Cette maison est bien agréable par tous les temps. Toute proche de la plage et des commerces, très bien équipée. Rien ne manquait pour notre famille de 6 adultes et deux bébés. Nous avons passé un beau séjour malgré une météo capricieuse. Nous recommandons!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement très fonctionnel et très confortable. La présence d'un grand jardin et des vélos est un vrai plus. La communication avec le propriétaire est facile. La situation idéale : près de la plage et du centre mais quand meme très tranquille. Nous recommandons.

Fantastic beach house
A fabulous two week stay in this spacious house right by the beach. Just a short, sandy private footpath separating the house from the beach. Oh and what a beach it is! One of the most beautiful I’ve been on. The many bicycles in the property were a great advantage for popping into the local town of Bois Plage, or nearby towns La Couarde and St Martin de Re. We found the house to be very well equipped, and the beds comfortable. This property is quite a find, we hope to be back again one day. Thank you Stephane for the warm welcome!

Un vrai bonheur !
La villa est située dans un endroit idéal (quartier paisible, plage toute proche, des commerces faciles d'accès, etc.) et offre un confort impeccable. Nous avons été impressionnés par les équipements disponibles sur place, dans la maison (des vélos pour tous les âges, patins à roulettes, raquettes etc.). Et quel plaisir que de découvrir les beaux villages pittoresques de l'Ile de Ré ! Un séjour qui aura passé trop vite dans ce petit coin de paradis... Encore un grand merci pour tout. Perfekte Ausstattung in perfekter Lage
Wow, was für ein Haus. Wir haben das tolle Raumgefühl ebenso genossen wie die Nähe zum Strand. Das Haus bietet nicht nur alles, was man braucht, sondern deutlich mehr. Wir haben Ruhe gefunden, waren aber auch schnell zu Fuß bei Bäcker, Markt etc. Alles was man braucht. Für uns die perfekte Ferienunterkunft.

Wonderful, well-equipped & perfectly located home away from home
This welcoming home is just a short walk from the best beach on the island. It's also just a few minutes cycle ride away from the village of Le Bois Plage and all the great amenities to be found there. Apart from the boulangerie, the Carrefour store, bike hire shops, a local branch of the famous ice-cream parlour La Martiniere, etc. , there is also a covered market that surpassed our expectations. I was delighted to find "Le Potager" at the market selling local organically grown veg! Stephane, the property owner, made us feel very welcome from the point we booked the property nearly a year before our stay, until our departure. Although my friend and I hired electric bikes for 3 days for the longer cycle rides around the island, our husbands found the bikes Stephane provided to be more than adequate for our 40km to 60km round trips. Bike locks and baskets were provided, but for safety, we used our own helmets and bike lights. We had the most magical time on the island mainly because this holiday home was so well-equipped and comfortable. Finally, with my limited knowledge of the french language: Stéphane, c'était absolument parfait pour nous! Merci beaucoup de partager votre magnifique maison!

An idyllic week
The property made a very positive impression at first sight and this was confirmed when we entered it. A very large living area with plenty of space for a young child to play and for adults to eat and relax. The outside area is large and we loved sitting under the veranda and admiring the pine trees. The short walk to the beach was ideal and the marché and the excellent boulangerie were not much further away. It was a very hot week so we got into the habit of visiting the beach in the morning and the evening and retiring into the relative coolness of the house in the afternoon. The three double bedrooms and two shower rooms were perfect for us: two couples and a child aged two and a half. We all agreed that one week was not enough and we hope to return next year.

Parfaitement équipé pour les familles
Tout dans la location est pensé pour les familles, l'équipement est complet, nous avons rarement vu une maison aussi bien équipée : lit parapluie, chaise haute, rehausseur, vaisselle et batterie de cuisine, barbecue, sans parler de toutes les tailles de velo, siege enfant, cariole à disposition. Très bonne literie, l'emplacement est idéal. Nous sommes ravis.
