La casa è spaziosa e perfetta per una famiglia, anche la cortesia della signora Betty e la sua amica Antonella è encomiabile. L'unico neo è stata la sorpresa delle formiche che pensiamo siano ben accusate dietro la cucina, la quale era non particolarmente pulita per cominciare. Il problema è abbastanza non trascurabile e speriamo che gli ospiti in futuro non abbiano la stessa sorpresa.

Licht und etwas Schatten..
Tolle Lage am Meer, viel Platz für 6 Leute, sinnvolle und nicht übliche Accessoirs wie Moskitorollos, schicker Grill, Außendusche, schöne Außenanlagen und 2 vollwertige Badezimmer. Alles ist ansonsten sehr einfach, aber absolut ausreichend für den Urlaub. Leider ist vieles "verwohnt", Betten, Waschmaschine, Küche kurz vor dem Exitus. Leider auch in mehreren Ecken, den Duschen und der Küchenarbeitsplatte Schimmel- dafür gibt es leider Abzüge. Vor allem die Dunstabzugshaube besser nicht anfassen. Dagegen muss man die einmalige Betreuung halten, immer wenn etwas war, z.B. technische Geräte defekt waren o ä, war sofort die gute Seele des Hauses Antonella zur Stelle. Dies ist in dieser Ecke Europas, wo man schon mal auf den Klempner Tage im Notfall wartet, sehr viel wert. Ein Riesenplus für diese Unterkunft! Man kann hier schönen Urlaub machen, das Haus benötigt allerdings etwas "Zuwendung" :-)

OTTIMA POSIZIONE 200 METRI DAL MARE
Abbiamo soggiornato in 5 persone in questa viletta a 200 metri dal mare. La casa e strutturata molto bene su due livelli con 4 camere da letto (due doppie e due singole) e due bagno (uno per ogni livello). Non è disponibile aria condizionata e siccome faceva veramente caldo la proprietaria ci ha fornito due ventilatori. La casa non fornisce nessun collegamento al wifi e i cellullari Vodafone, wind, tim, poste mobili) non funzionano bene data scarsa copertura - questo in periodo di ferie può essere di vantaggio ;) Non vengono forniti i teli da bagno (solo asciugamani piccoli). Generalmente la casa ha bisogno di una manutenzione più costante - serramenti e zanzariere malfunzionanti o danneggiati, generalmente odore di umidità al piano terra e negli armadietti. Inoltre in ogni bagno abbiamo trovato (senza essere informati precedentemente) informazione che non si deve buttare nel water assolutamente niente, nemmeno la carta igienica, perché si può intasare la vasca biologica con il conseguente addebito dei costi di servizio spurgo. Nasce il sospetto che gli scarichi sono poco affidabili... Comunque è anche vero che ci sono delle persone incivili che ci buttano di tutto nel water. Fortunatamente a noi non è successo niente. La cucina è fornita di tutto il necessario. Ottima la doccia esterna e lo spazio fuori, anche se il giardino richiede più attenzione. Ringraziamo la Sig.ra Antonella e Sig. Sebastiano per la assistenza fornita e la loro gentilezza durante il soggiorno a Santa Maria del Focallo!

"Das Haus war wie beschri...
"Das Haus war wie beschrieben, sehr groß und sehr sauber. Küchenutensilien, alles war vorhanden. Der Garten war sehr gepflegt. Die gesamte Ausstattung, von Putzmittel, bis zum Kinderspielzeug, perfekt. Der km weite Sandstrand war sehr nah, flach abfallend, ideal für kids und sauber. Manchmal war in der Nacht Hundegebell zu hören. Insgesamt ein super erholsamer Urlaub."

"La villa è molto spaziosa, bene attrezzata e decisamente con ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Unico neo è indispensabile la macchina per raggiungere il centro abitato più vicino. E''comunque un ottimo punto di partenza per escursioni nei posti più belli del ragusano."

"La location est à l'écar...
"La location est à l'écart de la route et donc très clame. Un petit sentier permet d'atteindre l'immense plage de sable en à peine 5mn. Une villa neuve, très fonctionnelle, très propre, avec un équipement de qualité, notamment une excellente litterie. Un chauffage d'appoint permet d'y séjourner en saison fraîche. Le jardin clos permet d'être bien chez soi ainsi que de garer la voiture. Pour les courses, Pozallo, à 10mn, est une charmante petite ville où l'on trouve tous les commerces, notamment du bon poisson fraîchement pêché. Betty A., la propriétaire, facilite efficacement la préparation du séjour, via mails, par ses explications concrêtes et ses conseils. Un endroit idéal pour qui veut profiter de la mer et visiter les joyaux de la Sicile baroque (Noto, Raguse, Modica...)"
