excellente location

La maison est conforme à l'annonce. Elle est très propre. Les jardins sont magnifiques et les plages aux alentours sont superbes en particulier celles de Chia. Il est juste dommage qu'il faille payer en plus pour la piscine. Une superette est accessible à pied ce qui est très pratique. La propriétaire est charmante et s'assure avant notre arrivée que tout est ok. Très bon séjour.

Logement très bien situé (à 2 minutes à pied d'une magnifique plage et proche de Pula, village très animé le soir), propre et spacieux. La literie est confortable. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et très réactifs. Une supérette est également accessible à pied, c'est très appréciable. Je recommande ce logement.

Appartement agréable dans une résidence calme et s

Accueil très chaleureux de Rosanna et Piergiorgio.L'appartement ,très propre, est conforme aux photos et à la description. La résidence est soignée et paisible . La plage est à 3mn de marche et le supermarché ( très bien approvisionné )à 5mn. Je recommanderais sans réserve cette location à la famille ou à des amis.

Pace e tranquillità nel sud della sardegna

Ottima accoglienza da parte dei proprietari,sempre disponibili ma mai invadenti. L'appartamento nella sua semplicità è comodo e funzionale,ed inserito in un contesto di pace e tranquillità. La spiaggia dista pochi metri ed i servizi sono facilmente raggiungibili. Un mezzo di locomozione è indispensabile.

Mare, tranquillità è adattissima ad una famiglia !

I proprietari sono persone disponibilissime, simpatiche e cordiali. La casa curata e funzionale per un soggiorno di una famiglia, anche con bambini piccoli (la ns bimba aveva 18 mesi, quando siamo andati). Mare a 5 minuti a piedi, comune tenuta impeccabilmente e mini market comodissimo all' uscita della struttura. Che dire.....se riusciremo, ci rivedranno sicuramente !!!!!!!!!!!!

Posto, casa e proprietari : noi cercavamo questo !

Siamo stati davvero bene, noi è la ns piccola di 18 mesi. Posto tranquillo e adatto alle famiglie, casa funzionale e il sig.Piergiorgio e la sua signora sono due persone veramente ma veramente cordiali. Casa pulitissima è bella, patio perfetto per dimensioni e mare a veramente 5 minuti a piedi. Comodo anche il market prossimo alla comunione. Abbiamo promesso di ritornare, meritano il bis !!!!

Casa perfetta per una famiglia di 4 persone, in ottimo stato, molto curata e pulitissima. Vicina al mare (circa 3 minuti a piedi), vicina al supermercato (circa 10 minuti a piedi). Padroni gentilissimi e disponibili.

The house is cosy,quiet a...

The house is cosy,quiet and beautiful with a nice garden. 2 mn walk from a good familly beach. Rosanna and Giorgio were really helpful to help us with our lost bagage at the airport and other tips. Great people! I will definitly recommend this place and will probably go back one of this day.

"The property is in an ideal location, in a pretty pine forest, minutes from 2 beautiful beaches with a supermarket selling loads of delicious local food and wines a short walk away. It was spotlessly clean and very well equipped and the owner was really helpful and friendly. We went in the off season and it was very quiet."

"Vorrei a nome di mia sorella Vera, per ringraziare sinere Rosanna per la calorosa accoglienza e un soggiorno molto piacevole! La casa era molto accogliente e confortevole, con una grande terrazza e un ampio soggiorno. Spiaggia meravigliosa molto vicino - a piedi per 2-3 minuti. Tutto molto bello e pulito! I padroni di casa sono persone molto simpatiche e sincero! Separa personale ringraziamento al marito di Rosanna e generalmente la sua famiglia per l''assistenza medica per il bambino. E ''stato molto bello e inaspettato, molte grazie! Lo consigliamo sicuramente questo cottage per rilassare i tuoi amici!"

"Alloggio inserito in un recidence immerso nella pineta, vicinissimo ad un mare stupendo ed alle varie spiaggie piu famose della zona.Nelle vicinaze supermercato con tutto quello che necessita.Ideale vacanza con bimbi in pieno relax-A 5 minuti d'auto si arriva a Pula che alla sera e' un paesivo molto vivo con ristoranti negozi e concerti in piazza.Ci siamo trovati benissimo ed i propietari sono stati molto gentili e cortesi.Consigliato."
