Kefalosbay Apartments are located in the heart of a private estate of 7000 sq. meters in a place of a rare beauty.

The residence is located on a belvedere offering a spectacular panoramic view of the Kefalos bay, one of the most beautiful views of Kos island.

The apartment of 78 sq. meters includes a living room, an open kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom with toilet and an entrance hall. It also features a terrace facing south. It is suitable for 2 to 4 people.
This apartment of contemporary design is equipped with large bay windows, high-speed WiFi and offers customised hotel services.
The residence owns an architectural infinity edge pool with jetstream. It provides a beach entry with part of the surrounding sand and allows counter-current swimming. It is harmoniously blended into a Mediterranean rockery cactus garden.

The residence only welcomes children over the age of ten.

For its guests, the residence provides:

- a library with books and DVDs

Ein Urlaubs domizil für den Lebensabend aber nicht nur!!!!!!

unser Aufenthalt in der Kefalos Bay- Residenz war von Anfang 30.09.2019 bis Ende 21.10.2019 einfach nur phantastisch. Der Empfang von Costas und Lionnel war vom ersten Augenblick an von Herzlichkeit geprägt. Das Appartment war sehr sauber und beinhaltete alles was man als Selbstversorger braucht.Das Personal war höflich und hilfsbereit. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Ruhe und Komfort mit herrlichem Meerblick

Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft : gastfreundlicher Empfang durch die Besitzer, die auch auf dem Gelände wohnen und stets erreichbar und für Fragen und Ratschläge ansprechbar sind. Saubere, komfortable Appartments mit großen Fenstertüren mit Blick auf's Meer und die gegenüberliegenden Inseln. Bequeme Betten, internationale TV Programme, problemlos funktionierende Internetverbindung, Swimmimgpool mit Liegen im großzügigen, mediterranen, gepflegten Gartengelände, hotelähnlicher Zimmerservice. Gerne wieder !

The Best View from a property ever

The view from the front of the property, and even more so, from the pool, was second to none. There is a walk up to the property - but that's how you get the best views. Most people staying here hire a car, but it is not necessary if you don't mind the walk.

Peace and tranquility in breath taking surroundings

Absolutely stunning place . The apartment had everything you need and was spotlessly clean when we arrived and then cleaned every few days with clean towels and bedding.we spent most days chilling round the pool which is the nicest and cleanest pool I have ever seen and my wife and I had it to ourselves for the whole 2 weeks and kostas treated us to iced coffee most days and the occasional home made cake. Kostas and Lionel are the perfect hosts and nothing was to much for them they made our holiday extra special. Thank you so much and see you soon . Jason and Karin uk June 2018

Wunderschönes Appartement mit sehr aufmerksamem Vermieter

Wer Ruhe und Abgeschiedeneheit sucht, findet hier, unweit des nächsten Dorfes und doch in sehr angenehmer Entfernung zu touristischen Einrichtungen eine tolle Ferienwohnung vor, die einen traumhaften Ausblick auf die Bucht bietet, und zwar aus jedem Zimmer! Zudem ist die Wohnung sehr klug eingerichtet, mit vielen Extras. Die Betten sind übrigens ebenfalls sehr gut. Nicht zu vergessen die zahlreichen Hinweise und Tipps, die einem von Konstantinus am ersten Tag - unaufdringlich und sehr hilfreich-mit auf den Weg gegeben werden. Großartig und sehr zu empfehlen!

Zeer hartelijke ontvangst en warm verblijf

Wat een heerlijke week. Ontvangen als vrienden. Eigenaar Costas nam alle tijd voor de ontvangst en we konden ten alle tijden bij hem terecht. De auto was geregeld. Boottocht naar Nysiros en daar een auto? Werd geregeld. Lig je aan het zwembad, de verfrissing komt naar je toe. Schoon, comfortabel appartement. Ik ga Kefalos bay bij iedereen aanraden, het was zalig.

sehr schöne ruhige Ferienwohnung in wunderschönem Garten mit toller Aussicht

Wir haben einen wunderbaren erholsamen Strandurlaub verlebt. Die Ferienwohnung und der Garten mit Pool sind sehr gepflegt. Die Aussicht ist toll. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, umsichtig und hilfsbereit. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

What a lovely spot. Fabulous views and great accommodation.

We had a smashing holiday in this beautiful place. We had a warm welcome and were well looked after. The apartment was nice but the pool is the show stopper here.

Traumhafte Anlage und sehr freundlicher Vermieter

Wir waren zum ersten mal in Kefalosbay und waren vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag begeistert und zufrieden. Die Anlage ist wunderschön mit ihren Appartements und dem schönen Pool. Costa und Lionel waren auch immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Traumhaft gelegene saubere und freundliche Wohnung!!!!

