Relaxing holiday with excellent host
owner Massimo helped us in so many ways from the initial booking to leaving the property, thank you so much. The location is extremely relaxing, beach is 5 mins away, property has big bedrooms, children loved staying together in the ample space.

Vacanza bellissima
Abbiamo soggiornato in questa bellissima villa ad Agosto 2015. Vacanza molto bella,la casa ampia ha permesso a tutti noi ( 8 adulti) di godere dei propri spazi e della propria privacy. Consiglio ai futuri ospiti di portarsi o affittare un veicolo,indispensabile anche per andare a prendere il pane. Le spiagge vicine sono molto belle,anche le altre più esclusive sono a pochi km dalla casa. Ringraziamo ancora moltissimo Massimo e la sua famiglia per essere stati con noi amichevoli e molto ospitali. Torneremo senza altro a trovarli

Ruim huis in een rustige ...
Ruim huis in een rustige woonwijk, vlakbij een erg mooi strand waar je ligstoelen en parasols kunt huren. Kleine supermarkt op loopafstand. Wij hadden geen eigen vervoer en maakte gebruik van een betaalbare taxi voor bezoeken aan de steden Noto en Siracusa, het telefoonnummer van deze taxi kun je aan de huiseigenaar vragen. Bij het strand is een busverbinding naar de stad Siracusa. De huiseigenaar en zijn vrouw zijn erg vriendelijk, enthousiast en heel behulpzaam. Op hun aanraden zijn we wezen eten bij restaurant Dafne en dit is zeker een aanrader!

"Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questa bella villa con la mia famiglia e i miei fratelli(eravamo in 8 + 3 piccoli cagnolini).I proprietari gentilissimi,disponibili e simpatici ci hanno fatto trovare la casa pulita e corredata di tutto.La villa è grande,luminosa e in zona molto tranquilla.Il mare è vicino raggiungibile a piedi,bello e pulito;anche la spiaggia è bella e sabbiosa sia libera che con stabilimenti.Siamo stati veramente bene e anche i nostri amati pinscher nani si sono divertiti molto a rincorrersi nel grande e curato giardino della villa.Sicuramente consiglio questa struttura per una bella e rilassante vacanza."

"Proprietari molto gentil...
"Proprietari molto gentili e ospitali. Buona la posizione, vicina alla bella spiaggia di sabbia e scogli, raggiungibila a piedi in pochi minuti, e a Siracusa. La casa è ampia e ha offerto spazi adeguati per le due famiglie che componevano il nostro gruppo (4 adulti e 5 ragazzi). Le stanze del piano superiore, nonostante la presenza di ventilatori a soffitto, si sono rivelate piuttosto calde (seconda settimana di agosto). Gli spazi esterni sono ampi e pienamente godibili: gradevole e molto curato il giardino antistante. Il bagno al piano superiore richiederebbe la trasfromazione delle piccola vasca in doccia, per semplificare la vita ai gruppi più numerosi di ritorno dal mare. L''attrezzatura di cucina (pentolame) dovrebbe essere rinnovata. L''arredamento è piuttosto ricco di pezzi vari, alcuni anche molto interessanti per i cultori del genere "vintage". Non impeccabile lo stato di pulizia alla consegna(probabilmente dovuto a un lungo periodo di chiusura precedente). Comunque consigliabile, soprattutto per la disponibilità e l''affabilità dei proprietari."
