El alojamiento perfecto para vacaciones en Ibiza, la casa de 10, todo ha sido cortesía y amabilidad por parte de Eva (dueña). Para nuestra estancia y trato ,del 1 al 10 le damos un 11, repetiré sin duda. Agradecidos por el trato y amabilidad.

Perfecte uitvalsbasis om Ibiza te verkennen
Het is een top verblijf met een heerlijk zwembad en een bbq in de tuin. Huis is vanbinnen wel wat saai, maar je bent toch voornamelijk veel buiten. Keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien en er is een Lidl dichtbij. Ideaal plekje voor een gezin met kinderen. Je mag in de tuin citroenen en sinaasappels plukken.

Gastvrij en ontspannen
Begin januari hebben wij hier een kleine week mogen verblijven. De hostess is erg behulpzaam, de communicatie was goed en de eigenaar was flexibel met het in en uitchecken. Het huis is rustig gelegen, op 15 min rijden van ibiza stad. We hebben enorm genoten van de tuin en de buiten bbq. Zelfs in januari is het hier prima vertoeven. Aanrader!

The communication with the host was great. Everything was very clear. The Villa is beautiful and has great facilities. For us, the location was perfect just outside San Antonio. We did not have a car but there is a bus stop right across the main road, with busses every 15 minutes, so we had no issues getting to either San Antonio or Ibiza town. Great stay, great place. Thank you.

Fantastisches Haus mit tollem Pool
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist großzügig und es fehlte uns an nichts. Der Pool lädt zum schwimmen ein und im Garten kann man sein Essen genießen. Die Lage des Hauses war für uns sehr gut, nahe an St.Antoni und nicht weit nach Ibiza Stadt. Der Support durch den Eigentümer ist sehr gut und sehr freundlich wie auch absolut unkompliziert. Wenn es sich für uns ergibt, mieten wir gerne wieder an, für einen erneuten Aufenthalt. Wir bedanken uns an dieser Stelle für einen schönen Aufenthalt!

Prachtige woning, goed gelegen. Zeer behulpzame eigenaars
We hadden een super vakantie met 4 vriendinnen in deze mooie en propere woning. We hadden wat pech met verlies van onze koffers en werden zo goed geholpen door de zus van de eigenaar die ook ik het gebouw woont. Ze was zo behulpzaam en gaf ons zelfs wat kleren voor de eerste dagen. Het huis is centraal gelegen mits je een huurauto hebt (maar dit is sowieso nodig op het eiland). Winkels in de buurt en snel op de hoofdwegen naar Sant Antoni en Ibiza stad.

situata in zona tranquilla e silenziosa, piscina molto godibile e con ampi spazi sia interni che esterni. Molto disponibile Eva, la sorella del proprietario, sempre pronta ad intervenire tempestivamente per risolvere gli inconvenienti

Estancia para veranear y pagar en dinero negro.
Estancia muy cómoda y anfitrión muy atento. Muy recomendable para vacaciones, con el único inconveniente de que no te hacen factura del importe abonado, muy necesario para empresa.

Great Property
This is a beautiful property in a great location. You do require a car to get around Ibiza. The property is about 15-20 minutes away from the main city center and beaches. Be cognizant that the air conditioning is only in the parlor (living room) of the house. The bedrooms do have fans to stay cool. Please also be aware the hot water runs on solar power hence it does run out in the evening and does not reheat until the morning from our experience. Host was great. It is a quiet location so be aware of this for the neighbors.

"I can honestly say this ...
"I can honestly say this place is Beautiful, great location, just a few minutes in a taxi from the San Antonio Bay. The villa is very well presented and is maintained to a high standard and the facilities on offer are great. We have already enquired about retunring next year."