Waren im April 17 dort. Ein Traum! Unglaubliche Aussicht, sehr schönes Appartement mit einem hotelähnlichen Service. Die Vermieter haben uns sehr persönlich empfangen. Es war einfach traumhaft und wir kommen wieder!!!

Unser unvergesslicher Urlaub in der Kefalos Bay Residence

Lieber Kostas, Lieber Lionel, Eure Apartmentanlage das schönste ist was Kos zu bieten hat, davon sind wir überzeugt. Es hat von vorne bis hinten alles gestimmt. Es gibt nichts Vergleichbares als morgens von der Terrasse dem Sonnenaufgang zuzuschauen und die absolute Ruhe zu genießen. Einen so top gepflegten Garten wie den Euren muss man lange suchen und die Aussicht auf die Bucht ist einfach Atemberaubend. Vielen Dank auch an Christina und Andreas für die tolle Betreuung der Anlage und der Apartments. Leider waren die zwei Wochen unseres Aufenthaltes viel zu kurz. Wir freuen uns jetzt schon riesig auf unseren Urlaub nächstes Jahr bei Euch, bei so tollen Gastgebern wie man sie nur selten trifft. Wir haben die Zeit bei Euch in vollen Zügen genossen. Just Perfect

We spent our vacation at Bayview Residence and it was simply perfect. The apartments are modern and spacious and have everything you need. The view is spectacular especially when you're on the Pool. And the hosts are super nice and gave us great advice and Tipps. If you are looking for a relaxing and quiet stay, Bayview is the place to stay.

Fantastic little paradise!

After walking up a little winding bumpy road we came to our holiday destination and were greeted by the lovely Konstantinos. He took us to his home which is next to the apartments and very kindly gave us refreshments and all the information we needed about the area and where we were staying. He also arranged over the phone for the hire of a scooter for us which we used for the whole week and explored all over the island. The apartments had all we needed and a beautiful view right across the bay. Sometimes we stayed in and cooked ourselves and sat eating and drinking on the balcony. There are two balconies in each apartment so you can move around and follow the sun. The pool and sun beds were well looked after and we had them to ourselves apart from when Konstantinos joined us to offer an iced coffee and a chat about anything we wanted to know. The gardens are beautiful and well kept and the apartments are regularly cleaned and fresh bedding and towels are put in the rooms by a fairy I think because they just appeared while we were out! One thing we didn't get chance to do was to swim across to the island in the bay and ' ring the bell' we hope to do this because we have already booked for next year and Konstantinos has kept our beach towels to save on luggage promising to wash them ready to use again. Loved it all, an ideal location for a relaxing holiday with a beautiful view and a charming friendly host.

Oasi di pace con vista spettacolare

Siamo appena stati in questo residence di 4 appartamenti e dobbiamo dire che ci siamo trovati molto bene. Gli appartamenti sono dotati di tutti i comfort, puliti e con una vista spettacolare sulla baia. I proprietari Kosta e Lionel sono due persone speciali che ti fanno sentire come a casa tua. Ringraziamo Kosta per gli utili consigli che ci ha dato sull'isola e Lionel per la cura che dedica al meraviglioso giardino. Oasi di pace con vista spettacolare.

Quattro appartamenti con tutti i confort, vista spettacolare sulla baia, ottima accoglienza da parte dei proprietari kosta e Lionel. Ringraziamo kosta per i suoi consigli per il nostro soggiorno e Lionel per la cura che dedica sia agli appartamenti che al giardino. Che altro dire su questo residence che non sia già stato detto da altri ospiti, che torneremo l'anno prossimo. Paradise Beach

Ho lavorato 7 anni in un albergo della catena Marriott e quindi so che cosa è un servizio da 5 stelle e non posso che riconoscere lo stesso standard per il Kefalosbay Residence. Ed il fatto che Kostantinos abbia lavorato per anni per un albergo Meridien è stata per me come una conferma: i 4 appartamenti sono tenuti con una precisione maniacale, dotati di ogni confort al punto che dispiace quasi "dover uscire per andare al mare". La piscina con la vista sulla baia da sola merita tutta la vacanza! Costas e Lionel sono poi dei proprietari eccezionali. Kostantinos è di una disponibilità incredibile: non avendo affittato una macchina, mi ha accompagnato a fare la spesa con la sua macchina, assicurandosi anche che mi applicassero i prezzi di una residente e non di una turista! La loro casa poi sembra un museo, pieni di cimeli dei loro frequenti viaggi in Africa. Tutto il residence rispecchia la loro vita e personalità, tra lo stile elegante francese, paese originario di Lionel ed il profumo d'Africa dei loro viaggi. A far da cornice a tutto ciò, la mamma di Kostantinos, nientemeno che la Signora Afrodite, ci ha deliziato di un dolce tipico greco fatto con le sue mani. Il posto è davvero fantastico, senza esagerazioni; consigliato vivamente alle coppie ed alle persone in cerca di pace e tranquillità. Memorabile è stata la riscoperta del manto stellare, erano anni che non ne vedevo più uno così... che dire di più? Ci ritornerò!

