The property is quaint with lots of personality! The outdoor area sold me and did not disappoint. The multiple hang out areas such as the huge porch, the relaxing sitting area and the picnic table with additional patio seating with BBQ pit and fire pit for a fire was a sweet surprise. The pier is plenty large and the green light is an added feature. Loved loved the patio lights!!! We had an excellent time! Definitely be back!
We had a fabulous time! Property was great! Very cute and wonderful both inside and out. Pier was awesome for day and night fishing. Host was easy to communicate with although we didn't need for anything at all. Will def rent again!
This river rental is a great little place to get away and enjoy life on the Arroyo. The trailer meets all the basic needs, beds are soft and clean, bathroom has a tub and shower, kitchen is simple but well stocked with dishes. But it the outdoor area that makes this place stand out. There is plenty of parking on the circle drive. The deck facing the river is THE best room in the place. In addition there is a covered patio area with a couch to watch the river flow by. The dock is great for fishing with lights and a sink. The dogs loved it, but note there is only a fence on one side of the property. The Host are amazing, responsive and ready to do what is needed to make your stay amazing.
We loved this place and it was very clean and organized, and had all the basic necessities of a regular home. The back exterior had several areas to sit and relax and the pier, which was the great we mainly spent our time, was quiet and relaxing. The fishing Overall, was great! We enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to go back. I rate this place a 10+ and beyond and highly recommend it!!
Diane is a great hostess. She was available with suggestions and prompt response with whatever questions we had. We stayed for 4 days 3 nights. All 3 beds were super comfortable. The mobile home has great a/c, lighting outside yard and on the pier. The fishing was not very good. My daughter caught a medium sized black drum which was the only one worth keeping. There is alot and I mean alot of baby catfish. It has a nice little bar-b-que area. The mobile home was clean for the most part but it is in need of a good deep cleaning. The home does pretty much provide all you need for cooking, alot of clean towels for showering, alot of space outside on the back porch for eating. Now, the Front door does not lock from the inside only from the outside with the key. The restroom door does not lock either and the step on the shower/tub calls for caution because it is slippery. The sliding glass door handle is cracked so you have to be careful when closing or opening it. The roll away bed and love seat sleeper are not comfortable. The home is very over accessorized leaving little space for eating or opening the love seat sleeper. The home sleeps 7 people but if you are a larger or taller built its a bit tight as it was for us. Our family had 3, 6'2" tall men so the twin beds were small for them and the full bed is also a bit small for a bigger couple. Diane did tell me the house was a bit small. All in all we made the best of it and our stay was great. Thank you Diane.
We had everything we needed the house was really clean well equipped, the back patio and pier were awesome and nice just to relax and enjoy the afternoons, Diane is an amazing host we really recommend this place!

This place is amazing! Our family had a great experience. The home was very clean, well organized, spacious, and stocked with all the essentials needed for our stay. All we needed was our groceries. The backyard/dock area was amazing... we spent the entire time outdoors!! Will definitely be back! Thanks Diane!
