Very close to perfect

We spend a full week as a group of 9 adults in Davide’s house, in the beginning of May. The space for us was the floor you reach when going up the outside stairs (above the ground floor) of the house, it is spacious and clean, large kitchen area and table that fitted all of us. As mentioned in other comments, the small downside is that there are no basics for cooking or cleaning in the house (salt, pepper, dish soap, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, clothespins…) so we had to buy everything. But other than that, the house is well equipped, large pots and pans matching the amount of people that the house can fit, washing machine is a plus, and having bedsheets and bath towels provided is really convenient when you only have a carry-on. We had 2 cars and having them inside the property, inside a gate that locks, is great. The view from the terrace is amazing, and the surroundings are quiets. Alcamo Marina is a great location and starting point to discover the north-east part of Sicily, the freeway is not far from the house. Davide showed up at the house (ground floor) a few times, but respected our privacy, we chatted briefly and he is very nice. He also was very responsive to messages, he arranged last minute our check-in earlier than originally planned, and he also came right away when we had a small technical issue with hot water. Thanks again for everything !

villa très bien située avec une très belle vue

bon séjour en moyenne avec quelques bémols. Pas de wifi pendant les 6 premiers jours. intervention sur la box la veille de notre départ. A l'arrivée pas de produit vaisselle ni autre produit d'entretien. Ni de sacs poubelles. Pas de sel huile thé ou café.Les petites attentions à l'arrivée sont toujours bienvenues 😥 La communication avec les parents de Davide est compliquée. Ils ne parlent qu'italien. Hébergement correct malgré tout

Villa panoramica che affaccia sul golfo di Castellammare in posizione strategica per visitare tutte le bellissime zone limitrofe. Meraviglioso il terrazzo, pulite ed efficienti le stanze, gentili e disponibili i proprietari.

Casa spaziosa e pulita. Bella vacanza con due appunti.

Periodo 11-23 luglio. Casa in buona posizione per visitare la provincia di Trapani. Casa spaziosa e in ordine e proprietari gentili (proprietari di un ottimo ristorante a Favignana). Primo appunto ricordarsi di definire al meglio gli orari di arrivo e di partenza, nell'annuncio c'è scritto flessibile ma c'è di mezzo la pulizia della casa quindi concordare tutto prima. Secondo appunto, l'unica nota negativa per chi come noi abbiamo una discreta sensibilità verso gli animali, è che dietro alla casa c'è una rete che delimita in modo fisso (senza cancello) lo spazio di vita di Milo, un grande e dolce cagnolone, che resta solo per molto tempo e non ha una tettoia di protezione per il sole e per la pioggia. E' stato un pensiero per noi e per i nostri figli durante tutto il soggiorno e quindi meglio saperlo subito.

Flot udsigt bil nødvendig

Dejlig lejlighed med 4 soveværelse og et alrum (hvor der er en sovesofa). Fantastisk terrasse som er det eneste sted alle kan være hvis man er en stor familie. Vi var her de fleste vågne timer hvor vi var hjemme, der er virkeligt dejligt. Der bor en sød hund i egen lille have i haven. Der kommer opsyn og ser til den ca hver dag. Spørg om detaljer vedrørende egne ‘kæledyr velkomne’. Området ikke gå tur venligt (farlig vej) og der er langt til indkøb. Flotte strande i kort køreafstand. Ejere er søde til at svare og reagerer hurtigt når man kontakter dem.

A large villa (in fact apartment on 1st floor) Best: large rooms, beds comfortable, sunny terrasse, outstanding sea and mountain views, great location with so many beautiful visits within 45min drive, next to the highway without any disturbance Watch out: can be noisy (opera practice on 2nd floor every evening, strong winds hitting windows), car strongly recommend

Relax con vista

Casa spaziosa e cucina accessoriata con tutto il necessario per gruppi numerosi. Il balcone con vista sulla baia merita l'intera vacanza. Adatto anche a pranzi all'ombra. La zona è ventilata e il mare è raggiungibile in due minuti d'auto. A piedi però è difficile muoversi. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e, anche a fronte di un problema tecnico, si sono prodigati per risolvercelo al più presto. Soggiorno piacevolissimo.

Treppengeländer sehr verrostet, Verletzungsgefahr, defekte Türschlösser in den Badezimmern, defekte Türklinke im Eingangsbereich, hinter dem Haus noch alter Bauschutt vorhanden. Renovierungsbedürftige Armaturen. Alter Kühlschrank der nicht vernüftig gekühlt hat. Einbauküche mit defekten Schränken und Schubladen. Schrankböden defekt. Nicht ordnungsgemäße funktionerende Fernsehsender. Kein W_Lan vorhanden. Gut war vorhandene Schlafmöglichkeiten und Größe der Zimmer, schöne Aussicht. ruhig gelegen, Strand nah, gute Parkmöglichkeiten auf dem Grundstück. kein Wassermangel. Bettwäsche und Badetücher genug vorhanden.
