About this property

While having kept its local architecture, this small fisherman's house, which was completely renovated, is located 5 minutes walk from the sea and 10 minutes from the beach as the town center including the open market every day in summer .
This house on one level has a living area of 60 m2, with a stay of 15 m2 with kitchen, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 140, 1 room with 2 beds 90, bathroom with walk-in shower, and separate toilet. Electric heating pleasantly full comfort. A garden of 200 m2 with lawn and shady mimosa and a small very sheltered courtyard. The set is fully fenced.
Although large, the garage can not accept a car over 1. 70m tall.
Optionally, it is possible to rent linens, towels and toiletries.

Location aux multiples atouts. L'emplacement proche du port et des plages. La véranda bien utile quand il fait frais ou humide ! Le calme pour se ressourcer. A louer sans hésiter le moins du monde.

Un gite plein de charme

Un gite plein de charme tres bien entretenu et bien équipé ,bon emplacement commerces proches ainsi que le bord de mer. Le jardin sans vis à vis offre barbecue et chaises longues ce qui est tres appreciable. Les hotes sont charmants et a l’ecoute de leurs locataires …nous reviendrons

La maison est très propre et très fonctionnelle, située à proximité du port de plaisance et du centre du bourg à pied. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques. Séjour très agréable (avec le soleil en continu) et reposant hors saison d’été.

Séjour très agréable

La maison est très bien située à proximité des plages et du centre de Saint Denis. La cuisine est très bien équipée et la véranda très agréable dès qu’il fait un peu frais. Les arbres du jardin permettent de manger dehors même s’il fait beau. Nous avons établi un très bon contact avec la propriétaire. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour !

Haus mit Garten - Perfekter Urlaub

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen (mit dem gleichnamigen und typischen Getränk im Kühlschrank sehr aufmerksam!) Das Haus und sein Grundstück bieten den perfekten Rahmen für entspannte Ferien. Die Lage ist ruhig und sowohl nah zum Meer als auch zum Ortszentrum. Im Garten kann man sich nach Bedarf ein schattiges oder sonniges Plätzchen suchen, bei schlechterem Wetter ist man im Wintergarten, der auch der Eingang des Hauses ist, quasi trotzdem draußen. Ein hübsches altes, typisches Haus, praktisch und liebevoll eingerichtet.
