Our beautiful and well appointed and furnished house is full of local character and it is ideally situated in the calm part of Le Bois Plage, halfway between the best sandy beaches and the charming old harbour town of Saint Martin. It is well suited for you stay in all seasons, due to its location, comfortable furniture and fittings, central heating and open fire.
You will be comfortable as a party of 8 or 14, and you will enjoy the large patio and garden.

A wonderful week

We had a fantastic time staying at this gite, with three generations of our family. The house is well equipped and very comfortable - and has lots of space for bikes to be stored. It is a short cycle ride to Saint-Martin, to the centre of Bois-Plage (where there is a market every day during the summer) and to the beach. We would recommend the house to other large family groups!

Family stay in Ile de Re

Great location - you can ride by bike through v quiet streets to the centre of Le Bois Plage within 10 minutes; also to S Martin within the same amount of time, through vineyards. Also well placed to get to lovely beaches through great ride through pine forest, not more than 15 mins ish. Property is spacious, lovely big lounge and dining room, various choices of bedrooms. Nice big kitchen. We had a very enjoyable stay, in a typical Ile de Re house.

5 weeks multi-generational holiday

The property was perfect for the holiday we wanted. It was relaxed clean and big enough for our extended family and friends to holiday with us on varying weeks, over the 5 week period. The family who own the property were delightful to communicate with, and more than happy to help make our holiday an easy one. The property manager/contact was also very helpful and always there to answer any queries we had. If you are looking to hire bicycles then hire them in town. The bikes we hired via the property manager, had not been maintained. They were difficult to ride, one broke, another had a puncture! The cost was the same as those found in town, which we found to be well maintained and of a better quality. Having said that, nothing detracted from the wonderful time we had at the property and exploring the beautiful island. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

La maison est charmante, tous s'est très bien passé ! À noter cependant : la chambre cabine est indépendante et n'est pas reliée aux autres chambres, tout comme le dortoir. Ils donnent bien sur la cour principale de la maison, donc parfait pour les enfants autonomes mais pas pour les tout petits. La maison sinon est idéalement située, beaucoup de place pour ranger les vélos, la cuisine est bien équipée, nous avons passé un super séjour !

Jolie maison pour des vacances en famille

Belle maison, bien équipée et agencée pour des vacances en famille de 8 à 73 ans. La cour ensoleillée toute la journée et à l’abri du vent est un véritable atout. La maison est idéalement située pour visiter l’île 😃

Beaucoup de monde encore sur l'île surtout en vélo. La maison est calme et agréable mais un peu juste pour 14 personnes.Très chaude aussi par temps orageux. Bon séjour dans l'ensemble pour nous tous. merci

Séjour Puy de Sorelle

Nous avons passé un super séjour malgré la première semaine de mauvais temps et toute une série de désagréments logistiques à l’arrivée (plaque à induction HS, un parasol manquant, une dizaine de spots et ampoules grillées…) mais qui ont tous été réglés rapidement grâce à la disponibilité sans faille de Brigitte, la personne en charge de la gestion de cette belle maison, très agréable à vivre et super fonctionnelle pour une grande famille. Mention spéciale aux matelas super confortables ! La position très centrale, entre Saint-Martin et le bourg du Bois-Plage, qui nous inquiétait un peu sur le papier, s’est avéré un plus indéniable pour les balades en vélo…même s’il faut oublier l’idée de descendre à la plage à pied 🙂

Väldigt trevligt ställe

Mycket trevligt och rymligt hus. Vi hyrde cyklar vilket är ett måste för att ta sig till strand och sevärdheter på ön. Brigitte och Catherine som vi var i kontakt med under veckan svarade snabbt och var mycket hjälpsamma när något krånglade.

Très belle maison, pleine de charme et typique de l'île de Ré. 4 chambres doubles tout confort. Deux dortoirs avec lits superposés, très bien pour des enfants, un peu justes pour des adultes. Nous avons passés un très beau week-end pour l'enterrement de vie de jeune fille de notre copine.

Maison très agréable pour un séjour familial

Maison agréable, joliment décorée et tout à fait conforme aux photos. Environnement très calme, bien équipée pour un séjour à 12 voire 14 ; les espaces séparés donnent de l'indépendance. La jolie terrasse / patio compense l'absence de jardin. Penser à prévoir des vélos pour se déplacer (plages, centre ville...). La personne qui s'occupe de l'accueil et du départ est très agréable et disponible. Maison que je recommande !

Maison très agréable dans une partie très calme de l'ile

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille avec nos trois enfants, leur conjoints et nos 5 petits enfants. La maison convenait parfaitement. Heureusement qu'une grande salle de douche a été ajoutée, utilisable par tous. L'accueil par Brigitte était parfait. Avec les vélos loués via Cycland nous avons pu rayonner sur presque toute l’île. Les plages à 10 min à vélo, le grand marché de Bois-Plage à 5 min. Pour les grande courses: Intermarché, Leclerc et l'excellente boulangerie Do-Ré-Mi à 5 min. en voiture. Vraiment à conseiller. Attention, le linge de maison n'est pas fourni, pour le reste l'équipement de la maison est complet.

Un séjour familial ideal

Merci infiniment. Absolument rien à dire à part que cette propriété est parfaite pour un séjour à l’île de re en famille; un grand espace commun et une multitude de solutions de couchage et de sdb pour le confort de tous. La gestion par les propriétaires de la réservation et L’accueil de Brigitte étaient parfaits. Je vous conseille vivement. Encore merci pour ce très beau séjour.

Maison idéale pour un séjour multi générations!

Très chouette séjour en famille ! L'organisation de cette semaine a été très facile à mettre en place avec Catherine et Brigitte. Une maison idéale et charmante pour que tout le monde puisse se retrouver, cuisiner et se détendre petits et grands ! Cheminée fortement appréciée en cette période hivernale ! Maison située au centre de l'île ce qui permet de rayonner facilement en voiture ou vélo. On recommande !!
