L’immeuble est calme.
Merci pour la flexibilité de M. Mme Rica-Robles pour nos arrivés (à 15:00 au lieu de 17:00). Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ses gestes car le trajet est long et fatigant.

Après des contacts simples et clairs avec le propriétaire, nous avons été très bien accueillis à notre arrivée. Le logement correspondant en tout points aux prestations présentées dans l'annonce, nous avons été ravis et avons passé un agréable séjour. Nous reviendrons.

Bel appartement tres bien situé, trés propre.
Nous sommes déjà venus 2 fois dans cet appartement. Cette année il était malheureusement réservé aux dates possibles pour nous. Un plus pour cet appartement, c'est le parking sécurisé. Tout était en ordre et parfait. nous recommanderons cette location sans problème. De plus Playa est une ville agréable.

we hebben een zeer leuke vakantie gehad, alles is in de buurt op loopafstand , winkels , ,bakker, restaurants en discotheek .Het appartement beschikt over het nodige voor 6 personen, alleen het interieur is verouderd, maar prijs kwaliteit is het goed

Super sejour
Un appartement très sympa ,nous a permis de passé un exellent séjour. Proche de la ville 400 M du centre ville et 150m de la plage que l'on distingue de la terrasse. Les parties commune sont bien entretenue et le parking sécurisé On as très peut utiliser notre voiture sauf pour des ballade à Barcelone 1h de voiture. On se languis de recommencé ces vacance l'année prochaine...

"Onze eerste indruk was: ...
"Onze eerste indruk was: " wel een beetje ouderwets". Maar uiteindelijk hebben we daar een geweldige vakantie gehad. Zeer kindvriendelijke zelfs. Een peutertje krijgt geen kastjes of schuifjes open, wat voor ons toch niet onbelangrijk was. Zeer ruime kamers, terras, bakamer en terras. Het appartement was SUPER netjes en proper. Het terras was ook zeer ruim.De parkeerplaats is zeker een pluspunt. De keukeninrichting en matrassen waren net iets minder minder en wel een beetje aan vernieuwing toe. Wat leuk was aan dit appartement?? Je had er alles om een leuke vakantie door te brengen. Zelfs strandstoeljes, parasol, enz... Je hebt zelfs een klein beetje zeezicht. Voor ons was een leuke vakantieverblijf en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar."

"Appartement bon marché et très bien placé (très proche de la mer) mais c'est un appartement qui nous semblait ancien. Il est dommage que le nettoyage n'ait pas été fait le jour de notre arrivée. La déco pourrait être renouvelée également."