A perfect location for a ...

A perfect location for a relaxed holiday. The apartment was perfectly confortable and clean with a fantastic view on the bay of Kefalos. The reception was exquisite and the owners always ready for suggestions on where to eat best and where to go for a nice excursion or to find the best and least crowded beaches. We surely had a great time!

Wunderbarer, erholsamer Urlaub

"Wir haben im August wunderbare Tage in der Anlage verbracht. Es war ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub da es sehr ruhig war. Der Garten und die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Garten ist toll angelegt, man entdeckt immer wieder etwas neues. Der wunderbare Ausblick über das Meer bringt einem zum Träumen und der schöne Pool macht richtig Lust zum Schwimmen. Die Besitzer Costas und Lionel helfen bei jeder Frage super weiter. Wir haben uns einfach nur wohl gefühlt und freuen uns auf den nächsten Urlaub in der Residenc Kefalosbay."

"Dit is echt een droom lo...

"Dit is echt een droom locatie! Alles klopt en de gastheren zijn erg vriendelijk en altijd op de achtergrond aanwezig,maar niet hinderlijk.Woning en huisraad in top conditie, alles is voorhanden en met smaak ingericht.Het uitzicht, de poel,het personeel, alles prima.Eigen vervoer noodzakelijk.We hebben een prachtige week, laat in het saisoen,maar in alle opzichten prima gehad.We komen hier weer terug!"

"Nous avons été reçus par...

"Nous avons été reçus par des hôtes délicieux dans un cadre enchanteur. Le lieu est splendide (et encore mieux que sur les photos), sa situation exceptionnelle avec une vue à couper le souffle sur la baie de Kefalos. Le logement impeccable : une chambre spacieuse, un couchage de qualité, tous les équipements nécessaires...et cerise sur le gateau, un service hôtelier assuré avec diligence et discrétion par Christina : serviettes renouvelées tous les 2 jours, draps changés en cours de semaine... Et le meilleur pour la fin : Lionel et Costas chaleureux, attentifs à nos moindres désirs, heureux de nous faire paratger les beautés et délices de leur île et mettant tout en oeuvre pour faciliter notre séjour. Nous sommes éblouis et enchantés (et avons déjà pris une option pour l''année prochaine). Merci à vous deux de nous avoir fait passer une semaine de rêve. Gilles et Laurence"

"Notre séjour a été des plus agréables ; toutes les conditions étant en effet réunies : très beau site, calme, reposant avec une vue exceptionnelle, très bel appartement, bien équipé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. "Ho trascorso una settima...

"Ho trascorso una settimana con la mia fidanzata al Kefalosbay Residence e non posso che confermare i giudizi positivi lasciati dagli altri ospiti. Il residence si trova nella parte più bella dell''isola, a due passi da spiagge incantevoli e mare cristallino. La posizione rialzata permette di godere di un panorama a 180 gradi, davvero suggestivo e indimenticabile. L''appartamento è circondato da un coloratissimo e profumatissimo giardino mediterraneo, al centro del quale spicca la bella piscina che ricrea una spiaggia di sabbia e rocce. L''appartamento è ampio e ben organizzato, dotato di tutti i comfort, non manca davvero nulla. I proprietari, Kostantinos e Lionel, sono persone davvero squisite, sempre disponibili ma mai invadenti. Insomma tutto va ben oltre le aspettative, le foto sono belle ma rendono solo la metà della reale bellezza del posto, si è immersi nel totale relax, accompagnati dal canto delle cicale, lontani dai rumori della parte più turistica dell''isola (Kos, che è comunque raggiungibile in meno di un''ora d''auto). Una vacanza indimenticabile...speriamo di tornare presto!"

"Site magnifique, extraordinairement et patiemment entretenu (jardin/piscine) avec vue à couper le souffle sur la baie de Kéfalos. Appartement très confortable, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, et, grâce à Kristina, d’une propreté irréprochable. Mais tout cela n’est rien au regard de la gentillesse, de l’attention et de la disponibilité des propriétaires. Calme, sérénité, harmonie, grâce à eux et… avec eux… sans oublier l’attachante et affectueuse mama…. Nos meilleures vacances ! Encore MERCI pour tout. "
