The house is located 100 meters away from the main beach. There is a drive in for two cars inside the house for a comfortable parking.

The beach is very close, about 100 meters from the Villa. Riumar is a very calmed place, with long beaches and shallow waters, ideal for a holidays with little kids or to relax.

The pool is surrounded with vegetation so you can privately enjoy the facility without being spotted.

Riumar is located on the very tip of the Delta de L’Ebre Natural Park. A small residential area surrounded by a spectacular wet land, the second biggest in Spain. Riumar is a very peaceful spot to enjoy with your kids or partner, have long walks, ride a bike or horse. too. The area is surrounded with excellent restaurants¡.

UN TRES AGREABLE SEJOUR

La maison est fonctionnelle et propre avec une agréable piscine. Elle est idéalement placée, dans un environnement calme et à proximité immédiate de la plage, d'un petit supermarché, d'une pharmacie et des restaurants. Le jardin entièrement clôturé est idéal quand on a des animaux qui sont ainsi en sécurité. L'hôte est très aimable et efficace. RIUMAR est un endroit que nous ne connaissions pas et que nous avons découvert avec plaisir et nos chiens aussi, avec certaines plages qui leur sont autorisées. A signaler: peu de moustiques ! Nous avons donc passé un séjour parfait. A RECOMMANDER.

estancia incomoda por falta de aire acondicionado

en principio la casa y el emplazamiento es tal y como se anuncia, pero una vez instalados en la casa y al caer la noche, empezamos a percibir ciertas carencias que considero que el propietario debería tener en cuenta ,para ofrecer un confort acorde con el precio que se cobra por 8 noches que son las que hemos sufrido en esta casa la ausencia de aire acondicionado en plena ola de calor este mismo agosto de 2019 con dos ventiladores en la casa es insuficiente para estar a gusto durante la noche(imposible pegar ojo) por otro lado la piscina ,esta detrás de la casa y carece totalmente de iluminación por lo que se supone que durante la noche si quieres bañarte tienes que hacerlo a oscuras..... en general la casa es como se anuncia, pero el hecho de no tener aire acondicionado es determinante para no volver a alquilar en estas condiciones ,por otro lado la relación calidad/precio en estas condiciones me parece carísimo.

Una estancia perfecta

Riumar es un sitio con encanto para poder disfrutar de unas vacaciones tranquilas sin aglomeraciones de turistas. La casa es muy acogedora con piscina y barbacoa privadas, al lado de la playa! Sin duda volveremos

Très bon séjour

Piscine sympa sans vis à vis , la maison possède tous les équipement nécessaires pour passer des vacances au calme. La plage est juste à côté , une supérette à 3 minutes à pieds (spar) , quelques restaurants pas très loin non plus. Après ce n'est pas la faute des propriétaires mais il y a pas mal de moustiques tigres (dans la ville). Un soir au restaurant (une seule fois sur trois) toute la terrasse à dû rentrer à cause d'une attaque soudaine et d'envergure ^^ mais pour avoir pas mal voyagé en espagne en italie ou dans le sud de la france c'est malheureusement général.

leuke woning en rustig gelegen

wij verbleven er 4weken en toen wij aankwamen hadden wij de pech dat er aan onze straat werken waren, daardoor konden wij 2 weken niet op de oprit parkeren en moesten wij ongeveer 200 meter verder staan en ook boodschappen dragen . nadien was het super . de supermarkt in de regio gaat maar vanaf half juni open , en zoals reeds veel medegedeeld hadden wij ook last van muggen , maar wij hebben toch genoten van onze vakantie . leuke woning alleen jammer dat er geen rechtstreekse doorgang is naar zwembad , steeds via voordeur naar achter wandelen , maar ook zalige zwembad die hele dag zon heeft .

small but as described

we stayed at the end of June and had a very enjoyable holiday,the only things i would make people aware of are there is no air conditioning so it can be very warm in the chalet,the area is infested with mosquitoes and they are hungry so make sure you spray yourselves.the pool was kept in good condition and very clean.the location of the chalet is perfect for the beach which is excellent. all in all good value and a good time.

Vacances reposantes

Nous sommes une famille de 4 personnes et avons passé de très bonnes vacances à riumar. La maison est petite mais convient parfaitement pour une famille de 4 personnes, elle est très bien équipé et propre. La piscine privée est très appréciable, bien entretenue par une personne extérieure et nous en avons beaucoup profite durant tout notre séjour. A part les tres nombreux moustiques ,Je recommande cette location.

We stayed here for a total of 2 weeks in May 2016. The owner is very friendly and quick to reply to any email / whatsapp message. About the location: Everything is as described, just down the street from the beach and a couple of restaurants and bars close by. The only thing that needs to be noted about Deltebre is that there are many many farming fields. In order to scare off the brids, they cause "explosions" every 5-15min near the fields. During the day you hear distant "booms" and just wonder if there is war going on that you are not aware of..no big deal. But in the evening or during the night its very annoying. My dog was so scared, that she spent all her time in the house, hidden under a table trembling. This must be fun with a baby, waking up and screaming to distant explosions every couple of minutes.. Our 2 weeks stay was in May, maybe that is only happening during that time, maybe all year...This was the first time we went to Deltebre so i can't say. About the house: Everything was clean and good in general. We disliked a couple of things, like a light switch that was hanging out of the wall with the cables.. for us this wasn't an issue, but again, imagine you have a young kid that wants to touch everything. The house doesn't have AC, for us (in May) it was ok, but we already had to keep all windows open during the evening/night to not sleep in a sauna. I wouldn't want to be there without AC in june-july/august. All in all it was ok that price. Steve. Oh and get ready for mosquito bites!

Confortable

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Manel ! La maison est parfaitement fonctionnelle... un vrai petit nid, et la piscine, un vrai délice... de plus, elle est scrupuleusement entretenue par une personne extérieure. L'endroit est très calme sans pour autant être complètement isolé. La plage est sauvage et magnifique, mais par contre, pour les adultes, pas idéal pour la baignade puisqu'on a pied très loin. La région : magnifique, montagne, rivières, lacs, rizières, petits restaurants sympathiques avec menus attractifs. Pour les courses : DELTEBRE, le MERCADONA : on y trouve tout (viande, poisson) très bon marché par rapport à la France.
