There and back
Property was well kept outside. Very dated inside as far as appliances and cook where but was able to do what i needed to do. Carpets need replaced and you should never have Carpets in your bathrooms. Was like staying at an uncles summer home he let the fam borrow for the winter. Pretty scary cliff side access to the beach. Also a block away for easier access. But. Good parking once inside. Comfortable and homie. Just needs some updates. We left smiling and did enjoy our stay over all. Eileen ( believe this is how you spell.) Was very much help and answered everytime i had an issue or needed her

Unbeatable location, roomy condo
This condo had everything we needed for a family beach trip. We could walk down to beach via the private staircase. We could rinse off afterwards with the outdoor shower at the pool deck, then enjoy the pool and hot tub. The community was quiet and secure. Parking was in a large garage behind a gated entry. There were boogie boards, surf boards, chairs, and other beach stuff that the owner said we were able to use. The unit itself was great -- three very large bedrooms, functional kitchen and large dining table, plus living room and balcony. Nice that it is upstairs, so you don't hear footsteps above you. The only critique I had was that the garage is two-deep and could potentially fit two vehicles, but the owner had some personal items preventing us from parking more than 1 vehicle in it. And the community has only two guest parking spots for all the condos. That said, parking was generally found outside and did not prevent us from enjoying the trip. We'll be back for sure.

Something for everyone.
Condo photos don't do it justice. Lovely space. Interior design, furniture, wallpaper, a little dated but adequate. Pool area quite, everyone respectful. Access to phenomenal beach. Lovely local restaurants.

Great Location Spacious Condo
Great place right above the beach! The condo is spacious, though the furnishings are a bit dated and the carpeting should be replaced. But you can’t beat the location, especially if you like to listen to the ocean while you fall asleep at night.

Close To Everything.
The property was self check in which was great for us since we were getting in late. The house is in the second floor and has a great view of the pool and ocean from the master bedroom. The condo has lots of space and can easily accommodate 8 people with everyone having plenty of privacy. The beach is a short walk down a few flights of stairs and the city of Encinitas is also a short walk from the condo. There are lots of places to eat and shop on the main drag. I would recommend the 102 Dinner and you must hit Handel's Ice Cream Shop. Overall the trip was great and when we go back to Encinitas we would definitely stay here again.

Spacious condo with beach access.
This is a great apartment for a large family. You are right on the beach with plenty of surf boards and towels. You can hear and see the ocean from the balcony and the master bedroom. We also enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. The space is roomy and comfortable. The only problem is the stove and pots. Two of the burners didn’t work and the old pots don’t stay flat on the coils. The apartment supervisor did send someone out to repair the stove after we told her that the burners didn’t work but the apartment really needs a new, reliable stove. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay in this condo.

A wonderful location for the beach experience
This spacious 3 bedroom easily accommodated our family of five. We absolutely loved the ocean view from the patio, pool, master bedroom and family room. We had so much fun surfing, playing beach volleyball and strolling the beach at sunrise and sunset. In the morning we would walk to the local cafes on highway 101 for breakfast. The sandwich shop and gourmet ice cream store at 101 and A was our favorite lunch spot. The condo decor was dated, and worn but comfy overall. The staff was helpful when the blinds in the master bedroom would not lower and raise. We hope to return the next time we visit our family.

Nice trip!
Our family of four from the Midwest had a great time at this place over Spring Break. Management company responsive and helpful. The "move in" process was simple and well documented. Quiet condo (2nd floor), nicely laid out, with excellent view of the ocean. The location in North County SD was outstanding. The stairs access to the beach was a big plus, although it is a very short walk to Moonlight Beach anyway. Full garage is a bonus in this area. Well stocked with grill and appliances, and almost everything inside the condo worked (exceptions -- music equipment, a few electrical outlets, and a temperamental oven). Overall, a really nice condo in a great location.
