Located at the foot of the mountain Montgo with views of the sea.
East / West sun from morning to night.
1 kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine
1 kitchen with private terrace.
4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with toilet, 2 living rooms.
All inclusive: provision of linen and home towels.
Stewardship is provided by a Spanish couple on site.
The villa is located 1 km from the city center, 1. 5KM beaches
Dénia picturesque town with its many shops and tapas bars
You can practice hiking in the Montgo (300m from the villa) or lazing around the pool and beaches for 15 km.
You will have a pleasant stay with friends or family.
