This beautiful 3 BD 2&1/2 BA house has so many attractions right outside the door, you may choose to park your car and not drive during your stay. Seabright beach ( the most beautiful beach in Santa Cruz) , Boardwalk, the yacht harbor, numerous restaurants, and a neighborhood museum are a leisurely 5-10 minute walk away. Within an easy 20 minute walk are the wharf with its restaurants, kayak rentals, shops, and more...and the downtown also with its numerous shops and restaurants plus movie theaters and music venues. Also, newly added is a hot/cold outdoor shower for rinsing off after you have walked back from Seabright beach.

Great Location!

A lovely and well maintained older home with so much character and charming details. Comfortable home for families and kids of all ages. Beach is 2 short blocks away and house has everything you need for the beach. Boardwalk and wharf about a 5-10 minute walk or ride the bikes provided by owners. Great restaurants of all kinds in walking distance or a quick drive. Really one of the best locations for easy access to all the things we love about Santa Cruz!

Nice roomy house two blocks from the beach.

Right by Seabright beach and the Boardwalk. Comfortable beds, plenty of pillows, linens, towels, etc. Like everywhere in Santa Cruz, parking can be tricky if you have more than one car. Nice owner, would stay there again. Honestly I have stayed closer to the beach before but it’s much noisier, being an extra block further away makes sleeping easier.

Awesome house!

The house is close to everything (beach and boardwalk.) We loved the ability to walk almost everywhere. House was clean and had plenty of room for our family of five.

Perfect location, great house with amenities!

We’ve been to 3 beach houses in Northern Cali, and this is our favorite. 2 blocks from the beach, good restaurants, the boardwalk; a short drive to the Wharf and a Nationwide Park…It was wonderful! Our host thought of everything amenities wise, and the house was clean and welcoming. I highly recommend this property and any houses owned by this property manager. Thank you so much for giving us the best family vacation yet!

Great house by the beach

The house was everything and more, Location was close to beach and boardwalk we walk to beach they had all the toys, bikes if you wanted coffee walking distance. The was house was clean, beds comfortable nice big shower in main room. We will be back again to rent Thank you so much.

Perfect Location, Lovely Stay

This adorable house was the perfect jumping-off point to explore Santa Cruz and the surrounding area. We were able to walk to the beach, boardwalk, and downtown. There was plenty of room for our family of four, and our girls loved the little window seat for reading and games.

Perfect Location!

We loved this sweet little rental! The hosts were wonderful to work with and the accommodations are great. The location is absolutely perfect! We walked everywhere, only getting in the car once to go to the grocery store. I highly recommend this rental for your family!

Enjoyed the location which provided many walking routes. We liked coastal walk, boardwalk and wharf. The house was clean, well stocked kitchen, and comfortable beds. The owner kept us well informed for checkin/out process. Very happy with the house.

Best Location in Santa Cruz

Santa Cruz is a wonderful place to spend time and the Seabright area where this property is located is the best! This home is very comfortable and has everything you need. The bedrooms are good size and 3 bathrooms is perfect. We were here in the winter. The outdoor spaces and decks look great. But with the rain we didn't get to use them.

Family Time

This home is located in our favorite Santa Cruz neighborhood, close to many local attractions and good foos. The three bedrooms downstairs and the open floor plan upstairs, lends itself perfectly to sharing special family time. We especially enjoyed the fireplace and the kitchen full of windows. Nice Stay in Santa Cruz Near The Beach

Comfortable beds in the house. I slept great each night. It has a nice kitchen to cook in. There is also a grill outside with extra gas. A walk to the beach is an 1/8 of a mile down the street. You'll like your stay! Thanks so much!

Why they chose this property

We have another vacation rental in Santa Cruz and have enjoyed the experience so much that we have decided to add another one to our portfolio. We chose this property for its location and because it was so charming. The house is a custom built home with a lot of character and charm.

What makes this property unique

This house sits on a street that leads directly to Seabright beach which has been voted the best beach in Santa Cruz. Not only that but is is also just steps away from the footbridge over the San Lorenzo River that leads you to Boardwalk. Also 2 blocks away is Betty's Burgers, Seabright Brewery and many other restaurants. Aside from its fabulous location, our house offers 2 decks to allow for outside dining or intimate conversations. The kitchen offers a very large stove and oven for group cooking and the mattresses are ultra comfortable! We also offer 2 beach cruiser bikes for touring the neighborhood, boogie boards, an ice chest, beach umbrella, and 2 beach chairs for your enjoyment.
