Zwei großartige Wochen
Wir durften zwei großartige Wochen im Haus von Gastgeber Andrea verbringen. Alles war wie beschrieben eingerichtet, die Küche hat sogar eine Spülmaschine. Der Gemeinschaftspool im Garten des kleinen privaten Wohnparks ist sehr gepflegt. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und bietet Privatsphäre. Für kleinere Probleme konnten wir Gastgeber Andrea jederzeit erreichen. Es gab immer schnell eine Lösung. Der Sandstrand und das Meer sind in nur 3-5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Gegend um Paestum ist voller historischer Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir konnten von dort aus auch bequem Pompeji und die Amalfiküste erkunden. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und bedanken uns herzlich bei Andrea für die schöne Zeit!

Sehr geeignet für "klassischen" Standurlaub
Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung gelegen in einem sehr gepflegten Anwesen mit großem Pool und schönem Garten. Der Strand ist 8 Geh-Minuten entfernt. Der Strand ist schön groß mit feinem Sand und flachem Wasser. Ideal für Kinder. Praktisch ist die Außendusche and der Ferienwohnung, um sich den Sand hinterher abzuduschen. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen.

Séjour satisfaisant
Résidence avec piscine très bien entretenue, villa un peu vieillissante mais très bien pour les vacances, tout est fourni draps, serviettes, côté cuisine micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, 5 min à pied de la plage, voiture indispensable pour faire les courses et visiter. Au moindre soucis le gérant est disponible. Première expérience abritel très satisfaisante.

Super accessoriato di utensili, biancheria. Posizione ottima a 5 minuti a piedi dal mare. Giardinetto privato per mangiare all aperto immerso nel verde, in silenzio e l arietta creano un atmosfera rilassante. Fantastica la doccia esterna con acqua calda.

A very nice place to spend holidays
The house is located in a very beautiful park with a big swimming pool shared by a number of similar houses. The house itself is spacious and has everything one needs to spend good holidays. The sea and the beach (both public and commercial ones) are a few minutes walk. In the neighborhood you can find a lot of very good restaurants (one is just next door and a lot within 10 min drive) and of course the fantastic Paestum ruins are also very close. Andrea is very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay very much.

CONTESTO CONFORTEVOLE E TRANQUILLO
Abbiamo passato 3 giorni in pieno relax, immerso nel verde,adatto ai bambini per lo spazio che offre,la casa attrezzata di tutti i confort non manca veramente nulla, il contesto è tranquillo, ubicato in un parco con villette a schiera. Peccato per la piscina che dato il periodo era ancora chiusa.Valuteremo senz'altro qualche altro week-end.

Mooi vakantiehuis en ideaal gelegen
We hebben een prachtige week gehad in dit vakantiehuisje. Het ligt in een mooi groen park met een zeer groot en rustig zwembad. Het vakantiehuis is ruim en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt (zelfs een wasmachine). De buitendouche is ook erg makkelijk. Het strand is op wandelafstand. Een ideale uitvalsbasis voor Napels (met de trein), Pompeï, Herculaneum, Vesuvius, enz. Leuke restaurantjes aan het strand. Een echte aanrader!

Wonderful stay
We had a very good stay in this holiday house. The house is very spacious and has everything you need. It lies in a green park with other houses and has a big swimming pool. The beach is also very close. You can visit from here by train Napels, Pompeii, etc. We really recommend this house.

Familienfreundlich
Wir hatte eine super Woche in dem Haus. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern und dem ortsansässigen Verwalter war sehr gut. Der kleine Garten im Bereich des Hauses ist super, um Kleinkindern etwas Auslauf zu ermöglichen. Das gesamte Areal ist eingezäunt. Etwas grössere Kinder können so auch die übrigen Grünflächen nutzen. Die Aussendusche mit Warmwasser eignet sich super, um den Sand vom etwa 400 m entfernten Strand abzuspülen. Die nahegelegenen antiken Tempel bieten etwas Kultur. Der in der Region hergestellte Büffelmozzarella und lokal produzierte Tomaten sind ist eine Spezialität. Die Küche im Haus ist modern und gut ausgestattet. Wenn die Welt nicht so gross wäre, würden wir sicher wiederkommen :-)

Fantastica
Ho soggiornato insieme alla mia famiglia presso questa villetta nel cilento, immersa nel verde e nell'assoluta tranquillità, il parco è molto grande e ben curato, come anche la piscina che si trova all'interno del villaggio. La casa è pulita e accogliente, Andrea (il proprietario) è molto gentile e disponibile nel spiegarti tutto quello che c'è da sapere. A poca distanza dal parco si possono visitare i templi che sono patrimonio dell'Unesco. A poca distanza dal villaggio (raggiungibile a piedi) si può trovare sia la spiaggia libera che quella attrezzata, inoltre fuori dalla spiaggia c'è anche un piccolo minimarket. Consigliatissima, ci torneremo di sicuro!

Ottima sistemazione!
Ho soggiornato in questa villetta per due settimane (nel mese di luglio) e non posso che parlarne bene. Il figlio della proprietaria ha dimostrato una grande disponibilità e accoglienza. La villetta è dotata di ogni confort (manca l'aria condizionata ma un paio di ventilatori ci hanno permesso di affrontare il grande caldo con minore disagio) e gli spazi sono abbastanza ampi e accoglienti. Il contesto è bellissimo!
