war geräumig und das Sofa bequem.Es hatte viele Gegenstände vom Eigentümer im Wohnzimmer.Das war für uns zuviel.Aber anderen Leuten gefällt das vieleicht. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und es wurde uns alles erklärt.Wir haben ein Boot gemietet.Das war auch sehr schön. Das Haus mietet man ohne Waschmaschine.Im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünfte die wir in Holland hatten war das Haus relativ teuer. Der Besitzer war aber sehr nett und wir durften seine Waschmaschine benutzen.

Het was een fijn huis. Goede inventaris. Hele mooie ligging. Jammer dat de bedden boven erg doorzakten. We komen vast nog eens terug.
