Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un séjour superbe dans cet appartement vaste et propre. La famille Vaguener est très gentil avec une bonne communication. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans cette lacation, la terrasse ensolleilé, lave linge, literie très bonne, cuisine equipée et un grand salon. Bien sur on entend la route, mais bien que nous sommes habitués à des environnements calmes cela nous a pas géné. La location est parfaitement situé entre commerces, restaurants, bassin et océan. Un Grand Merci à la famille Vaguener. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!!

Nos vacances d'été en famille

Nous avons passé un moment merveilleux dans cet appartement. L'appartement est exactement comme sur les photos et l'emplacement est parfait pour atteindre tout dans la région. La communication avec M. Vaguener était facile et rapide, il était toujours là pour nous pendant les vacances. Merci pour le bon temps!

Partie de Villa très pratique et agréable

La partie de villa est au rez-de-chaussée des propriétaires qui sont très accueillants et très disponibles en cas de besoin tout en vous laissant une totale intimité. Elle bénéficie d'une situation pratique entre les différents points du Cap (même si l'île en elle-même est finalement peu "fréquentable" sans voiture ce qui est moins agréable) et permet d'aller à pied à la plage derrière et chez le très bon glacier-boulanger d'à côté. C'est un bon rapport qualité prix quant on connaît le Cap Ferret et nous recommandons. L'un des inconvénients est le bruit des voitures, le Cap étant très (trop) fréquenté en période estivale et la maison donnant sur la route principale ce qui n'empêche heureusement pas de passer un bon séjour! Merci encore aux propriétaires pour leur hospitalité!

endroit parfait, pres de plages, bassin, piste cyclable, boulanger

Notre famille a beaucoup aimé le séjour a Petit Piquey dans cette maison. Tout etait très près, on n'a pas utilisé notre voiture. Le jardin etait très confortable et la maison reste fraiche en été. Mr et Mme Vaguener sont très aimables et hospitaliers. On y rétourne!

Escapade parfaite au Cap-Ferret.

Nous avons été reçus très amicalement. L'appartement était exactement ce que nous voulions. C'est un point de départ idéal pour de nombreuses activités. Malheureusement, l'emplacement sur la route principale rend parfois un peu bruyant. Nous voyagions beaucoup et cela ne nous dérangeait pas beaucoup. Merci beaucoup à la famille Vaguener. Très beau coin de France mais pas assez animé le soir

Bonne location en tout point en incluant l’amabilité des propriétaires. Petit bémol sur la variation de température de l’eau (pour se doucher c’est un peu gênant) et pas mal de bruit du à la route principale passante devant la maison .

Vacances au top !

La location est parfaitement conforme à sa description. Emplacement au pied des pistes cyclables, confort optimum, équipement parfait et grande gentillesse des propriétaires.

L'accueil est chaleureux. La location est agréable à vivre et conforme en tout point à la description. Située tout près de la plage elle offre tout le confort nécessaire à des vacances agréables. Vraiment une adresse à conseiiler.

Le descriptif de l'annonce est conforme à la réalité. On a trouvé une maison très propre et bien équipée. Nous avons eu un accueil particulièrement chaleureux. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. Nous sommes prêts à y retourner.

Location très agréable, site uperbe

Ceyte location était totalement conforme à nos attentes et nous avon bénéficié d'un accueil chaleureux des proriétaires. La proximité de la forêt et de la mer durent des atouts appréciables. Je recommande vivement cette location
