Awful

We came over from Tampa to escape Helene. No extra trash bags. Not enough towels and pillows and bedding were very cheap and old. Mattresses need to be replaced. Grout on the tile was black and has never been cleaned. Carpet looks very dirty. When we arrived our door code didn’t work. Only 1 TV in the unit worked.

Wonderful vacation

We had a great time at Cinnamon Beach 434. There was a little hiccup checking in, as the door code we were given was incorrect, but we called and they fixed it immediately, so it was no issue after that. The rental company that manages the property is fantastic! They were so helpful with all our questions. The condo has a beautiful view and is nicely decorated. We loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves and just enjoying the view. Initially, we were worried about a few things based on previous reviews, but there was no issue we found. It was clean and smelled clean. The carpet is older and the master bed does squeak, but those are not deal breakers for us. This is a very spacious condo and had all new appliances, which was really nice. Also, in recent years we have not been able to swim in the beach there due to rocks on the beach. This year that was not the case, the sand shifted and it seems the rocks have been covered over and we were able to enjoy swimming in the ocean everyday. It was a wonderful vacation and we would definitely stay here again!

Ok unit

This did not meet our expectations. Unit is very dark and dated. Very small lamps and one didn't work. Carpet wasn't real clean, we found a huge hunk of hair in the bathroom & a pair of used under pants in a bedroom. It is a long walk to the club pools and they close early. 15 year old who use gyms all the time wasn't allowed to use the empty gym. The restaurant was closed the entire time so it was inconvenient to have to leave for lunch every day. We had a good time but wouldn't go back.

Just ok

The condo was nice had everything we needed. I was surprised to see carpet in a pet friendly unit. The room had aroma of urine from other pets. We did not walk around without some covering on our feet. On arrival there were several pest glue boxes the my small dog stepped in. Small roaches were seen in the kitchen. The carpet needs to be removed. The resort itself is lovely. However the erosion of the sand has exposed so much of the red it was not safe for us to play in the water. We had to drive up the coast for a safer spot. I hate that we will not be coming back to this resort.

Lovely place; could be so much better

This is a lovely condo in a series of units we’ve visited often over the past 10 years. The unit is decorated nicely, but could be cleaner. The master bedroom lamps and window shade have a rediculous amount of dust on them. The unit probably also needs a touch up of paint also. The master bed mattress is quite awful. We woke with back aches every morning. The owner seriously needs to replace this king sized mattress with a good, firm mattress. The existing one has a thick foam topper on it that simply craters into the middle of the bed. The bed also squeaks. The unit could also benefit from a ceiling fan on the deck and some comfortable chairs in the living area.

Wonderful Stay - Cinnamon Beach La Bonne Vie

Loved our stay at Cinnamon Beach La Bonne Vie. Unit was clean, spacious, and well appointed. Really enjoyed the community amenities and the overall cleanliness and safety of the area. We have already booked for next April 2024. Carpet could use a refresh and the dishwasher is extremely loud to the point of probably needing an upgrade. Overall though, loved the unit, the complex, and the area.

Cinnamon Beach condo

Beautiful view & location but the master bedroom mattress was horrible needs to be replaced. I went straight to my chiropractor when I got home. Also the place was somewhat dirty & the carpet smelled like pet urine needs to be steam cleaned or better yet replaced with a tile or synthetic flooring

Relaxing vacation

The condo was amazing! Super spacious, very clean and comfortable. The view was incredible. Saw the sunrise each morning from the master bedroom. Extremely convenient to the beach and a short walk to the pools which were both very nice. We enjoyed having lunch by the pool, riding bikes and just sitting listening to the ocean. Such a relaxing vacation!

Simply Perfect!

There is nothing about this space to say but raving reviews all-around. The condo is clean & updated with a spectacular view of the ocean and hole #8 on the famous Hammock Beach Ocean course. The gated community is immaculate, friendly, with two pools and an eatery/grill restaurant. The beach is clean and private (there are small rocks but further down there are less for swimming). We were there over the holiday into the New Year and had more fun than imagined with events and fireworks. Ocean Hammock/Palm Coast area was also pristine with tons of good restaurants including a neat European Village just over the bridge (2$ toll) with the sweetest atmosphere of dining and shopping. By far, one of our favorites stays this far!

Nice, comfortable, spacious condo in beautiful neighborhood. Ocean has coquina rocks so the kids wanted to drive to another beach for a couple of days. Pool is about 1/4 mile walk. Very nice pool setup. The grill/bar has good food, good drinks, good service. The property wouldn’t let us charge our car in the garage. 😕 Overall, loved it here and would stay again. 😀

Fabulous views

Loved the property and views are stunning! The unit is nice but could use some attention. Several light bulbs are out, shades are broken and carpet is worn out. A vacuum cleaner in the unit would be helpful especially since it is dog friendly. Check in was frustrating because were given the wrong door code and we had to wait on hold for 20 minutes for someone to help us. Also had trouble getting our gate pass and sent multiple emails and phone messages days leading up to our trip. No one responded until the day we arrived. We understand COVID has everyone behind but communication with arriving guests should be reviewed. We still had a lovely time would definitely return to Ocean Hammock.

Beautiful, well equipped and clean unit with a great view.

We have stayed at several cinnamon Beach condos. This one was beautifully decorated, well equipped, and had a great view. I will definitely rent this unit again.

Guest bathroom door doesn’t close and lock...had to use cooler to keep door closed Would be nice to have fan on balcony for breeze WiFi connection and speed was slow...several buffering experiences when watching tv in den. Maybe a few more starter supplies would be helpful

Hard to beat the view

A few highlights and thoughts... We loved being able to view the sunset from our balcony and the sunrise from bed! The place was bigger than we were expecting. I think the tall ceilings helped. As others mentioned, the walk to the beach is super quick. The beach was beautiful and relatively quiet. Some mentioned the beach being too shelly -- we didn't have that same experience but on one day it was definitely more shelly than others, so I assume it has something to do with the tide. The unfortunate part was that it was a bit of a hike to the pool areas. Some sort of guide to the resort would have been helpful. It took us a bit to find the pool area and we didn't have much info on the various amenities. Maybe a simple booklet in the room would have been quite helpful. The kitchen amenities could be improved. Knives were terribly dull. A few items of Tupperware would have went a long way. Everything stuck to the pans. This somewhat expected, though. Only quasi-large complaint is that the seating throughout the condo and balcony just wasn't very comfy. It wasn't a huge deal to us because we were rarely lounging around the condo but when we did settle down for a movie, the couch wasn't comfortable at all and the seating on the balcony could have been more comfortable as well. All in all, we REALLY enjoyed our stay. I did mention some drawbacks to make this a helpful review, but we really loved the place and would return again.
