Tout etait mis en place pour que le sejour soit tres agréable, appartement propre tres bien équipé, situé dans un quartier tres calme mais le top c'est la terrasse face à la mer. Si l'an prochain il est disponible lors de mes dates de congés j'y retournerai

Studio assez correct dans l'ensembleface à la mer !! Nettoyage mal fait surtout autor de la robinetterie ( avant notre passage ) Sinon impossible d'avoir le WIFI malgré le code( mal écrit )

Accueil par l'amie de la propriétaire très sympathique, elle vous montre tout ce que vous devez savoir sur l'appartement en plus des supers conseils pour faire ses courses et choisir les meilleurs restaurants, merci à elle. Appartement au 5ieme étage avec vue sur mer pour le Petit déjeuner c'est Top. Appartement entièrement refait. Le quartier sur mois de mai hors vacances scolaires est extrêmement calme, les plages parfaites avec beaucoup de coins à visiter. Nous reviendrons

De la terrasse, magnifique vue sur la mer, superbe. Proximité avec la plage (140m) est très appréciable tout comme le garage qui permet d'avoir la voiture à l'ombre. La résidence est calme et quartier Le Boucanet très familiale.

Vacances au Boucanet appartement vue sur mer au 5eme etages
Vacances géniales du 15 au 29 /08/20 appartement très agréable avec une vue formidable face à la mer au 5eme étages malgré la chaleur le dernier étage avec ascenseur était des plus agréable nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir

Depuis plusieurs années nous louons cet appartement au grau du roi où nous avons une vue magnifique sur la mer Nous pouvons nous déplacer à pieds jusqu’au port , proximité des commerces La résidence est très calme et très bien entretenue , parking fermé et la propriétaire met à notre disposition un garage fermé Chaque année nous attendons avec impatience de retrouver ce petit cocon pour un séjour détente au grau du roi
