Villa, Torre della Stella

Wow, what a beautiful villa. The views were amazing. We could have stopped on the terrace looking at the view for hours. We all loved the pool.So many beaches to choose from. Some are walkable but not when it’s really hot.you definitely need google maps to find your way around. There are two small supermarkets not far away, one that does lots of barbecue meats etc. We also hired a boat from one of the beaches and swam in the beautiful blue sea in the bays. We really didn’t want to leave.

Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen. Das Haus, der Pool und der Ausblick haben unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Valerio, der Vermieter, war jederzeit erreichbar, war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Während des Aufenthalts wurden sogar Handtücher und Bettwäsche gewechselt, sich um Pool und Garten gekümmert. Die Küche war super ausgestattet mit Gewürzen, Ölen etc. Geschirr und Besteck waren mehr als genug vorhanden. Auch die Sommerküche unten am Pool war ein Highlight.

Wonderful place!

Our family of 5 ( 3 grown up children ) arrived at night when it was dark …then we woke up to that jaw dropping view! Unforgettable … The villa has everything you could possibly need. We have stayed in a lot of villas … we are fussy ….but this was the best villa we ever stayed in. The host waited for us and explained everything. The little beaches on either side are great … still not too busy at the end of June …so you don’t need to go to the other more famous beaches for that experience. Warm sea, lovely sand, dry off with an aperol spritz in hand … bliss. Our routine after breakfast was relaxing and swimming in the pool … then off to the beach (or siteseeing) in afternoon. The market and fish shop at the bottom of the hill have everything for epic bbqs and don’t miss the pizzeria / restaurant beside the market. You will need a car to get around . This was one of our best ever holidays! Thanks Valerio! 10/10

Toller Familienurlaub

Sauberes Objekt mit tollem Ausblick aufs Meer. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Sehr zuvorkommender Hausbesitzer, welcher stets hilfsbereit ist. Haben den Pool und den Jacuzzi ausgiebig genutzt. Terrasse lädt zu tollen Abenden ein. Für ausreichenden Mückenabwehr muss man gerüstet sein. Waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und 2 Kleinkindern zu Gast. Platzt mehr als genug. Mehr Urlaubsvilla geht fast nicht.

Tolles Haus mit traumhafter Aussicht

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, alles ist vorhanden, sehr sauber und gut sortiert. Dies war eines der besten Ferienhäuser, das wir jemals hatten. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und würden es immer wieder buchen.

Wonderful and relaxing time in a very beautiful house

House and Location really beautiful with a great view over the sea. We enjoyed coming back from the beach enjoying the pool and the comfortable house - summarised we had great holidays !

Wonderful!

This place is wonderful-even better than the photos. The view is spectacular, the pool amazing, the house is well-stocked and comfortable. The aircon is a bonus on very hot days. The bbq was great. And Valerio couldn’t be more accommodating. Absolutely 5 star place to stay with beautiful beaches within easy reach by car. Just lovely in every way. Thank you Valerio!

Villa avec panorama fantastique

Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse. L'accueil de Valerio a été chaleureux malgré notre arrivée tardive dans la soirée. Il a été d'une attention admirable, disponible si besoin et nous a donné des conseils et des informations très utiles que nous avons testés et suivis. La maison était tout simplement magnifique. Tout y était. Aucun détail n'a été oublié. Chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain privée. C'est top. La vue est splendide, la piscine est juste géniale. Que du bonheur tout au long de la semaine. Merci encore a Valerio pour son accueil et sa disponibilité. Nous espérons revenir dans cette maison et nous la recommandons vivement.

un morceau de paradis

Valerio le propriétaire est formidable: soucieux de notre confort, toujours accessible, heureux si nous sommes contents, généreux, la villa et la vue de toutes les terrasses tout simplement fantastique. La décoration est recherchée, raffinée et la villa d'une propreté immaculée. La villa est très bien équipée, des lits impeccables et il y a même une machine à glaçons. Merci Valerio pour cette semaine de rêve.

Traum-Haus mit herrlicher Aussicht

Wir waren 14 Tage mit 2 Familien (mit jeweils zwei Kids zwischen 10 und 14 Jahren) vor Ort und hatten einen sehr erholsamen Aufenthalt. Der Gastgeber Valerio ist sehr sympathisch, kompetent und hilfsbereit und gab hilfreiche Tips zur Umgebung und DAS HAUS IST EIN TRAUM: Am Hang gebaut mit toller Aussicht von der riesigen Terrasse auf den klaren, hellblauen Pool, eine türkisfarbene Strand-Bucht und den Sonnenuntergang hinter Cagliari. Die 4 Doppelschlafzimmer (jedes mit eigener Dusche und WC) waren immer ruhig und (dank Klimaanlage) immer angenehm kühl. In der Küche hat es auch an nichts gemangelt. Die oben erwähnte Terrasse war morgens, mittags und abends unser Hauptaufenthaltsort. Vormittags vergnügten wir uns an dem herrlichen Pool (mit Outdoor- und Indoor-Dusche und Extra-WC), relaxten auf den Gartenliegen oder spielten Tischtennis, nachmittags fuhren wir zu einer der vielen herrlichen Strände in der Umgebung, abends genossen wir die italienischen Restaurants in der Umgebung und natürlich wieder unsere Terrasse. Das große Wohnzimmer nutzten wir ebenso wie die Outdoor-Küche und die großen Grills (ein Holzkohle- und ein Gasgrill) kaum, es war aber alles in einwandfreiem Zustand. Unsere beiden Mietwagen parkten auf dem Grundstück im Carport und das Tor zur Straße war abschließbar, sodass wir uns auch jederzeit sehr sicher fühlten. DANKE VALERIO! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!!!!

Eine wunderbare Woche

Wir verbrachten eine wunderbare Woche zu acht in dieser Ferienwohnung. Es ist von der Ausstattung her an alles gedacht um einen sehr entspannten Urlaub verbringen zu können. Alles ist sauber und gut in Schuss, die Zimmer sind schön, die Bäder teilweise etwas klein und schon etwas älter, aber dennoch völlig ausreichend. Falls doch mal etwas fehlt oder unklar ist, steht der Vermieter, Valerio, umgehend mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Die Anlage liegt fantastisch über einer Bucht und lädt regelrecht zum träumen ein. Nach vielen gemeinsamen Touren ist dieses Haus unser absoluter Favorit.

Phantastisches Ferienhaus

Das Haus hatten wir mit Freunden gemietet (Kinder zwischen 7 und 10). Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Alle Zimmer mit eigenem Bad. Das Highlight ist der Pool und die Aussicht. Wir hatten wundervolle Ferientage.

Chouette maison pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis, très bien équipée, les chambres avec leur salle de bain sont correctes, l’espace extérieure est bien aménagé et puis surtout une vue époustouflante sur la mer et un coucher de soleil merveilleux. Valerio nous a bien accueilli, arrangeant et très réactif, au top. A 30mn en voiture de Villasimus et 45mn de Cagliari, maison parfaite pour être au calme mais pas loin des sites d’intérêt et les plages du sud de la Sardaigne.
