Margherita House is a large home , comfortable, clean, family managed vacation rental home, 240 mq , designed and built by the property owners in 2002 , a short distance from the sea.
Enjoy watching the sunrise from your terrace in this beautiful seafront home.

Margherita House is cozy enough to accommodate 6 guests luxuriously and large enough to comfortably host small parties with as many as 11 overnight guests.
The house sits up on a big property 1,5 acres with olive grove and has total privacy from any surrounding homes.
The 1,5 acre lot where Margherita House is located, has plenty of level outdoor space, a barbecue , picnic/patio tables and a green-house-garden area , lounge space and outdoor warm shower.

There are six bedrooms , big size bed /single beds and unique decor. kitchen fully equipped for cooking and entertaining. Living room, dining area open to patio and garden. Many sitting areas and places to relax, read and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

The home's floor plan is well designed for social gatherings with a good flow for guests to have easy indoor/outdoor access to patios and living areas.

There are six-bedrooms and three-bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen with gourmet cooking stove. Open to a lovely dining room with fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you will need to prepare your own meals or you can take it easy and visit one of the many great restaurants.

Presence of unprotected stairways by gates. Attention to younger kids

A laundry area, is located in the downstairs bathroom.

The bookshelves have a wide variety of reading material, games and puzzles.

Close to town Sant'Antioco for shopping,
A great spot for the perfect summer vacation.

Nice house with a neglected garden

The house size and facilities were up to expectations except for mosquito flywire screenings in the windows which were all broken on the ground floor with temporary velcro replacement in place of the original roll-on type. Only two hard-wood long chairs were available without mattresses. The very big disappointment was the garden. We were led to believe that we were renting a villa with a nice garden based on the photos on the website. Even considering the summer season, the garden was non-existent. The few plants around the house were dying from a lack of maintenance. Also, upon arrival, we discovered that the cleaning of the kitchen was not included in the final cleaning of the house prior to departure. This was not mentioned on the website and is an unjustified requirement considering the rent.

très bon séjour

La maison est agréable et sans souci quelques bémol tout de même: l'eau saumâtre ( très surprenant pour par exemple , se laver les dents!) , la gestion des poubelles ( pas simple, difficile de savoir quoi et comment. Heureusement, la propriétaire s'en occupe à la fin du séjour) et un équipement vaisselle un peu juste quand on est nombreux. Des moustiquaires seraient bien agréables (il y en a manifestement eu, mais elles sont cassées) A part ça, ce fut un très agréable séjour, dans un chouette environnement Merci à la proprio et à la Sardaigne

Bel endroit

Bel endroit mais n attendez pas la propriétaire pour l arrivée ni le départ. Il suffit de rentrer puis à la sortie vous partez... Valeria est très agréable mais très occupée par son travail. Bel endroit au calme repos belles plage. Attention l eau du forage se mélanger à la mer et est légèrement salée.... Bon séjour

Peaceful stay in beautiful surroundings!

A warm greating from our hosts, who went out of their way to meet us and guide us to the house. Plenty of space with 5 separate bedrooms, for our party of seven. A beautiful olive orchard with wild flowers in the front acre large garden. The villa sits a small distance from the town but this suited us well, as it was super peaceful. Wonderful beaches and other activities were not more than 15 minutes drive away. The towels and sheets were bright white and clean. Local wood was easy to purchase for nightly indoor fires, perfect for the cooler April evenings. All the kitchen basics if you prefer to self cater. We had a lovely time and hope to return soon.

Una bellissima vacanza!!!

Casa molto spaziosa, confortevole, in una posizione tranquilla..padrona di casa molto cordiale e disponibile, mare bellissimo e isola tutta da scoprire...cos’altro cerchi?! Consiglio vivamente di cenare all’agriturismo gestito dai proprietari di casa!!! Grazie ancora Valeria!
