NEW YEAR'S WEEK (ONLY available Friday DECEMBER 27th to Friday JANUARY 3rd.... no longer & no shorter) in a luxury timeshare unit with an equipped kitchenette at award winning Marriott's Summit Watch!!!!

SKI IN/SKI OUT: the ski lift is right across the street (via pedestrian bridge directly from Summit Watch to lift area)!!!!! From Summit Watch to the ski lift, there are all on the same level…no stairs.

FABULOUS LOCATION: right on Main Street in the Historic Old Town (stores, restaurants, entertainment, etc.).

STUDIO UNIT: with an equipped kitchenette, including a kitchen counter, sink, mini-refrigerator (fits up to the counter), kitchen cabinets, microwave, and coffee maker.
One king bed and one sofa bed. Summit Watch categorizes unit as “Maximum occupancy 4”
Complimentary Wi-Fi service in unit.
Complimentary washers & dryers in the resort.
Being a timeshare, the maid service will be an additional arrangement that you can order if desired.

New Years at Park City

Wonderful stay at Marriott Summit Watch in a studio accommodation. Owner was wonderful with communications and tips. You can’t beat the location on Main Street in Park City and steps away to the chair lift.

Great place for a family vacation!!!

We have stayed at the Marriott summit watch countless times and always have a good experience. Great location on Main Street at the base of the ski lift, no need to rent a car because skiing, dining and shopping are all within walking distance. Our son loves the pool and activity room and he games we were able to take back to our room, and they even had sleds to borrow! Marsha was easy to work with and even called midway through our stay to ensure everything was to our likely. A great experience!!

Great location

This owner was awesome to work with. She made sure that everything went smoothly. The location can't be beat. The only downside was a lack of early snow meant downloading the town lift instead of skiing home at night.
